In the Red Chamber

"Are you hungry?" Yu Nianzhen suddenly asked.

Jiang Yue touched his stomach, and a sly look flashed in his eyes.

"I am very hungry." He said with a wretched voice, and Yu Nianzhen's ears turned pink.

When he saw that, Jiang Yue chuckled and pulled the other to return to the ancient palace.

'I will settle this account with you later.' Yu Nianzhen thought, and Jiang Yue inexplicably shivered.

He looked at the other but didn't see any difference in his expression or emotions.

'Did I imagine it?' He wondered.

'Either way, it doesn't matter. What is to come will come.' He thought and resigned himself to his fate.

A short while later, they arrived at their room on the third floor.

"I didn't realise this low table and two mats are made of jade." Jiang Yue admired as he took his seat.

"I don't know what kind of jade is used, but it has a mind-clearing and body-refreshing effect." Yu Nianzhen informed.
