Chapter 29: Decisions

Hours turned to days, days turned to weeks, weeks into months and we didn't even notice how fast the months went by, now we have only two weeks of vacation left, before another semester starts. Me and Vin spent almost all of our spare time together, we became inseparable. A few days after his discharge from the hospital, we all decided to go on a trip out of town and just have our well-deserved relaxation. We stayed at this beach resort in Palawan for a week, where Miggy and Denise finally became official.

It was the second day of our trip and Miggy approached me when I was alone on the beach as Shin and Vin were surfing. I was a bit scared of what he was about to tell me because of the nervousness splattered across his face. He sat down beside me on the sand, and we were both quiet for a while. He cleared his throat making me turn to look at him with a questioning look.

"I need your help." He blurted out rubbing the back of his neck in embarrassment.
