17 Years Of Ninja Training

Venus was hooked up in a glass cage with strange men at a control panel, while she was feeling her blood slowly being drained. She started to feel light-headed she heard metallic laughter coming towards her.

"You are going to die for the good of New York. You see, your blood is the key for our takeover of New York, and since you were human before you were mutated into a turtle. It only fits; we use your blood to create an army of hybrid mutants. Work faster; I want every last drop of this freak's blood drained, analyzed, and put into canisters," ordered the voice, which was serious and fierce.

"Yes, Master," they said together.

Venus was feeling woozy from the amount of blood extracted from her body; she started to blackout. Her vision was cloudy, looking up to see the scientists were getting thrown around the room she was in the metallic voice was furious and went after whoever had entered the room. After a while, it was quiet; she was getting woozier and woozier. Her vision was getting clouded.

Before she blacked out, she felt arms lift her, moving her head over to see something blue, then blacked out. Venus snapped out of her vision, waking up from a bad dream, taking deep breathes. She tried to channel her magic again but was interrupted by Mikey and Raph arguing over who would get the TV. Venus let out a sigh and rolled her eyes at their child-like behavior. She went into the kitchen, grabbing bottled water than was walking out when she bumped into Leo.

"Leonardo, I'm sorry about that. I wasn't looking where I was going," she said.

Leo smiled at her shaking his head.

"It's alright, Venus," he said to her.

Venus nodded and was heading back to her room, now seeing Raph chasing Mikey. As always, this wasn't going to end well for Mikey. Leo walked out of the kitchen, seeing this, and Donnie was walking out of his lab, wondering what was going on.

"17 years of ninja training and all comes down to Wrestling or Aliens from Saturn 4," Leo said with Splinter next to them.

Splinter sighed and shook his head.

"Where did I go wrong," he asked bluntly.

Leo and Donnie tackled Raph and Mikey, trying to grab the remote. Venus just watched them still drinking her water. The remote fell onto the rug; the guys were going to get it when Splinter twirled his walking stick into the rug violently pulling on it, causing the remote to go into the air. The guys fell to the ground while Splinter was wrapping them up in the rug backflipped onto the couch. The remote landed into his hand and changed the channel.

"This is pointless. You know my soaps are on in five minutes," said Splinter.

Venus was laughing at what just happened, walking over to sit down next to Splinter.

"Are they always like this Master Splinter," she asked, still laughing.

The guys were turning beet red in their cheeks. In comparison, Splinter responded to Venus' question.

"You have no idea," he said to her.

Venus nodded and finished her water, watching TV with Splinter while the guys getting out of the rug. They went to the dojo to train with each other though once Splinter knew his sons were out of earshot, he looked back at Venus.

"Have you still been having those same visions," asked Splinter, still looking at the TV?

Venus nodded in response to his question.

"Yes, I have been, but this time someone was there to save me. I was never able to see the person's face, though," she explained, looking down.

Splinter sighed, knowing something that he didn't want Venus to know about or his sons. This was something that the five of them had to figure out on their own.

"I see well, maybe this is a good thing in knowing that something good is going to happen in the end," he reassured her.

Venus looked at Splinter, nodding to him with a small smile spread across her face.

"Yes, maybe it will," she said, hoping.

She didn't know what Splinter meant. She had a strange feeling that he knew something that she didn't know? Why was he hiding this from her? Was he having the same visions as she? Or something different? Whatever it was, it was clear that Splinter knew something about her visions that he was refusing to tell her. This made her unhappy because she had told Splinter everything about herself and these visions.

She wanted to know, or was this something that she had to figure out on her know? Was that what he was trying to tell her? That she would get her answers from the visions she continuously had every night and while meditating? Venus had to stop; this made her brain hurt from trying to figure this whole situation out. She continued to watch the soap opera with Splinter to clear her thoughts.
