False Arrest Warrant

In a building, a man was sitting while his legs crossed each other.

He was Zai, Eagle Sect's leader . He had ordered Jenk to email a letter on CSD's computer. They'll specifically choose one of the CSD officers to execute their tasks.

As for the email , Jenk had sent it using another guy's computer. Using the invisibility potion, Jenk had entered a house and using that person's computer he had sent the letter. And then he left the house.

In CSD's building,

Roy and Agus were chilling. They had earlier contacted with Knight. Earlier they had tried a few things in their power to stop Ronin and Karen. They thought that they had failed their Knight. But that wasn't the case indeed. Upon getting the updates, Knight expressed that everything was going according to plan. Knight didn't come there directly. Instead using a formation created by several blocks and potions , he and Agus would come in contact. Therefore Agus would use that block to summon Knight's light. On the other hand , Knight would use the block at the same time using that light. It's like a video call with virtual effects.

After a few minutes of conversation, a CSD officer came Infront of Roy.

" Leader ! We got an emergency situation."

On their way,

Chris and Ronin had a talk.

They were talking about different methods which could lead a false arrest warrant.

Ronin explained,

" There are several ways to create a false arrest warrant despite lacking solid evidences."

Ronin was refering to the document which had Monika's case details. Ronin by reading the case details had found so many loopholes in the evidences.

He had earlier pointed out one of them . On the way Ronin also explained the other evidences which were fabricated.

Moreover Ronin also doubted that

"Based on these fabricated and weak evidences how could a judge issue an arrest warrant??"

Because of the weak evidences, a judge won't issue an arrest warrant. But if he does, that's against the law. Which meant there were several methods involved which were used to create the false arrest warrant. Why this was a false arrest warrant?? Because it was based on weak fabricated evidences and the reasoning behind those evidences were full of loopholes. Despite the existence of loopholes, an arrest warrant came for Monika. Which definitely meant that this false arrest warrant was corrupted.

Ronin just had to find the methodology behind it.

If he could find the method via which the false arrest warrant was issued , he could easily prove that the basis of the arrest warrant ( the evidences related to Monika's case details) were also false and fabricated. Thus Ronin would be able to free Monika.

Now how can a false arrest warrant be issued??

There were several methods.

Ronin had reasoned them out.

" First method, false evidences : Basically a CSD officer could fabricate false evidences , hire witnesses to give false testimony , plant fake fingerprints , objects and changing the camera views etc etc. This surely had a lot of efforts. But if CSD could do that, why did they plant weak evidences ?? Let's suppose the judge wasn't corrupted. Then do you think that with these weak evidences , Roy could make the judge issue an arrest warrant?? Of course not ! Which means the judge was surely corrupted. Because the judge was corrupted, Roy was sure that using these weak evidences he could make the judge issue an arrest warrant. "

" So, you mean the judge we are heading towards is corrupted?"

" That's only a possibility. Why ?? Cause there are several other methods which would lead to different conclusions."

Kai was driving and hearing at the same time.

Karen asked ,

" Can you elaborate them ?"

Ronin replied,

" Of course. Hear me out.

Third method: "

Ronin was going to speak and Chris stopped.

He asked ,

" What's the second method?"

Ronin smiled and said ,

" I've already told. Let's review it. The first method was : False evidence of course. According to the principle of this method, officers would fabricate Strong evidences and hand them to the judge . It didn't matter whether the judge was corrupted or not . Because of those strong evidences , he must issue an arrest warrant. That's the first method.

But we can see in this document that the evidences used here were all weak. Which basically contradicts the principle of the first method. This means the first method wasn't used. The evidences were weak. Because they knew with weak evidences they could get the arrest warrant. And how was this possible?? Of course with a corrupted judge. And this is the second method. Which is basically corrupted judge . "

Chris nodded. He thought in his mind :

" No wonder Monika choose him. This guy should have been an investigator instead of a gamer ."

Ronin then continued to explain,

" Okay . Hear the 3rd method ,

Exploitation of Bureaucratic loopholes: This basically refers to Roy using the loopholes of the system and exploit them into his own advantage which are mostly connected with bureaucratic system. For example, Roy could have pressured the judge indirectly to rush the process of issuing an arrest warrant. In other words, the Judge would be forced to quickly sign for the arrest warrant without even reading the document properly. Now how could a judge be forced into rushing a process?? It's simple. By making the judge extremely busy with so many other cases and documents. So that the judge would be burned out and forced to rush the process. That's how with those weak evidences, an arrest warrant can be issued."

Chris asked ,

" So, with this possibility, the judge being a corrupt or not doesn't matter since it's an one sided offense from Roy ?"

" Yes yes. You got it uncle. Let's shift to the fourth method.

Fourth Method , Using Errors to confuse the administratives :

It's the same as 'Information controlling' . Roy could have tempered with the many information of this document before submitting it to the judge . This method can also be used without even submitting the document. For example : Roy could have used an arrest warrant related to old case to frame Monika by tempering with the information or errors in it. This way, they don't even have to go to the judges. Because the old arrest warrant (which is tempered) will work as a new one . "

Chris's eyebrows had frowned a little. He was a getting more and more shocked upon seeing Ronin's knowledge. ( About this earth of course)

Ronin then continued,

" Let's go to the fifth method: Pressuring the judge by creating an emergency situation.

Roy could have pressured the judge into believing that Monika was a great threat and she should be immediately arrested. Thus resulting the judge hurriedly issue an arrest warrant and Roy could simply bypassing all the necessary procedure."

Chris asked ,

" There are several methods and they draw several conclusions. How are you gonna find one ??"

Ronin replied " I was thinking the same. That's why we are heading towards the judge's house.

—If we turn off the switches one by one, we'll definitely turn off the main switch today or tomorrow or someday.

In CSD's building,

A few officers were watching a big computer. They were watching another officer going into some place. That place was another guy's house.

Agus said ,

" You think someone who can threaten us would live in a place such as that ??"

" I'm also having doubts too."

Earlier, in CSD officer's computer an email was sent . That email had crucial information about the secrets of CSD . Although it didn't contain any high level secrets. It wasn't even low level secrets. But it was important enough to make the CSD officers act upon it.

Roy instantly called ,

" Officer Dan, officer James , officer Evan .

You three will go and investigate this . Remember that's a crucial secret of our organisation. Whoever you find, eliminate them while considering the worst case scenario and all the other factors."

All three of them nodded their head and left the room.

Dan was a CSD officer. In CSD , ranks are assigned by achievements. Except the leader. The leader is above all. And except him, all the others were assigned by achievements.

In this way, Dan was number 8.

He was a former fighter once worked as a professional under big shots.

Then he once got in a fight with CSD officers. Of course it wasn't possible for him to defeat a CSD officer directly in a battle.

So the fight began with a arguement at first.

And then Dan had challenged the CSD officer in hand to hand combat.

That moment was Infront of many criminals. According to Roy , by rejecting a challenge from a lowly criminal would decrease their reputation and face.

Considering this, he told that CSD officer to take the challenge.

Soon, the fight was coming to an end. It was Dan of course who was gaining the upper hand.

And very soon Dan had dominated the ring.

That CSD officer was brutally beaten till pulp. But Roy wasn't upset at all. He saw through the talent of Dan which was being used in the wrong field.

After plotting against Dan, he had finally convinced Dan to join CSD. From then Dan works for CSD. Despite him being 8 , CSD 1 would be feeling difficulties of facing him. Only the leader was exceptional who could take down Dan easily.

That's the reason Roy choose Dan.

James and Evan , they were 9 and 10 .

Of course with the faction of 10 .

In CSD there were factions.

Factions would constitute of 10 CSD officers.

01-10 = Faction 10

11-20 = Faction 20

21-30 = Faction 30

31-40 = Faction 40

....

So on.

Dan , James and Evan's numbers were 8,9,10 . So, they belonged to Faction 10 .

There were differences between each factions. It's mostly achievements and combat differences.

For example, if faction 10 fights against faction 20, faction 10 will win. It didn't matter how the battle goee , faction 10 will definitely win. Cause only the higher talents were recruited in faction 10. If faction 20 was supposed to be the winner then it would never be faction 20. Instead it'll be faction 10.

Moreover the numbers in-between those faction which represents CSD officer's rank would also change.

For example, if number 12 achieves a high level feat which surpasses the achievements of number 4 then number 12 will be immediately promoted to number 4 and number 4 will be number 5 , 5 will be 6 , 6 will be 7 and so on.

That's how CSD had worked.

About qualifications of these CSD officers, all of them were highly qualified but they also have some special talents in specific fields. For example some officers were good at hacking and plotting, some were good at fabrication, some were good at combat etc.

Regardless of what path they are good at, their achievements carry the most worth.

Ronin, Chris , Karen and Kai were outside the car.

Ronin and Kai were talking something.

And Chris was reading Monika's documents.

They were Infront of the Judge's house who had issued the arrest warrant.

It was actually after the conversation with the judge, they were at the outside of his house.

Karen was wondering restlessly and looking at the sky.

Then she looked at Ronin.

Ronin was talking with Kai about something. And then Kai started walking towards the car and Ronin was walking behind him.

Karen felt pity for Ronin.

None of them had any expressions.

When Ronin came near the car, Karen asked ,

" What are you going to do Ronin ?"

" There are so many things to do ."

As expected, the arrest warrant was false.

Half an hour ago :

They tried to talk with the judge but when the judge looked at the documents, he immediately told them to get out . When Ronin refused, the judge even called for security. Thus without getting any answer they were kicked out.

They didn't take long to understand that the document and the arrest warrant were false.

Fortunately the judge wasn't a bad guy.

After kicking them out, the security guard of the judge had told Ronin " It's false ! Be careful. "

In the commotion and the way security guard told him, only Ronin had heard this.

Upon hearing Ronin had looked at the security guard . He told ,

" Inno - cent ! Judge ! He wo not be essupporting ein zustais ."

This translates as " The judge was innocent and he won't support injustice. Therefore it's false. The judge had conveyed his message through the security guard ."

And after saying that, the security guard smiled while giving a hand signal through his fingers. Which was indirectly telling Ronin that they were forced for this !

Ronin had understood everything very clearly.

" This was a false arrest warrant !"
