She was surrounded by them, her body strained and her complexion pale, as she was slowly approached by two hungry and desperate hounds.
Her entire body screamed in pain as she readied her hands on a traditional katana, her legs and arms exhausted, and she narrowed her eyes desperately.
Then, the two Houndour pounced, and her entire body tensed up as she unsheathed the katana. A gust of wind hindered the Houndour, which caught the canine Pokemon by surprise.
The teenage girl disappeared when the wind dissipated, and in a flash, the Houndour was sent flying by multiple, swift slashes.
The attacks served to dissuade the desperate dogs, and they fled in obvious pain.
Her entire body continued to ache as she sheathed the katana, emotionless as she continued to walk through the forest.

Nick sighed as he collapsed onto his bed; he had just finished a phone call with Janice and Ren, and they were, to say the least, livid.
He remembered something as he sank into the comforts of the bedsheets.
"Wait, didn't Gardenia say she was going to revoke my trainer's license if I ran away?"
"And... didn't I run away?"
Nick hastily jumped out of bed, but he quickly calmed himself down.
"If my trainer's license was revoked, I would've already been notified!"
Nick heard a knock on his room door, and he quickly went to answer it.
"Yoo, Nick!" Omnis the Porygon-2, who was hovering above Calvin, greeted him.
"Gardenia said she wanted to see you!" Calvin said, "She didn't say why, but I think you should meet her; she said it was urgent and told me to tell you to meet her at the statues."
Nick sighed, "Of course, she will. Just my typical luck; I just had to jinx it!"
"Alright, I'll be there." "Cal after I'm done; let's talk about that little trick you've got," Nick said.
He made his way out of the poke center. He felt a cold breeze; it was getting close to fall, which means the cold weather had crept up to even the warmer sides of Sinnoh, where Eterna City was located.
His head still ached from the piercing yells of Janice, who had gotten quite emotional and even more furious than usual.
He walked for a few minutes, unsure of what to expect until he came to a halt in front of the two massive statues of the legendary Pokemon Dialga and Palkia.
Gardenia stood in the middle of the two statues, observing the golden statues with familiarity.
"You're finally here, boy," Gardenia said, turning her head towards Nick, her complexion completely pale and without the usual, kind smile.
Instead, she had a grim atmosphere; this side of Gardenia was almost entirely unknown to him, but he still nodded.
"Your decisions were highly foolish, and you completely disregarded the commands of a gym leader, instead charging brashly into combat." Gardenia said, "You could've very easily gotten yourself killed."
"Normally, it wouldn't warrant a revocation of a trainer's license," Gardenia admitted, much to Nick's surprise. "I only said that to potentially scare you out of being on the frontlines."
"Trainers like you and me, the moment they step out of the comfort of their city or home and into the wild, are automatically putting themselves at risk from several dangers." Gardenia explained, "But, do you know what will warrant a revocation?"
"Running head-on into a battlefield against an Alpha Garchomp is stupid!" Gardenia lectured, "If you had the required amount of badges to participate in a type 3 WPA, you would've been forgiven...
"But you only have two!"
Nick nodded, a frown slowly spreading.
"Normally, something as brash and stupid as this would call for a revocation of somebody's trainer license under any normal circumstances, but..."
"Three people stood up for you." "First was the STD agent you saved; he went by Ray, not surprisingly there," Gardenia sighed.
"However…"
"Another STD agent proposed against your revocation," Gardenia stated, Nick's eyes narrowing intently. "Well, an ex-STD agent, I should say."
"He wished for me not to reveal much of his identity, but his code names back when he was still a member...
"Was Aqua."
Nick nodded. He was confused as to why this mysterious figure helped him out and why he purposefully chose not to reveal his identity, but he decided he would investigate that later.
"You are lucky, boy." Gardenia stated, "While I, as a gym leader, technically hold more power than any STD member, for you to be backed up by two STD members is not something I can just dismiss."
Gardenia clapped her hands and said, "Your trainer's license will not be revoked, and you will be left off with a warning."
"Boy, don't be stupid and try anything like this again, okay?"
Nick nodded as Gardenia sighed.
"You can leave now; I have more pressing matters to attend to." Gardenia stated, "Eterna City is a mess right now."
Nick waved goodbye before letting out a sigh of relief.

He returned to the PokeCenter, noticing Calvin sitting on one of the couches located around the building. Nick approached him, and Calvin grinned when their eyes met.
"Alright, let's do this!"
Nick smiled as Calvin excitedly rushed out, Omnis hovering above him.
"I think we should go to Cycling Road to test your little ability out," Nick said. Calvin nodded, seemingly fond of the idea.
"Ah! I wonder if I can catch a Gible." Calvin pondered as we approached the cycling road.
"Sure you can, in your dreams," Nick replied; Calvin simply frowned.
"Aw, come on, that's mean and boring." Calvin responded, "As a trainer, we should aim higher!"
"Pokemon such as Gible is far beyond your skill level."Nick stated, "Unless Gible is desperate, there is no way they would submit to us."
"The Gible line is tricky like that; if you forcefully make them submit to you, they are only going to grow more distant," Nick said. "If you force them into battle, even if they do listen, they will only hate you...
"And when pent-up hatred and a nasty temper meet, it explodes."
"With violence."
Calvin nodded, "I know, I've been studying the Giblet line since I learned to read."
"You can call it an obsession."
"Right, many foolish lives have been lost because they forcibly trained a Gible or anything around its level of power and aggression," Nick said.
,
"Oi, I think this spot is good," Calvin said. They were in a relatively flat area without anybody nearby.
"Okay, so let's get this rolling, shall we?"
Calvin smiled and said, "Sure."
"To begin things, we know that your phasing ability can only be activated with concentration and that it also exhausts you quite a bit to maneuver in this state," Nick said. Calvin nodded in response.
"So, your training is going to be simple," Nick stated. "All you need to do is practice maneuvering in your incorporeal state repeatedly, and that should cause your stamina to increase."
Calvin nodded and said, "Now, go on; I have some business."
When Calvin left, Nick sighed.
"Madison Vermont…"
Nick rubbed his temples; now that he was thinking back on it, he regretted letting her go.
"She's a menace."
Nick was from an alternate timeline, and he knew that, as everything was far too different from his version and knowledge of things.
He hoped that Madison Vermont would be a different "person" altogether, but he was wrong.
Nick was able to piece together Madison Vermont quite easily based on her shocked expression when Nick called out her real name and by reading through some cases.
was still a serial killer.
"I'm what you would call a genius." A haughty voice said, "I am also a serial killer."
"All in one, sweet and deceptive package!"
Nick scowled at the memories.
"I was fucking stupid."
"No, I was greedy; I wanted to create the perfect situation, the perfect stage...
"For sweet, beautiful payback."
"In doing so…" Nick muttered, a frown spreading across his face.
"I let a serial and maniacal killer go." Nick sighed, "Am I fucking dumb!?"
"That woman is too dangerous, with her brilliant intellect combined with her Pokemon."
"She was able to get away with 27 murders."
"I've killed 27 people, all without a single glance cast at me. How impressive!"
"Boy, guess who's going to become my 28th?"
As Nick nearly recoiled, a piercing laugh rang through his mind, "Stupid...
"Fucking…"
The piercing laughter continued, as growling and barking could be heard, which turned into shrieks of pain...
Then the laughter stopped, and for a split second, screams filled the air.
Blood flashed through his vision as a teenager stood amidst the blood-riddled ground, emotionless as he radiated a dark aura.
Nick snapped back to reality, his heart pounding and his breath tight.
"Enough of that," Nick said firmly. In a flash of brilliant scarlet light, his Pokemon appeared.
"Hey y'all, we're going to go exploring, and maybe find a new member!" Nick said, "Sven," nodded excitedly, and Sicarius jumped around the flat area.
His eyes met Bellator's, who narrowed his.
They suddenly glowed a bright blue as the Kirlia increased the intensity of its psychic energy.
"You"
Nick's eyes widened in shock as Bellator continued to intensify its psychic powers.
"Pale"
The Kirlia looked at him with worry, as Nick was at a loss for words.
He responded with a faint smile. "I'm fine," he reassured.
Bellator nodded before gracefully levitating next to him.
Line break
The cycling road was surprisingly untouched despite the chaos that just happened a day ago, but due to the incident, there wasn't much of anything.
"There isn't much here," Nick said. "Let's go look for Cal now; he shouldn't have gone too far away."
As he turned directions with his Pokemon, he heard some scurrying and saw a blueish shark-like Pokemon climb onto the cycling road through one of the pillars attached to the bridge.
"G-Gible…"
"Gible!" The Pokemon shrieked, preparing its claws.
"Sven, it seems to be challenging us," Nick stated, a grin spreading across his face. "You know what to do!"
Sven leaped into action, eyeing the Gible carefully as he expertly maneuvered around it.
The Gible charged up an attack before launching a sphere of purple draconic energy. Sven leaped to the left as the draconic blast exploded after coming into contact with one of the pillars.
"Chain-strike!"
Sven leaped at the Gible in a swift movement before launching a barrage of attacks as the Gible groaned in pain.
Sicarius and Bellator simply stood on the sidelines, apparently more interested in the capabilities of their potential team member than Sven.
The Gible only seemed to be irritated by the attack, preparing another dragon rage, as purple dragonic energy gathered around the shark's mouth.
"Intercept it with a force palm!"
Sven leaped at the land shark, but to his surprise, he was suddenly sent flying by a wave of draconian energy.
"Shit, I got baited!"
"Sven!"
Sven stood amidst the smoke, grinning from excitement.
"That's odd; normally Pokemon don't actively come up with strategies, usually letting their instincts go wild."
Nick observed the Gible, realizing that it was heavily bruised and had scars—unnatural even for Pokemon like Gible.
"There's a chance that this Gible has been heavily suppressed by its clan, likely developing normally unorthodox strategies to defend itself."
The Gible screamed at Sven, who readied another attack.
"Force your palm into a quick attack!"
Sven leaped with incredible agility, dodging a dragon's rage, but this time, the Gible was ready.
Instead of dodging as Nick expected, the shark Pokemon simply took the attack and, to Nick's surprise, bit down firmly onto Sven's arm, who let out a cry of pain.
"Overflow!"
Sven's entire body radiated an orange aura as he slammed his fist into the Gible, who still held firmly.
"Havoc Bringer makes a breakthrough!"
Much to Nick's dismay, the Gible readied a dragon rage: "Is this Gible insane?"
"This Gible not only purposefully drew Sven in, and despite taking significant damage from his attacks, they still used the dragon rage all in an attempt to damage Sven, and is now purposefully taking hits just so it can use the same risky strategy!"
"All because it knows that Sven can very easily dodge its attacks."
Sven's entire body overflowed with orange energy, as in an explosion of purple draconian energy. Both sides were sent hurling.
"Sven, are you okay?"
In a swift motion, the Riolu leaped in the middle of the road as Gible screeched, preparing another attack.
"Sven, quick attack!"
The Riolu dashed at the Gible with amazing speed, and as he approached, the dragon's rage exploded instantly.
Amidst the smoke, Sven was nowhere to be seen.
It was only gibe, bruised, and battered.
Then, in an instant, Sven knocked the Gible away with a swift force palm; the Gible was sent flying across the Cyclin Road, plummeting to the ground.
However, before he could drop, a blue aura surrounded him.
"Nice save, Bellator!" Nick praised him, although both of them knew that Gible would've survived the fall, albeit injured.
Gible slowly levitated into the air before being firmly dropped onto the cycling road.
"Alright, buddy, you've fought hard." Nick praised, "But you've been defeated."
The Gible growled at him, but couldn't do much as Sicarius threateningly held out a firm hand, ready to freeze the land shark if need be.
"I am going to give you two options." Nick said firmly, "You join my team, and you will be provided with proper food, shelter, and most important of all, a mentor."
"You will no longer be oppressed, mocked, and blah blah blah," Nick stated that the Gible stared at him with a mild shock, mostly curiosity.
"You will grow stronger; you will learn techniques beyond what you would normally be able to do." Nick said, "And then when you grow up, evolve, and become terrifyingly powerful...
"You will return here and show them who's boss!"
The Gible stared at him intently, genuinely thinking about the offer.
"So, you get food, shelter, power, and a healthy environment."
"Sounds like a good deal to you?"
"Everybody here is strong enough to push you to the absolute limits and diversify your strategy beyond belief," Nick stated, "and I will leave this decision to you."
He grabbed a great ball from his bag and slowly rolled it over to Gible.
"It's either you go into that ball, which would mean you accepted my offer, or you continue living in the wild."
Silence
After seconds that felt like minutes of pure silence...
Nick grins as the Gible slowly approaches the great ball.
In a flash of brilliant scarlet light, the Gible disappeared.
Then came a loud "Ding!"
He reached down for the great ball, his grin so wide it was hurting his face.
"This is just the beginning."
In a flash of brilliant scarlet light, Gible appeared, confused.
"Alright, you are now officially a part of this team!" Nick said, and the Gible nodded slowly.
"So, meet your new teammates." Nick said, "They will be your training and sparring partners."
"This is Sven," Nick introduced, pointing at Sven, who pounded his soft chest as the Gible nodded in acknowledgment. "This is Bellator."
Gible looks at Kirlia, whose eyes glow a bright blue as Gible levitates into the air before slowly descending to the ground.
The goblin growled but didn't seem hostile.
"And, finally, Sicarius."
The feline growled at Gible, who returned the sentiment.
Sicarius' hands started emitting cold, icy winds as Gible growled with small sparks of fire.
"Alright, stop." Nick ordered, "You guys can fight when we are training."
Nick shuffled in his bag before taking out his Pokedex and saying, "Let me scan you real quick to get some of your information; it'll only take a few minutes."
Nick pointed the device at the Gible before activating the scanning function through a red button on the side.
"This Pokemon is Gible; it very commonly lives in mountainsides, caves, and sometimes even underground."
"Its gender is male, and it knows the moves of dragon rage, fire fang, bite, and sand tomb."
"Additionally, this Gible seems to be nearing evolution and is likely 4 years old."
Nick nodded before closing the Pokecenter and sliding it into his trainer bag, which he had just recently gotten from Janice and Ren.
The bag was light brown and could store all of his necessary supplies.
"Before we head back to Eterna, I have a question for you, Gible." Nick said, "Do you wish to have a nickname?"
The Gible nodded without much thought.
"Alright, how about... Tyra?"
Gible frowned, shaking his head.
"Pesi?"
Gible continued to shake his big head.
This went on for a few more tries, frustrating Nick.
"Alright, Alright…"
"How about Ace?"
A glint could be seen in Gible's eyes as it nodded, puffing out small embers.
Nick grinned and said, "Finally, let's head back to Eterna City now."
Line Break
Calvin slowly climbed down the pillars; he could've just gone through the steps, but he would need to walk a bit before he could reach them.
He just finished practicing his incorporeal form, so he was beyond exhausted.
"Sora, look around for potential Pokemon," Calvin said, "I'd like to explore a little more, maybe catch a Pokemon or two."
His Staravia nodded before circling over him as she observed the surroundings.
After only a minute or two, the Staravia landed on his shoulder before directing him to the east.
"Hm, interesting…"
After a bit of scurrying through bushes and trees, he managed to break through onto a flat plain.
He saw a lone man with multiple Pokemon scattered around him.
Calvin's eyes widened, as he saw…
Blood.
Dripping from the Pokemon, the lone man had a large build, as he wore a hat covering the upper part of his face.
Then he saw it.
A swarm of Gastlys surrounded the numerous dead Pokemon.
"Sir…?" Calvin asked with concern, slowly approaching; his attention drifted to the bleeding Pokemon scattered everywhere.
The large man turned to him and said, "Oh, sorry, are you here for the Gastly floating above?"
"They have attracted to the dead, especially powerful Pokemon."
"Like mine."
Calvin flinched; he had been suspecting that the dead Pokemon was the man.
"Is it inappropriate for me to inquire... what happened?"Calvin asked cautiously as Sora flew above him, observing the lifeless Braviary, which was massive.
"It's fine…"
"I'm a member of the STD force, and I was tasked with preventing the Garchomp from going into a frenzy of rage."
Calvin nodded
"Four members of my team were brutally slaughtered." The unknown man said, "Skarmory, Braviary, Gyrados, and Gliscor...
"Where is the Gyrados?" Calvin said he could see the Gliscor that was caught in one of the trees, blood spilling from its broken shell as the Gastly swarmed the Gliscor.
"He had to be taken by the league due to his sheer size; they allowed the rest to stay here so that I could pay my respects." The large man stated, "I very vividly remember the agonizing screams of my Pokémon as they were brutally incinerated and torn apart."
Calvin nodded solemnly, clenching his fists.
"I am very-"
"No!" The large man suddenly yelled as Calvin flinched and stepped backward.
The man stood firmly, silent.
"Sorry for my overreaction...
"But I don't need pity."
Calvin gulped but nodded in understanding.
"I'm sure a spunky, young trainer like you probably doesn't want to hear a man like me brood because he's weak," the man stated, "and would instead be more interested in the highly rare Gastly floating around."
Calvin attempted to respond, but in a flash of brilliant red light, the man had already blasted away.
"Well, I guess I might as well..."
As he slowly slid a pokeball from his belt, his mind only focused on that man as he saw dried blood and slowly approached the group of Gastly.
Calvin knew that Gastly wasn't aggressive but could be formidable if angered somehow, so he didn't want to attack the group.
Most of the girls looked at him with curiosity but lost interest in him soon after.
However, one Gastly in particular remained.
The dark, purple ball of gas circled him, Omnis, and Sora, the avian, glaring at the ghost with evident disdain.
"Sora, calm down." Calvin cooed, "This could be a potential team member after all."
The Gastly stopped at his comment, peering their dark eyes at Calvin, and the ghost Pokemon grinned, not one of malice but one of interest.
"Hey, buddy," Calvin said softly. "I was wondering if you, well, wanted to join my team?"
Before puffing out small sludges, the Gastly made a small grin.
The ghost Pokemon's grin slowly grew: "Heh, so you want a battle first, huh?"
"Omnis, Sora, you guys can sit this one out," Calvin said. "It's been a decent while since Eize has gotten a bit of action."
"Eize, it's time to battle!" Calvin yelled as he threw the Pokeball, and in a flash of brilliant scarlet light, the Luxio appeared, growling at the Gastly in front of him.
"Start with a spark, and then a bite!"
Eize leaped at Gastly, who easily dodged the attack, shouting, "Thundershock!" Eize fired a jolt of electricity at the ghost Pokemon, who fired off a spherical attack that was also dark purple, which Calvin recognized as Hex.
The two moves clashed, and both attacks dissipated after a second or two. "Quick bite!"
Eize dashed at Gastly, who was taken by surprise as Eize bit down firmly on the gas Pokemon, who quickly recovered with another Hex, sending Eize plummeting to the ground.
The Gastly then fired off a different attack: as multiple swirling, dark purple balls approached Eize, he attempted to dodge but was caught off guard when the small swirling spheres continued to follow him and ultimately collided with him.
"Eize!" Calvin shouted; he had a sneaking suspicion he knew what that move was.
The feline Pokemon didn't respond, as its eyes glowed a bright purple and its movement became unbalanced as he wobbled, and in his anger, he attempted to attack the Gastly, who easily dodged Eize's weak and messy attack.
"Tch, he was hit by a confuse ray!"
"Thundershock!"
Eize ignored him, however, in his fit of rage, influenced by the confused ray, he instead blindly charged at the gas Pokemon, electricity arcing from its fangs.
"NO!"
Eize was hit by another hex, and as he slammed onto the ground, Calvin could have gripped his Pokeball but chose not to.
"Eize…"
"Don't hold back, tear him apart!"
The Luxio's face had a grin, albeit pained, but it was still a grin, oozing malice.
"I didn't want to do this, but it seems I don't have much of a choice, do I?"
Eize leaped at even faster speeds than before, a maniacal grin on his face.
"Eize isn't just a wild Pokemon relying on his instincts."
"Beyond that, he adores violence more than anything and lives for the thrill of battle!"
Eize narrowly dodged another hex; his movements were still imperfect, but his thrill and adrenaline had temporarily taken over.
"Finish it!"
Eize pounced on the Gastly, whose eyes widened in surprise as Eize easily avoided a swift hex, shocking the Gastly as if in a daze. As Eize bit down on the Gas Pokemon, the Gastly was engulfed in a wave of electricity.
The Gastly fired a ray of poison sludge before disappearing behind Eize and saying, "Thunder shield!"
Eize's body glowed a bright yellow as the Gastly reappeared behind the feline Pokemon, but he was instantly shocked as the powerful electricity continuously struck him.
"Stop!" Calvin gave the order, and Eize paused his attack as the adrenaline seemed to wear off, closing his eyes in pain and swaying to the left and right.
"Alright, you did great, Eize," Calvin praised as he withdrew the Pokemon. The Gastly slowly floated into the air, pained as it shook its body.
"Okay, I defeated you in battle; will you now join me and my team?" Calvin asked, "My team will welcome you with open arms."
"Well, in Eize's case, I guess he'll open to you with claws piercing through you."
"But, just ignore that!" Calvin stated with a worried expression on his face.
The Gastly slowly approached him, circling the air, seemingly impatient.
Calvin grinned as he slid a Pokeball out of his lavender belt; the Gastly shook its head, however.
"Huh…?"
The Gastly approached his belt, slowly scurried behind him, phasing through Calvin's jacket, and "bumped" its incorporeal body at a great distance.
"So, a normal Pokeball isn't good enough for you, huh?" Calvin said, "Prideful much?"
The Gastly scowled, and before sticking out his tongue insultingly, Calvin cracked a small smile.
"Well, I guess I must have to," Calvin said, before sliding out the great ball, its slick blue surface and red stripes gleaming in the sun.
Calvin lightly tossed it at Gastly, and in a flash of brilliant red light, the great ball fell to the floor; it shook once...
Twice…
And finally, with a ding, Calvin had just captured his newest member.
"Let's go!" Calvin shouted, "Look at me, catching a Gastly just like that!"
Before Calvin's ego could inflate to ridiculous degrees, he decided to stop the celebration and get some info on the Gastly.
Gastly reappeared, circling Calvin happily.
Sora glared at the ghost Pokemon, not liking its presence a single bit.
"Meet the rest of the team!" Calvin said.
Eize reappeared, seemingly fine now, but the feline Pokemon still hissed at the sight of the Gas Pokemon.
Sora was still unwelcoming, arrogantly flapping her powerful wings.
Omnis seemed fine with the new addition, the two of them circling each other curiously.
"Hey, Gastly, is it fine if you stay still for a while?" Calvin asked, and Gastly nodded, floating in the air.
Calvin slid the Pokedex out of his belt and activated it.
"Gastly, Its body is made of gas. Despite lacking substance, it can envelop an opponent of any size and cause suffocation. This Gastly is female and knows the moves Hex, poison gas, lick, sludge, confuse ray, and nightshade.
Calvin nodded; he knew instantly that Gastly's current moveset would make it a big threat with Confuse Ray and Poison Gas, and just thinking about the potential strategies made him quiver in excitement.
"Calm yourself, Calvin; we'll experiment with that later."
"Hey pal, do you want a nickname?" Calvin asked the gas Pokemon, who cheerfully nodded.
"You know, I've thought about owning a ghost type for a long time," Calvin said with a grin, "yet, whenever my mind comes across the thought of a nickname,...
"I can only think of Inanis."
The Gastly nodded, happily swerving through the air.
"Well, Inanis...," Calvin grinned.
"Welcome to the team!"
Small cheers could be heard from Omnis, as Sora and Eize seemed to remain indifferent.
Calvin grinned, slowly pushing back the thought of the dead Pokemon scattered all around him.
He decided it would be foolish to dwell on such things.
Her entire body was suffocating and bruised, and small drips of blood came from her wounded shoulder.
She pushed forward, her legs and lungs screaming and burning...
Her right hand tightened around the katana sheath as her left shoulder continued to scream in pain.
Her journey hasn't ended; she needs to seek out that person.
As she continued moving through the empty forest, her body seemed to give up.
Her vision became hazy.
"It's…
Her legs began to stiffen and wobble.
"Not over…"
Her entire body plummets to the soft grass and hard dirt.
"Yet…"
She falls flat on the floor...
"I can't…"
She pushes herself up, her shoulders screaming in pain and suffering.
"Don't give up just yet."
"Find the fighting and dark-type teenagers...
"Lux…"
"Team Unity will never accept you; your only hope is to return to the government bafoons and live a life of suffering, or go to that boy."
"Is this what being betrayed feels like?"
"I promise that he will take you in, on my pride."
"As if dark specialists have what is called pride."
Her body finally gave up as she collapsed onto the solid floor.
"That…boy…"
"Does he exist?"
As her vision slowly blurred, she heard footsteps... "
As her life faded, she looked up...
"Is this…"
"Heaven?" She said it faintly.
"No," a firm voice said.
"You are still in reality..."
Then she saw it...
A light brown bag, as she saw a figure wearing full black,
"Is this it?"
