Chapter 41 - Weird girl

At the kitchen, Caelum was able to find his mother was preparing their dinner and noticed how Nancy was at the table changing into her casual clothes. He thought that she had arrived and didn't bother them playing the game. She noticed them arrived and quickly greeted them with Dalia, Annie and Liliena went to the living room. 

"Hello there, Honey…hope you don't mind calling you that."

"I don't mind at all."

Caelum smiled at her nickname for him and when he was about to help his mother instantly shut down firmly by her. He could see that she would not take no for an answer and gave up. 

"I can handle it, just sit down and talk with your aunt."

"Alright, just don't push yourself."

"Stubborn as ever, Sis."

Nancy giggled seeing her sister while Caelum sat down feeling defeated but lightly chuckled since he was more stubborn than her mother when it was needed most. He had always taken no for an answer when working and fought through tooth and nail in taking care of everyone. 

"So how was your trip around the city??"

"It was great, there were certain places that he changed but the important spot remained like the park."

"That's take me back to when you were all little. Now look at all of you, I'm really proud of how you all turned out, especially you Caelum. Anyone would give up but you stood firm for your family."

"I did it again if I had to without a moment of hesitation. That's why if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask."

He gave a blinding smile that made Nancy feel hot from how his words held nothing but certainty. She knows that he is someone who does not back down to challenge and has been through hell. Caelum never asked for something selfish and seeing those he loved happy was enough for him. 

Though, he had changed and became more ambitious, aiming to become a powerful being where he was able to protect those he cared for. It sounded cliche but that's the kind of person Caelum was. 

"My my, I am still surprised you don't have a woman or two." 

"Be careful sis, you might fall for him."

The twin sister giggled while Caelum leaned back, having a soft smile knowing that it left a mark towards the two. After a while everyone was at the dinner table including Penelope who was asleep until now. Annie and Liliena excitedly told the story upong playing the game for the first time.

"Then Liliena fought dummy with ease after listening Caelum instruction."

"That sounds amazing. Where did you learn that, Caelum?"

"Anime and some of my co-workers from my past jobs, Mom."

"I wish I could play but I'm still busy. I'll probably be able to join you three when I'm free."

"No rush, Penny. Say how did that modelling gig go?"

"I was accepted because they thought my breast was fake. Those idiots couldn't tell from fake to real. I couldn't help it when I inherited this from mom."

"I guess it's both a blessing and curse to have a big breast. Don't be discouraged, Penny just be patience they'll regret it when you become a top model"

"Thanks mom."

"Hey if they don't accept you then it's their  loss. I mean you're incredibly beautiful and voluptuous, which is extremely rare to find these days. If there's no one going to accept you then I'll make my own studio and make you my top model!"

"That's just over the top, brother."

"Does he always say things like that?"

"He does."

Annie told Dalia who was bewildered how her cousins seemed the kind of man who would go beyond for people he cared about. The former remembered the time he had gone through the whole town trying to find the earnings that were given to him by her late mother. 

That was the time when she had started to fall for him since he did that while heading to his work. It was amazing how someone who's promise would always come true. Caelum is a man who can't break a promise even once. 

"I once lost my earnings and Caelum took 2 hours to find it even though the sky was pouring down."

"Wow, ain't you a perfect man. I'm not surprise how many girls that you had fallen for you without even noticing." 

Celine was proud of his son's finding out that he has done something out of kindness. She weren't that ignorant and notice how Annie had been around her son. A part of felt envious that she could be with her son's while ashame that she was also started to fall for him.

"Alright, stop teasing me. I mean anyone could do the same, right?"

"Not as drastic as you but thank you for the offer. Maybe we can do some photoshoot? A friend of mine wanted me to get some practices with model but you know.."

"I get it, sure I'll be the male model."

"Hey, give us a copy when you're done!"

"Oh right, can we share contacts? You can just tell me when the photoshoot is, then I'll be there."

Once everyone exchanged contacts, they continued dinner and before long headed to bed with Caelum heading into the Grimoire to finally reach the next evolution of his bloodline. He sat down in a lotus position that slowly concentrated into flaring his racial energy that burst like a flood in a dam that penetrated the dimensional sky that made the Grimoire expand even further than before. 

The blood poured into his body while nourishing himself with the pouring energy where the sensation shattered his bones, tearing his muscle, boiling his blood, destroying his viscera and shedding his skin of impurities. Caelum felt incredible pain that wasn't completely physical pain but mental as well. 

It was extremely exhausting yet did not allow himself to back down now and fought through the change trying to turn the energy into his own and grasping it further. Caelum aura thickens even further, shimmering in supreme manner.

His body slowly morphs into his western dragon with an obsidian armored scale that has a golden lining and four horns forming similar to a crown. Caelum's dragonic body grew even bigger reaching 200 meters in size excluding his wingspan that spread causing massive wind to push everything back. He had two pairs of wings that only emphasized his presence before roaring in thundering voices. Soon it changes into a serpent body still retaining the obsidian scales. 

[ Dragon had turned into Elder Dragon ]

Within his abdomen where energy reserves located slowly turn the [ Dragon ] energy had thickened even further than before and flowing rather easily within his form. Caelum proceeded to take his demonic form and morphing armor carapace around his forearm and legs with 4 bat-like wings spread behind his back and horns like crown. 

He had pale white skin and crimson red eyes influenced by his demonic blood raging within his system trying to consume his mind. However, Caelum instantly adapted to the change because of his skill and gradually sprouted another set of wings behind his back. 

[ Demon had change into Arch Demon ]

Once that's done, Caelum's body emanates a holy light that instantly wash away the demonic energy that seems to synchronize the opposite bloodline gaining a balance between the two. His body hardly changes beside the long blonde colored hairstyle with a halo on top of his head and two sets of wings spreading its majestic light.

[ Angel had evolved into Archangel ]

Caelum reverted back into his human form where it started to emanate the different energy within his system. He could see the Aether core surrounded by the numerous energy that doesn't bind until he noticed how the [ Dream ] energy did not have any bloodline. 

He quickly uses the energy in hopes to act like a catalyst and bind the energy. Caelum would not have any issue using the energy when needed but having energy work together. This took all of his concentration trying to establish the Perfect Foundation that took around grueling years within his mental perception. It only took a few hours outside but within the confined of his mind was completely different. 

The energy whirl within his body gathering an enormous quantity of energy into his body and slowly felt gates were opened that caused a wave of dense energy reaching a new state of being.

[ You have reach "Peak Foundations Establishment." ]

Caelum's mental state was completely different than before, visually sensing the flow of the energy more easily and would soon break through the [ Spirit Sea ] where he would open the Sea of Consciousness. He opened his eyes having gain a better understanding and control over his power than before. 

'Hey Cereza, what exactly is Spirit sea realm? You've never fully explained each realm to me.'

[ I guess now that you've reached the peak of Foundation Establishment would be the perfect time to explain it. First of all, the Body refining, Foundation Establishment and Spirit Sea could be connected into their own realm which is the Qi Refinement stage. A Qi or rather Essence is the stage where the person would place their energy and establish their further growth but you're unique in being capable of adding more energy even after reaching Xiantian.]

'Then what is Xiantian?'

[ To explain further, The true meaning of Xiantian lies in how a baby breathes in the womb.

When humans are babies in the womb, they cannot breathe through their nose or mouth, but must depend on the mother to give them sustenance through their connection only. This is how they breathe. This is the characteristics of xiantian.

After the human is born then they can breathe through the nose and mouth. This worldly air is filled with impurities that gradually accumulate. This is the characteristics of houtian or the Qi Refinement stage.

In the xiantian stage the soul enters a state of incomparable tranquility and peace. Their body changes the way they interact with their surroundings and the soul becomes aware of the world and is able to communicate with nature, even being able to actuate the power of the heavens and earth with soul force. That is the true xiantian.

But from houtian to xiantian one must cut off every root in order to pass through and return to the state of being in the womb. 

To simply put, you are able to return when you're not bound by mortal shackles and understand the world even further than any else. ]

'Basically  I won't need to rely on anything besides the energy of the world?'

[ And control a small domain to your will then yes. ]

Caelum nodded, giving a clear understanding of what a Xiantian was capable of doing. He decided to call it a day and went back to his harem within the Grimoire to spend time with them before heading outside and sleeping there.

The next day, Caelum went with his usual routine of jogging alone this time since he wanted to explore the city alone. He ran around when a curly ginger haired young woman with an eyepatch at the right side of her face heading to his direction seemingly out of breath then smiled when she saw Caelum who was confused as two why she smirked.

"Hey you! Take this and destroy it! I'll owe you one whoever you are."

The young woman just tosses the laptop towards Caelum who caught it while she continues running around the corner leaving him confused then sensing a group of men in suit with malicious intent noticing him. 

'Things just got interesting…'

He smirked walking into the alleyway where the pursuer found that he had vanished from the alleyway. Caelum was actually on top of the building after teleporting and checking the content for the laptop. His interest grew, finding out that the young woman was named Nova Johnson.

She seems to have hacked information from the FBI and was fortunate enough that she had acted fast enough. Caelum glances spreading his senses finding the young woman has got to nearby coffee shop. 

'I guess this is a good time meeting new people.'

Caelum destroyed the laptop by crushing it without hesitation and shifted the space to meet up with the young woman that caught his interest.
