Chapter Two

Half an hour passed in utter silence. Then all of the sudden, your stomach started to grumble loudly. Raising his eyebrow, Jungkook turned his gaze from the road to you.

" Was that you?" He asked.

" Umm m-maybe?" You said with a sheepish smile, a tint of pink on your cheeks.

Turning the car towards the right, the car came to an abrupt stop. Taking out the keys he told you to get out.

" What why?"

" Ugh stop asking questions and just get out already!!" He shouted and you quickly got off the car. You were now in front of what appeared to be a small restaurant. He led you inside and you both sat at one of the booths.

"Annyeonghaseyo welcome to Noodle Central, here are your menus." The waiter said giving out the menu.

"Gamsahabnida." Jungkook said looking down at the menu.

"What would you both like to drink?"

"A sweet tea for me and you Y/n? Jungkook asked, looking straight at you.

" Just plain water for me please." You said.

" Water seriously? BORING!" Jungkook commented with a scoff.

"I didn't ask for your opinion Mr.Jeon so let me be." You replied.

" Yeah yeah whatever."

The waiter then came back with the drinks and then left to let you figure out your orders.

You were having a hard time choosing since you never tried Korean food in your entire life. And what made it harder was that the menu was in Hangul language. Jungkook who already knew what he wanted, looked at you noticing you rubbing your forehead in frustration.

" How the heck am I supposed to know what this means??!! This is-"

" Need help?" Jungkook asked with a slight smirk, making you lift your head to him.

"You think this is funny don't you??!!" You gritted your teeth, giving him a glare.

" Woah woah woah! Calm down missy, or I won't help you!" He said.

" Ok fine."

" So since it's your first time, you can eat something simple y-"

" No not ramen. As much I love it, I want something new."

Alright how bout.... let's see would you want to try Jijimdak?" Jungkook asked.

" What's that?" You asked furrowing your eyebrows.

" It's braised chicken with noodles and veggies... Korean style."

" Umm sure." You said.

After a while, the waiter came serving the food filling in your taste buds. Jungkook immediately digged in into tteobokki with his chopsticks but you on the other hand, had trouble using the chopsticks.

" Ok ok I go it, I got it... what not again!!" You groaned in annoyance.

You were so frustrated trying to pick up the food, while Jungkook silently ate his, amused at you trying not to laugh.

" Y/n."

"WHAT??!!"

"Watch me." He said, and you carefully watched him use the chopsticks several times.

" Now try again." Jungkook said and you picked up yours.

To your surprise, you were able to pick the food and ate.

" Mmmm... this is so good!!" You said as the both of you continued to eat.

*Time Skip at Jungkook's house*

Walking into his home, he turned on the lights as you glanced all around.

" The guest room is at the end of the hallway to your right." Jungkook said.

" There are girl clothes in the walk-in closet and bathing stuff in the bathroom... you can go now, good night." He said about to walk away but you stopped him.

" What?"

"I just wanted to say thank you." You said with a small smile.

He just gave slight nod, turns around and walked towards his room.
