Chapter 8: Unwelcome Visitors

Liz was in the middle of preparing their meal when she noticed that Jericho was looking tired and weak, despite the fact that his wounds were healing well. She decided to call Tenshi over to join them, hoping that a hot meal and some company would do Jericho some good.

Tenshi, who was practicing his sword techniques and martial arts on a remote part of the island, quickly made his way to where Jericho and Liz were. He greeted Jericho with a nod and a warm smile, noticing that his friend was in better spirits than before.

The three of them sat down and started to devour the food that Liz had prepared. They were so engrossed in their meal and in each other's company that they did not notice the small group of assassins that had landed on the island.

One moment, the island was peaceful and calm. The next, it was filled with the sounds of assassins jumping off from a plane and emerging from the sea. Tenshi, Liz, and Jericho immediately sprang into action, thinking that they were under attack. They readied themselves for a fight, but to their surprise, the assassins did not attack them.

Instead, they came to their aid. They introduced themselves as a group of medical assassins, led by a woman named Daine. They explained that they had been sent to the island to protect them and to help Jericho recover.

Tenshi, Liz, and Jericho were taken aback by this unexpected turn of events. They had never encountered a group of assassins who were not out to harm them. Daine and her team were highly skilled and well-equipped, and they quickly got to work tending to Jericho's wounds.

As the days passed, the three friends learned more about Daine and her team. They were all highly trained and had dedicated their lives to helping those in need. They were a tight-knit group, and they welcomed Tenshi, Liz, and Jericho with open arms.

Despite the initial shock of their arrival, Tenshi, Liz, and Jericho were grateful for the help that Daine and her team had provided. They continued to recover and to plan their next move, knowing that they were in good hands with their new allies by their side.
