C-Rank Mission

On top of the board, a large Sign was written, "C-Rank Missions." Whereas underneath was a description of what to expect from these types of missions. It says..

"They are missions with little to no chance of combat against other ninjas. Examples are guarding people against bandits or highwaymen, background investigations, eliminating or capturing bandits or thieves, and capturing or suppressing wild animals."

Shin hovered around the posters to find out something that he thinks he might like. If Shin was being relatively straightforward, he'd hate to reveal his own abilities from the missions he'd grab; so he needs to prevent himself from taking missions with many people on it. Automatically, that meant that he shouldn't be guarding people against bandits or highwaymen as that'd just be courting for his abilities to be discovered.

He could choose to eliminate bandits as that would mean getting rid of the evidence aka the bandits themselves; capturing or suppressing wild animals is also a feasible idea. Shin began to hover around the quest board for mercenaries and finally caught something that attracted his attention... A simple killing of the boars that have been ransacking a small village near the leaf. It seems about right and it would make sure no one is out there to see him. So, Shin headed to the board and picked up the quest board, before heading to the clerk to accept the mission, It was a 500 ryo mission for the killing of a single boar and bringing a part of its body as evidence.

Shin nodded in agreement and headed to finish the quest.

Shin walked and walked until the gigantic leaf gate was present in front of him. A guard of the leaf began inspecting his document and approved of the mercenary identity and quest. With that, it was finally the first time Shin stepped foot outside of the leaf. A sense of excitement began rushing into him as he was roaming around the forests towards the direction of the village. It's said that he was supposed to meet the village leader first, before battling the boar to understand more about the situation.

After a while, Shin finally reached the village and searched for the village elder, "Hey there, could I talk to a Mr. Yan, the village head? I'm supposed to take a quest for him."

One of the villagers looks slightly malnourished and hungry but he managed to respond to Shin's enquiry. He pointed at one of the houses and told Shin "That's the house you're looking for.."

Shin nodded and head to the house. It was a shacked house, with roof made out of wheat straws. Sitting in front was an old man looking like he could barely walk.

"Mr Yan, is that you?" whereas the old man nodded to Shin's question.

"Are you the man that they sent for our quest?" The man asked

Shin nodded and asked him, "Yes, where is the wild boar located?"

The man pointed at a part of the forest, "That was where we last saw it... could you hunt it down for us?"

Shin smiled, thinking that it looked like this boar had bother them quite a bit for them to look at Shin so seriously... "Yes! Don't worry, I'll kill the boar for you!" and immediately, he headed off to the part of the forest in excitement for his first mission.

As Shin disappeared off the distance, another old man approached Mr. Yan and asked, "Are you sure that was the right move?"

"We can only hope.." Mr Yan said while sighing

In the assignment desk at Konoha, a shinobi began running to one of the clerk to pass on some information.

"Hey! There's a potential unfair difficulty in one of the C-Class Missions! Take it off now."

The Clerk began to ask "What happened?"

"Well, it looked like the village had requested other shinobis from other villages to kill a boar, yet they all disappeared. We just received information that this mission would likely be an A-Class investigation mission not a simple C-Class hunt a boar quest.. so remove it now."

The clerk rushed to the bulletin board only to realise it has been taken and she shouted "Hey! Who here approved of a C-Class boar investigative mission?"

One of the clerk raised his hand, and read out the document of the identity of the quest-taker, "Shin"

"Shit it looks like someone took it... hurry up and dispatch some Jonin-ranked reinforcement to help the ninja. Black-list the maker of the quest and ensure a penalty fee once this was all over. Go now!"

Several people began rushing to find some Jonins to help reinforce Shin... whereas Shin was looking for the Boar in a relaxed manner around the forest.
