Death of King Keres

13 years earlier.

"I, King Keres of Basilia, impose the death of the holy saint, Hygeia Agafya of Ariadne" commanded by the king of Basilia with power.

The holy saint, Hygeia, is on her knees for the crime she committed. She did not fight back, as if she was expecting this to happen.

Resurrecting the dead without the knowledge of the royal family.

A blow was delivered to the Holy Saint, ending her life.

"The Holy Saint is too kind to be killed."

"To what I hear, the holy saint resurrected the dead due to her personal feelings"

"Is it that too bad to be called a crime and punished the holy saint?"

"I feel so bad for the holy saint." Muttering by the commoners.

The rumor of the saint's death quickly circulated across the town. The occupants of the Tower of Ariadne were surprised to learn of the King's unexpected decision, particularly when the word reached the man who had been brought back by the holy saint. He was devastated and enraged.

On the same day, Hygeia died. The man travels to Basilia's palace, where the monarch is resting. The man seeking vengeance destroys the castle in an instant.

The holy saint not only gave him a second chance at life, but he also granted him immortality, making him impenetrable.

"Who the hell are you? Why are you in my chamber!" the king furiously demanded the man standing in front of him. He then noticed the man's garments stained with the blood.

The blood of the people guarding the castle.

The man laughs mockingly before pausing. He gazes into his Highness' eyes, wanting to kill him. He then circled the sword he was carrying and walked towards the king.

The king ordered, "Guard! Get this man out!" but received no response, causing the king to be terrified.

The man and his people have already slain 80 percent of the guards and knights of the Palace.

He groaned and said, "I'm bored."

"How about we play hide-and-seek?" the man said, grinning.

"You hide, and I will seek," he murmured, leaning forward toward his highness. The startled king shoved the man and fled.

The man smiled, aware of his power.

The scared King Keres rushes into his son's chamber, where he is sleeping soundly. The prince is awakened by his father's sudden entrance.

The prince was confused to see his father so anxious and pale.

The king carries him on his arm and flees the chamber quickly, bumping into the three knights, who take him to safety.

The small prince wondered and questioned His Highness what was going on after noticing his surroundings.

The palace was in a panic.

The walls were covered in blood,

The people were lying on the ground, lifeless and covered in blood.

Before his Highness responded. The man appeared in front of them, causing them to feel uneasy.

The three knights who appeared frightened by the man's intimidating presence launch an attack.

After charging. The three knights' bodies tumble to the ground, and their blood splashes on the man's face.

The king hurriedly covered his son's eyes, preventing him from seeing the horrible incident.

"Is he your son?" the man inquired; his tone chilly.

"D-don't touch him, he doesn't know anything," the king said, afraid.

"Do you cherish him?" he wondered, then sat on the floor waiting for the king's response.

The king responded nervously with "Y-yes". The young prince moves his father's hands, covering his eyes.

"Who is he, father?" the little prince said meticulously.

"You don't have to-" the monarch stopped off.

"I'm your friend," the man said, raising his hand, smirking.

"Are you here to save us?" the little prince said. The man made a motion that showed he was thinking.

"I guess," he responded.

"But your father committed a crime, and he deserves to die," he added, rising.

The man then starts walking in His Highness' direction.

The king gently dropped his son and whispered to him to run, but the little prince gave him a puzzled expression. Not knowing what was happening.

Before the king said anything, he was unaware that the man had already approached him and the little prince. The man leans into his highness' ear, making the king shudder.

The man whispered, "The game is over," before stabbing the king in the heart.

The king dropped to his knees while he spit blood owing to the abrupt strike.

The little prince looked stunned and turned pale as his father's blood began to drip.

He hits the man repeatedly while the man who looks annoyed stops the prince by grabbing his tiny hand.

"D-don't touch him," the king said, worn down.

The man kneels in front of the grieving little prince.

"Don't cry; it's annoying," he stated in an irritated tone.

The young prince cried much more loudly causing the man to shut his eyes, attempting to relax himself.

He stood up, annoyed, and peered at the dying king and said:

"Shut your son's mouth. It pisses me off."

The monarch who does not want to put his son's life in danger takes his son with all of his strength hugs him, and pats his back gently trying to comfort him.

The little prince comes to a halt after receiving comfort from his father.

The man then turns his back on the monarch and prince. Before walking away, the monarch says something that outraged the man.

The man stared at him one more time and fled, leaving the prince unharmed with his dying father.

'With heavenly blessing, on May 25, I will be born to kill you and correct your transgressions.'

Following the catastrophe, the crown was passed on to the young prince, Themis. He was nurtured and cared for by the late King's trusted buddy, Damayanti, the Priest of Ariadne.

On the other hand, the man who killed the king and 80 percent of the Palace guards and Knights has vanished and no one knows his whereabouts.

After a few years, the palace regained its strength and tranquility. However, there is a mystery all over the town about whether the infant who will be born on May 25 will disappear or die.
