The impairment.

"Ouch!"

While preparing breakfast for himself, Gavriel burnt the tip of his middle finger. He directly drove his finger near his mouth to blow air.

The moment he was having his breakfast peacefully, his eyes caught a glance at a chronograph hanging on the wall.

"Not again."

Gavriel stood up from his rear and in a spurt, had the rest of the breakfast as he was getting late for college. He carried his bag and made his way to his work.

As always Gavriel was in a hurry and forgot to lock his door.

"I will be on time in my classroom," Gavriel talked to himself while rushing on the stairs.

"Good Morning Professor Gavriel," Miss Serene one of the geriatric teachers of the Sen College welcomed Gavriel to the posse room.

After he was welcomed by Miss Serene, everyone in the room ricocheted at the clock on the fence.

"I am late I know," said Gavriel.

"No, you are not late Professor Gavriel. I ponder we came early," Miss Serene spoke up with a little smirk staying on her chair beside the plateau. As Miss Serene was a senior and has worked for many many years, she was promoted to the wise president of the college and her duty was to remark on every individual's timing.

Gavriel pushed back his glasses and his middle finger caught everyone's attention as it was covered with a bandage.

"I think you have used this finger for too long," One of the male teachers who was a good friend of Gavriel, mumbled and pressed his lips to control his laugh.

"I think I should be in my class now," Gavriel muttered and left the room immediately because everyone was darting at him as if he had committed a crime.

"First floor corridor B room number 5," Gavriel mumbled in his mouth and started stepping on the stairs.

The corridors had no person as the college was very strick on their students for taking classes and the top college of the country also only accepted the students who were more inquisitive in studies and curriculum activities rather than sapping there time on bunking classes and doing extra fortes.

"I will be on time in my classroom room," Gavriel talked while rushing on the stairs with his bag in one hand and pushing up the glasses that were slipping down.

"Ok, and this is the last step," said Gavrile and made his way to the class.

"Huhaaaah…!" Gavriel uttered through his teeth while balancing his body on his very last step.

"Be careful….!" an unknown voice followed his back.

Hearing the voice, Gavriel got a little aggressive and let out with a fierce tone,

"So it is you again"

And after completing his words he veered around to the person behind him.

The moment Gvariel saw the face of the person behind him and that smile that face had on it, his outrage reached its peak. The last time when Gavriel did not show his rage to his smile was their first meeting.

While Gavriel was fiercely scrutinizing at the man, the man also ricocheted at him from top to bottom, and with a little nod he said,

"The one who can have the world of time in his hand, he has handed himself over to a watch around his wrist," the man completed his words after landing his glance at Gavriel's wrist.

Gavriel became more aggressive when he heard those words again from him.

A man, doesn't know from where is appearing in front of him and kept telling him that he could be the next monarch of magic and has the proficiency to control time and he should be ready for upcoming catastrophes.

"Don't know from where you have learned this cheap maneuver of appearing suddenly," said Gavriel aggressively.

"I have told you many times to stop seeming. I don't believe your words. I am no one's heir from another universe," he added.

Gavriel's words left no effect on the man's smile. He sighed and then drove his wrist in front of his face and had a peek at the watch.

"I should be in my class," spoke Gavriel and gasped.

He looked into the man's eyes while lifting his glasses and then seized a step.

"I will wait for you as usual," said the man making Gavriel to freeze at his place.

"When and where, you are well known," the man spoke more.

"Just….," Gavriel while grinding his teeth, turned around and his remaining words got buried in his mouth when he did not find the man there. He wheezed again and made his way toward the class.

"Good morning Professor…!" the time Gavriel entered the class, the room spoke lively.

"Nothing is good in this morning," Gavriel talked to himself in his sanity while wandering to the dice.

"Good morning," with a little smile and head nod, Gavriel replied.

"Ahh…!" the moment he freed his shoulder with the bag he was carrying, a very deep groan traveled out of his lips.

Gavriel moved his hand to his shoulder and prodded the area a little. He felt much discomfort but he managed not to react much.

Gavriel after, kept ajar the book that was resting in front of him on the dice and as he opened it, the man's words "When and where you are well known by that…" lurked into his sanity.

"Anyone…!" he paused a moment after that and then continued,

"Can anyone answer what happens with the time when we fall asleep or where do we go when we fall asleep?"

Gavriel's question creates a little hustle and bustle in the classroom.

"What happens with time?" He murmured with deep thoughts and focused .

"Hope you all will appear with the answer to the query," said Gavriel and left the room in a hurry.

Spending his whole day in the college, Gavriel made his way to his home canceling other of his plans of the day.

"You could be the next monarch of magic," Deep in his sanity the words kept lurking.

In the night, Gavriel after having dinner was posing on his bed till the late night because he didn't want to nod off. What if he slept again and dreamt the same sort of dreams? Gavriel while thinking about this moved his hand to his right shoulder and pressed it. He could feel much anguish and as he took his hand back in front of him, he saw some blood.

"Why is not it mended yet?" he sounded dismayed.

With the nuisance, he was going through, the bleeding of the impairment made him to take some pills, and after consuming them he fell asleep.

Beep..!

Beep...!

On the sound of a chronograph that was resting on the side table and was ringing for the past fifteen minutes, Gavriel, at last after allotting a slight rub to his sleepy eyes, disclosed them.

Huh…! A fully tensed sigh traveled out of his lips. The bright light of the sun sparkled in his eyes the moment he dragged the blinds aside.

"Fine..!" Gavriel said with a little nod and satisfying facial expressions.

While welcoming the sunlight into his room, Gavriel processes his mind and thinks about the dream he dreamt last night. The satisfaction in his eyes followed the sun's rays to the sun. He opened his arm as he yawned and there, he could sense discomfort in his shoulder. He immediately removed his shirt and took his torso in front of the mirror.

He was not amazed when he found out the reason behind his discomfort.

It was the same harm that he got a week ago on his right shoulder. These wounds appear whenever he dreams about superpowers.

At the end of his dream, he always got attacked and a wound appeared in real life.

And it all started a month ago and this was the fifth time.

"When and where, you are well known by that…!" In the deep hub of his mind, the man's words were lurking constantly.

The fresh wound on his shoulder, the pain, those dreams, and the man's words had created a hustle in his mind and he fell himself onto the bed.

"Relax…!" Gavriel took a deep gust and in his heavy voice, he mumbled. He closed his eyes and let all the chaos in his mind settle down. The air that was traveling into the room through the window was combing his hair, making him more lax.

He groaned in his deep mouthpiece the time his shoulder hurt. Gavriel again took himself in front of the mirror. He was a little edgy because the laceration on his shoulder was worse than before.

Usually, they start healing by themselves in a short time but...! why is this one getting worse?

"How could I get this?" Gavriel every time he got the wound stressed his mind to think if he had gone somewhere in real life and he didn't remember where he went? And then a blurry image after a couple of seconds had clear his thinking that he fell asleep and dreamt about a dream where everyone was fighting and someone had hit him.

"When and where you are well known," man's utterances again lurked in his sanity and made him furious.

The harm on his shoulder, the pain he was enduring, man's words, those kinda dreams similarly stressed his mind.

'Why all those dreams, why all this happening to him, who monarch, which universe, who is the man appearing again and again, the wound he gets while in the dreams and it's appearance in real life,' he now was so impatient to know the reason behind this.

Many questions and one answer,

"Heavens 13…!"
