Council meeting
So after my time well spent with my lovers things had to go back to normal. Tsunade has to resume her duties as hokage along with shizune as her right hand. Tsume has to return as a clan leader and the daughters of clan leaders must return to their compounds. So my little love nest decreased to half it's number as the others had work. Naturally tsunade didn't want to assign me missions right now because I went on a creative cooking spree with fuu's honey but because fuu is here a council meeting was announced.
Three days later I dawned a traditional clan leader outfit of a yukata with a haori with my Yūhi clans symbol. The red eye pattern that me, my sister and father shared. My sister didn't want to go to the clan meeting so she chose to take a bath and have a meal with anko and yugao about some lady things so I chose to remain aloof.
I entered the council hall inside the hokage building and greeted the other clansmen. There was tsume who was happy to see me, the marks on her neck where a collar was present are still showing. The ino-shika-cho leaders were here and they bowed to me. The yamanaka and the nara clan where overjoyed with my new tea products which calm the mind and help with meditation. I discovered them during sage training. The yamanaka can better train their mind arts while drinking it and the nara can have a sounder sleep. The akimichi clans fanaticism towards me is unquestionable.
Lord third represented the Sarutobi clan due to him being cured by tsunade, now he spends his days high as a kite in their clan compound happily with his second wife. Kakashi was here to represent the Hatake clan though he was blatantly reading porn like a true gentleman. The Hōki clan members was her but again she was reading her reports from the the konoha hospital. Their clan is the medical department of the village thus are responsible for it and are always occupied.
The hyuga are here though hisashi is giving me a death glare because he peeped on the 'activities' of his little girl. Hinata is a bad bitch when she gets into it which is not my fault but he naturally doesn't see it that way. The aburame clan was here as quiet as ever though for some reason I've received mass orders for honey since fuu arrived. I assume she's like a deity to them like I am for the akimichi and inuzuka.
The empty clan seats still sit there as a painful reminder. Kurama, senju, Kohaku, Uchiha and the uzumaki clans seats stand tall and empty acting as a blaring reminder to all that their clan could die out at any time. Five clans wiped out within twenty years is outrageous to say the least but who am I to judge.
Danzo sat their silently to represent the Shimura clan though I could tell it was just a shadow clone thanks to my senses. I honestly would assume he's either asleep or a corpse based on his lack of facial expression and movement. Of course Koharu and homura where here to represent the civilian council which shouldn't be a thing.
Last time my sister represented our clan and asked why they still exist. We even held a vote to disband them with my side having 7 votes out of 16. Their council apperantly counts for a "CLAN MEMBER VOTE". So they didn't disband and I'm forced to sit her a listen to those three old bastards.
"We should indoctrinate the new jinchuriki into the village, assign her to T&I first then ship her to danzo'S root" spoke homura while Koharu nodded. "Not happening, I've adopted her as a member of my clan seeing as she held no last name and she's signed numerous contracts with my family for production of her materials" I cut in.
The old bitch Koharu just frowned making her wrinkles further compile. "Boy you just want her for your disgusting little harem. See the big picture and contribute her to the village". I let out my pressure from my chakra which unnerved her as my reserves have long surpassed a jounin like her. "Hag! Your just jealous you ah ent got any for the last century. As per the law of the land of fire! I as a clan head have full rights towards the deployment of my clan members and must provide my approval towards their assignment to a department. She's my clan now and I'm not sending her to T&I and certainly not root".
She developed a vein on her head but danzo spoke up before she could reply "you dare mock the foundation established by lord second!" before releasing his own pressure to counter balance mine. I scoffed him "please.... as if the root is anything like the orginal. You have members from most clans under your boot because of your inferiority complex towards a lack of a kekkei genkai. Last I checked you had an aburame and yamanaka in your personal guard."
This comment made ino'S father and the aburame clan lock into danzo who chose to back down. Homura had to stew in her hatred of me for a bit. Hiruzen decided to speak up "now now, everyone should calm down. The yūhi clans personal affairs aren't for us to comment on unless they violate the established laws either by the daimyo's decree or the villages law. We do however have to address the jinchuriki problem of the akatsuki". This is the point that shikaku joined in "I couldn't agree more lord third, intelligence gathered showed ten members each with a bloodline or unique/forbidden Jutsu of some form or another. Thankfully lord yūhi manages to take one of them out."
This led to a lengthy analysis of their abilities and the location of jinchuriki. The civilian council demanded Naruto's location from tsunade due to her being the only one with his current location. She merely ignored it and continued nursing her drink in a calm fashion which was unlike her. Koharu then tried to attack me based on the 'noise' of my compound but I didn't give a shit and called her every name under the sun.
The room quickly descended into a room of slander as clans brought up every minor grievance they could. Again I asked for a vote to remove the retarded civilian council as we didn't need it. The votes tied at 8/16 so a 50/50 vote. I needed at least a sixty percent vote. The smug look on that old bitches face almost made me think fuck it and flip the table on her.
They only got away with due to the deceased clans lacking a vote and some being absent. Naruto is classified as a clan leader once her turns of age even though the village law states that a shinobi is an adult. Tsunade couldn't vote as she's biased as the hokage and a clan leader. They paid of the Hōki clan and the Hatake. Kakashi rolled over for a limited edition icha icha book. Hiruzen of course sides with his old friends so I'm stuck dealing with them again.
Tsunade couldn't disband root without evidence so I couldn't drop a canon bomb to get rid of them. Two of them last until boruto'S time as council members which pisses me off.
Long story short they could do nothing about fuu and we should be alert for akatsuki activity as they may want revenge for Hidan. Like I care though I've got shit to cook.
