I know Someone

"Yeah, I know you understood what I said because you are listening to me so you definitely got it." Dave said laughing.

I really wasn't listening to him and asked "Where is that medicine?"

"What medicine?"

"The thinner."

"I think my dad threw it by now, considering that it is my mom's and it is dangerous."

"What!!!!! I need that medicine."

"What happened? Calm down."

"That...I ....I know.....what happened."

"What do you mean?"

"I know how your mother was killed."

"Wait!!! I thought you said that there is no prove that my mom was killed."

"Now I have!!!"

"Oh no the proves are all gone but now."

"I can't believe you!!!" I know it wasn't his mistake but still I was super angry on him. Like how could he.... I don't even know how to finish that sentence.

I just got up and went to the shop angrily. I saw Linda cleaning the shop. I banged the table in anger and Dave came behind me trying to stop me.

Linda kept cleaning even after she saw me and Sandy walked towards me asked "what happened? Why are you so angry?"

I was about to explain what happened when Linda said "Is that the blood thinner?" She picked 4 capsules from ground.

"It must have fell when we were counting." She showed us those pills. My adrenaline was rushing in my blood right now. I was so happy and excited but also I was angry a minute ago so anger was also underneath all those. I started shaking a little.

Linda kept those capsules on the table. I picked it up and looked at it like it was the most precious thing in the world.

I said "Linda keep those capsules safe it is evidence. Dave go bring the same blood thinner bottle for the medicine shop beside you and Sandy I want you to open the capsule and see the amount of real medicine inside the capsule and compare it to the on Dave will bring."

Dave brought the medicine and we took out one capsule from it. Sandy broke both the capsules from the middle and weighed the two. Sandy was surprised so were we as the capsule from Aunt Lucy's medicine had much more amount of real medicine than the one Dave brought.

"How....Ho..How did you know it?" Dave asked because he understood that his mom was murdered theory was right.

"We were at the restaurant when one lady broke the capsule by mistake and the dust of the medicine flew out and she said that the thing inside a capsule is important not the outside one. Then it clicked when would Aunt Lucy not struggle? If she is takin the same daily dose of medication but she did not consider that the inside portion of the medicine can easily be changed." I explained everything and proved that Aunt Lucy should never have left us yet.

Sandy and Linda were also surprised and Dave became sad every smile on his face this night it faded.

Sandy said "Then let's find that criminal and give him what he deserves."

Next day we came in the shop and went into my personal cabin....

Sandy "where do we start from?"

Linda "The medicine?"

Dave "who can do something like this?"

Sandy "Someone close?"

Linda "I think we need to question the person who brought medicine for your mom."

They were coming up with theories but my concern was something else. "Maybe she was at wrong place at wrong time just like Lisa..."

After I said that all three of them stopped talking and started looking at me.

"Guys, now that I have proved that Aunt Lucy's death was a murder, I am pretty sure Lisa's kidnapping was not just a normal kidnapping."

I saw the three of them shocked but they also knew I was right.

"If we want to find aunt Lucy's killer, we need to go to very start that is Lisa's kidnapping."

"But how can you be sure that my mom and sister's crime were interconnected?" Dave was curious.

"Two crimes in two years in the same family. What does it say to you?"

"I don't really know." Dave said because he was just tired and think about two crimes in two years in a family ofcourse he was broken and tired.

"It means that solving your sister's crime is the way to solve your mother's."

All three agreed with me and we started our ride on solving a case with two sub parts. First sister kidnapping and then mother murder. 

First things first, we needed to figure out everything from the police like her pings on phone during the time of disappearance. And the people that have been questioned and every other thing that was required.

Dave said "I know someone from the police station and I am sure he will help me."

He says he knows someone but giving evidence away is a crime, isn't it? will that person be willing to risk his job? or being ended up in prison? let's continue to find out....
