Chapter 15: Artifact's Knowledge

It is a shock to both Izak and Arkalis that the artifact works with the blood of vampires. This news has been kept secret for the time being until everything is confirmed correctly.

"So... we can make it more powerful?" Izak asked.

Izak had this in his mind: the more blood the artifact absorbs, the more powerful it gets in emitting the light and then it can burn off the vampires without effort.

"I didn't say that, but I did mention that it emits the same light that fended off the ancient vampire!" Arkalis said.

Eventually, this leads Izak to the understanding of how vampire blood reacts. However, this has created a problem in how it gives an advantage to them.

Izak was left disappointed and said, "How are we supposed to get vampire blood for it to help us?" with a pause, he continued saying, "In fact! Are we even sure that it will kill even a normal vampire creature?".
