Tower of God: The Immortal Beast

World No. 177013, Arcandia.

One of the most beautiful world in the universe. A colorful skies with garden of flowers covering the lands. Prosperous civilization and many strong fighters roaming the world.

But now... the once prosperous and beautiful world is nothing but a barren land.

In the middle of Arcandian continents with nothing but corpse, blood, and sign of battles. Two men can be seen standing opposite each other on top of countless corpse.

One has an exactly human features with handsome face, black hair, and pitch black eyes. Meanwhile the other, even though also look like a human, he has grey skin, black horn, a tail, and seven bat like wings.

They stood still for a moments. Only silence filled their surroundings. Until the devil like creatures talked to the other guy.

"You won, Alkhazar. I will go first. See you in hell. Hehehehehe."

*Plop*

He collapsed right after his last words.

"Hahahahaha. What did I told you Lucifer. You're million years too fast to challenge me. HAHAHAHAHA!!"

*cough, cough, cough*

Even though he said that. It seems like his victory against the demon lord is not without a price. Currently, his muscular body filled with every kinds of injury you could ever imagine. And all of that filled with demon lord's curse that even a bit of it could torture someone else crazy with the pain.

"Cough, cough. Huft... It seems like I don't have much time either. I should go to heaven right? How could I see that bastard again in hell. I'm still a fucking hero, even though I failed to protect the world. Cough!"

Drake von Alkhazar, the man who is said to be the strongest person ever recorded in history.

Ever since he was born in the Duchy of Alkhazar, he was known as a monster. His outrageous mana capacity when he was born is enough to knock the maids out.

At the mere age of 6, his physical strength are already on par with the duchy knights.

When he is 12, he became the strongest knight at Alkhazar's domain.

When he is 18, he awakened some kind of unknown constitution or bloodline. His strength and vitality is increasing to inhumane level.

But all that achievement is not enough. Day after day, month after month, year after year passed. Unknowingly, it was already three hundred years. Drake von Alkhazar finally reach the highest point of this world.

His terrifying beast like strength and vitality, earns him the title of Immortal Beast.

No matter what kind of injury he get, he can heal it instantly. Even when his head is chopped off or when his body sliced to dice, he always comes back perfectly fine.

But right now, that beast like person couldn't even muster his leg to stand up. He knelt to the ground waiting for his time to come.

However, something unexpected always happened at the end of the story.

"Huh? A gate? How did I suddenly on top of this huge ass gate?"

And this, is where the tales of Immortal Beast begin...

Tower of God, 1st floor.

*Drip*

In a dark room or maybe a cave, only sound of water droplets can be heard. A man with a body full of wounds lay on the ground with closed eyes.

After sometimes, that man finally regained his consciousness. Droplets after droplets dripping on his body. Except from the dripping water sounds, he can only hear his heartbeat.

"Huh?"

With a groan, Drake slowly opening his eyes and waking up from the ground. He looks at his surrounding and found out that he is inside something like a cave.

Before he could wonder where this place is. He finds that his wounds healed at astonishing speed, even faster than it used to be. You know, his wounds are not normal wound. Each of it was filled with the demon lord's curse that prevent him from healing. Otherwise how can Lucifer almost killed him, The Immortal Beast.

Noticing something strange. He tried to feel the mana around him. But he discovered something incredible. Something that's even higher than mana!

"What is this thing?"

He tried to control it and it worked. That things slowly entered his body and change the mana inside him into itself. Finally after some minutes, he is getting more familiar with it.

Realize that this is not the time to train. He set the strange mana aside. He is now more curious about this place.

"Where is this? I should have died right. So... is this afterlife?"

Looking around the dark cave, he can see the wall full of unknown ancient murals. Then he turn his head in a direction where he see a little bit of light.

"Damn it's too dark here. There's no way this is heaven. This must be hell."

"Fuck, I might be a failed hero. But I still died while protecting the world. At least even if it's the lowest one, I still deserve a heaven."

Since he is confused about what to do, he choose to walk towards that small light. Just when he is closer to that light, a voice suddenly rang in his ears surprised him.

"My, my- it hasn't even been a minute since the previous one left. Yet there is another one come."

"Who is it?!"

Drake who had a lot of experience quickly jump backwards and take a position, ready to fight. He might just getting started to know that strange mana not long ago. But he is sure that he is stronger than before. Coupled with his strongest person in the world identity, his confidence soared through the sky.

He looks at the direction of the voice and see three silhouette standing. One short man, one tall girl, and one monster with rabbit ears.

"&@±$?! #%$@&?!"

(What?! The second irregular?!)

The tall girl said in a surprised tone. Though Drake doesn't know shit about what she said.

"@&$#•√~∆|^? #&%!@°$∆#¥?"

(What the hell is going on? Is the world going to end?)

Said the short man, while making a helpless face.

"Hihihi... The tower will goes on another big waves it seems. And yet, it is none of my business. *Smirk*" The rabbit eared monster smirks. No one knows what is going on inside his head.

Strangely. Drake only understand what the monster say. Thinking that it was a demonkin, he surged the strange mana around him towards his body.

"Whoa, whoa, I won't hurt you young man. Calm down." Said that monster with an eerie smile showing his sharp teeth.

"Who are you? Where is this?" Ask Drake.

"Let me introduce myself first. My name is Headon. I'm the guardian of the first floor of the tower." Introduce the monster.

"Welcome to the tower, young man."
