"Tell me, Miss Eve, where did you acquire that sword?" Noah asked suddenly.

Eve frowned, "Why don't you assume I made it?"

Noah gave her a sidelong glance and replied, "That type of sword doesn't seem to be from this kingdom, or perhaps not even from this world." After a moment's thought, he continued, "You're undoubtedly a talented blacksmith, Miss Eve, but I doubt you created a completely new type of sword."

Though slightly offended, Eve chose not to argue with him. "That sword was obtained from a young man who needed money. He sold it to me about a year ago. While the sword is good, it doesn't seem to align with any knight techniques I've come across."

Noah smiled and offered an explanation, "Of course, to wield that sword effectively, you'd need to be a samurai or a swordmaster, not a knight." He picked up the sword and tested it briefly.

"The metal it's made of isn't of high quality, and the blacksmith who made it isn't particularly skilled either," Noah observed as he examined the blade. He then added, "It's likely that the young man who gave it to you was an amateur."

Eve had a puzzled expression. 'This world seems more technologically advanced compared to a typical magic world from my time. Did the gods bring people from Earth here?' Noah's origin was Earth, and he had ascended to godhood through his own power before traveling to other worlds, slaying even gods.

Regardless, Noah didn't dwell on it. "If I provide you with a blueprint for this sword, could you craft one for me using higher-quality materials?" he inquired.

Eve's eyes lit up with enthusiasm. "Certainly."

"Very well. Please give me some paper and a pen," Noah requested.

She promptly supplied him with what he needed, and after ten minutes, Noah had a blueprint ready.

"Here's the blueprint. You have one month, and I'll double whatever expenses you incur. Just don't disappoint me," Noah instructed.

"You have my word," she replied earnestly.

Noah then examined the daggers he intended to purchase and found them suitable, buying them for one gold. He also acquired the needles for 60 silver.

"I'm out of money again. Commoner life can be miserable," Noah sighed.

Eve made a suggestion after hearing his complaint. "You mentioned you're a doctor; why not seek employment with a noble? They earn quite a lot."

"No, no. I don't have any respect for nobles, and I possess the talent to become the finest doctor. Why should I work for nobles just for money?" Noah responded before making the weapons vanish with a wave of his hand.

Eve was once again taken aback but didn't inquire further because she knew that Noah would never reveal the nature of his magic.

"You're quite arrogant for a commoner, don't you think? If someone overheard you, the nobles might throw you in prison," Eve remarked, scoffing.

Noah chuckled, "When I become a rank 5 or higher doctor, no one will dare to challenge me, not even the king," leaving her startled once more.

"In any case, see you next month, Miss Eve," he bid her farewell with a wave and departed from the shop.

The four nobles were scheduled to meet at Baron Winson's mansion the following night, which seemed like the perfect opportunity to eliminate them. However, after more consideration, Noah decided to act tonight.

Upon returning home, he found Reve sitting in the living room with the herbs. He took the herbs from her and walked toward the kitchen.

"Reve, you should avoid following me. The smell of the poison is quite strong when I'm preparing it. Make sure to stay away from the kitchen and inform the others," Noah cautioned before continuing on his way.

"But, Master, won't you be affected by the same gas?" she asked, concerned.

"No, I consumed a treasure back at the academy that made my body immune to most poisons in this world," Noah explained casually before vanishing.

Reve couldn't help but wonder, 'What's wrong with Master? He always tells the truth. Is it some sort of curse, or does he trust me too much?' Normally, people kept their secrets or told white lies, but Noah had never lied to her, even if the truth occasionally hurt, like when she attempted to cook or when she argued with Zinab about who was the better actor. He always spoke the truth.

After three hours, Noah donned his assassin outfit, equipped with two daggers strapped to his sides and a pack of needles stored in his system inventory.

"Reve, don't leave the house tonight. This city is going to descend into chaos," he warned with an ominous smile.

'I really can't comprehend this man. He saves slaves and now kills people for practice. Is he good or evil?' she wondered.
