Spying each other

Alfizar saw Rachzi and Dioz running towards him after they split up 30 minutes ago.

"You found anything?" Alfizar asked Rachzi impatiently as it was obvious that Dioz didn't find any lead. Unfortunately for him, Rachzi shook his head with a regretful expression.

"I'm sorry, Alfi. But after I asked the guards to check the CCTV footage, Aurina didn't come out of the club's room! There's even no one came in or out of Tech Club for a few minutes." Rachzi eyebrows almost knitted together in worries and confusions. His voice grim.

"Tch!" Alfizar clicked his tongue in irritation. "Just like before! Someone tampered the footage! Who could have such a quick work or easy access to the database?!" Alfizar almost yelled in anger with all his frustration and worries for Aurina. Thirty minutes have passed!! Anything could happen to Aurina!

"Razi, let's go back to the guard's office again! let's ask them to help us looking for Aurina!" Dioz grabbed Rachzi's arm.

"I have asked them to help after I explain that Aurina disappeared, they said they are going to help us," Rachzi said, but from his expression, Alfizar could tell that Rachzi didn't really believe the guards could help them much. But Alfizar will welcome any type of help now!

"Let's split up again, this time, let's search in another building!" Alfizar said. He can't afford to wait when he still didn't know what happened to Aurina.

Zio didn't wait for long as the other side picked up the phone only after a few rings, a familiar voice that Zio hasn't heard for years answer the call.

"Harlock speaking, who am I talking to?" Zio's heart beating with nervousness with the fact that he was going to reveal his whereabouts to one of his old friends. He can't find his own voice to answer the other side, apparently, Harlock is irritated with the lack of response.

"If this is a prank call, you better not call this number anymore or I will-"

"It's me, Harlock." Harloz's voice abruptly stopped as his brain proceed the familiar voice.

"Zio Costa?"

"It's me," Zio said with a voice full of hesitation.

"Where have you gone with the children?! Are they alright?! My god... you took them away and vanish just like that!!! I thought something might have happened to you and their children!" Then Zio hears Harloz sigh heavily. Although Harlock sounds angry, Zio could tell that he was so relieved and happy.

The traitor... It wasn't Harlock, right?

"Because of you, I have been preparing myself to face Samuel and Renata in heaven one day." Then Harlock chuckles in sadness. Now Zio actually feels guilty, but he still didn't regret it. Why would he regret it if he actually keeps them safe by taking them away from the dangerous hidden enemy who he didn't know of?

"Where are you right now? I haven't seen you or the children for years! Why did you just contact me now!" Harlock said with excitement.

"Harlock... something happened to Samuel's daughter, where are you right now?" Zio could hear the stunned silence from the other side then the sounds of things falling.

"I'm on a business trip at Moonsole city, Reapdown Country, what happened?" Harlock asked with his voice deep in seriousness.

"Aurina got kidnapped. Moonsole city, an hour from Rulid city by plane. Harlock did you have any subordinates stationed in here? I need them to help me search a place."

"My son goes to GIPEC, he has a few men with him... I'll call him now, tell me where you want them to search.

"GIPEC." Zio could imagine the surprise expression on Harlock's now probably older face.

"Guys!" The three of them was about to split up again when they were interrupted by Vianzo' voice calling out to them. Vianzo caught up to them while he gasping for breath lightly.

"I have explained the situation to the teachers, they say they were going to have to guards to search the whole facility," Vianzo informed them, unfortunately for Vianzo, he was a step behind Rachzi.

"Ugh, I already asked the guards to search the school," Rachzi said, there's a tone of disappointment. Was it to the teacher?

"Ah? Okay. Have you search the university buildings?" Vianzo asked. Indeed, they haven't searched the university buildings. Mainly because the university buildings were far and there were four building for University Section. And Alfizar didn't think the captors would take Aurina that far.

"Who knows... she might be there." And that one sentence from Vianzo's mouth, make them moved their feet to ran to the university buildings and began the search again. And this time, Alfizar noticed a lot of adults wearing the guards uniform, searching the whole school without alerting any students.

And for some reasons, he could spot some people in black. They remind him of his own subordinates from that visions and his family's subordinates from his old memories.

"Alfi!" Alfizar snapped his head to searched for the source of familiar voice of Henry. And soon Henry stood in front of Alfizar and his friends.

"They are searching three buildings. Let's go to that building, I only saw a dozen guards entering that building and I don't think they were enough to search the whole building." Alfizar nodded in agreement.

"Yes father, I have ordered them to begin the search." A 16 years old boy talked to his father through the phone as he sat in the soundproof resting room of the Shooting Club. He wasn't aware that there was a pair of eyes watching while hiding behind Ammunition supplies shelf. And of course, he never knew how surprised the expression of the person who was secretly looking at him.

"Of course I knew who they were. We have met in the class after all, but I don't think the heir recognize me." The boy sigh with disappointment as he took out a Bluetooth headset to continue the call from the Bluetooth device and put away his expensive phone.

"No, I haven't approached him. I doubt he wants to associate himself with me after he saw my face." He took a napkin out from his assigned locker to wipe clean his training handgun from any sweat his palm had produced during the practice.

"Ah, sorry. I'm keeping an eye on 'him', so I forgot to tell you."

'What is this? So he really was not the culprit?' Frans thought as he stood hidden not far from the boy. Frans carefully made his way out of the room trying not to alert him. But Frans didn't know that the boy eyed his previous hiding spot after he left.

"Who wants to be friends with someone with such a bad reputation as me, father?"

I think this is the most messed up chapter I have ever written.

My editor is currently busy in real life... So it might be awhile until he caught up to the release schedule... Especially now that I want to try to get myself feature in two weeks..

Let's see if I can go that far.... Hmmm...

I remember just telling someone I want to take a short break... But now I'm doing the opposite.
