The Marriage

RED'S POV

"Forasmuch, as the bride and groom have pledged their love and loyalty towards each other, and have declared the same by giving their rings, by the power vested in me, and as witnessed by friends and acquaintances, I now pronounce you husband and wife."

The few instant friends we first met in Diamond Head cheered and gave us loud rounds of applause. I smiled as I looked up to the man I never thought would become my husband this fast. He looked back at me with those beautiful eyes that, as of the moment, were sparkling with joy and love. For a few seconds, my world seemed to stop spinning, and all I could see was him.

He then reached for the back of my head and ever so gently tilted it back as he bent down and captured my lips. I heard the loud cheering again, but I seemed to see no one--my world existed only around him. I never felt so happy until that moment where he caged me in his arms, and I was watching the waves rolling towards the shore. I then closed my eyes and wished that this moment could last forever.

After our dinner by the shore, and when all the guests had left, a white speedboat came to fetch us and brought us to the waiting yacht a few miles away from us. Hawaii is best known for its beautiful and pristine beaches, and so we were bound to set forward to many of their famous destinations.

The fine weather seemed to blend with the wonderful feeling we had that night. The breeze was crisp and cold, but not harsh. All we could see around as the vessel moved forward was the sprawling body of water, wrapped entirely by the golden rays of the moonlight.

"I wish to see you in white wedding gown soon," Sean whispered in my ear as he hugged me from behind. We were standing by the glass wall of our suite, basking on the moonlight as it turned our surroundings into glossy shades of silver and gold.

"And I want to see you also in that wedding suit," I replied, turning to face him, while my back leaned on the wall. Looking at his broad chest, I ran my fingers through it, lost in my thoughts. I imagined the day where I would walk down that aisle. He would be there on the other side, waiting for me by the altar.

His eyes turned dark as he looked into my face. "But as of now, I want to see you without that dress."

Not wasting any more second, he bent down and grazed on my lips. I kissed him back in equal fervor, locking my hands around his nape. His hands then moved to my shoulders, sliding off the sleeves of my satin dress down my arms without breaking the kiss. It fell on the floor, exposing my body--clad in a set of black lingerie. He turned me around, my back facing him. I held my breath as the hook of my bra snapped off because his hands replaced it right away, squeezing and kneading my soft peaks beneath the tiny piece of cloth. His hands stayed that way for a couple of minutes, and his tongue ran on my ears and my neck.

My heart hammered faster and louder as his hands moved to my abdomen and his tongue to my spine. I knew what's next, and I felt thrilled at the thought of it. Just when his hands held the lace garter of my undies, I drew in a deep breath because I would finally be giving him my all!

He bent down and placed an arm on my thighs, and another on my back. Before I could pull in my next breath, my feet lifted off the floor, and soon, my back felt the soft cushion of the bed. Taking off his shirt, he then hovered over me and retraced the path where his mouth had been. I was already moaning loud when his mouth captured my nipples, one after the other. But I groaned louder, tossing my body up the moment his mouth left my breasts and made a wet path from my sternum, down to my navel, until it rested on my mons.

I couldn't wait for his mouth to move further down, but I did not complain. I just raked his hair with my fingers until he finally parted my thighs and folded it, enclosing his head in between. Shutting my eyes off as my heated desire started to engulf me, I screamed in pleasure as he lingered on my folds, licking and sucking it. The fire within me set ablaze, so I moved my body like a wave--tossing it up and shrinking it back-- until I curled my toes and pressed it deep on the bed, waiting for my sweet release.

Seeing me breaking into an orgasm, he kissed my forehead and asked, "May I now get in?"

_____

The glaring light of the midday sun woke me up. It slipped through the narrow slits between the rows of curtains hanging from the ceiling to the floor. I was alone in the room, and I wondered where Sean was. Until that moment, I still couldn't believe that I was already a Grey and the wife of the most humble and down-to-earth business figure in the world.

Sean was not a perfect man, despite the great name he created for himself. Neither was I. Whatever doubts I may have for him; I should learn to forget it. Why should I doubt about his sincerity when all he wanted was to be with me forever? My thoughts then went on Calla, and I had come to believe that Sean was indeed interested, not with Calla, but me.

I walked towards the glass wall and fixed my gaze on the vast stretch of the depths. It seemed endless, and I couldn't see an end to the rolling of the waves. The horizon looked bleak from a distance, but I knew that at the end of this journey, I would see unparalleled beauty. Just like life and its unpredictability.

"Good morning, wife!"

I jolted off from my reverie and turned my head towards the door. There I saw Sean, balancing a tray in one hand, and hugging a bouquet of Calla Lilies in his other hand. Of all the flowers in this beautiful country, why choose the one that reminds me of her?

Not wanting to spoil the moment with my insecurities, I smiled back and replied.

"Good morning, husband!"

"I went out to get our breakfast," Sean explained when he caught me staring at him.

"It so thoughtful of you. Thank you," I replied, throwing my hands around his neck after he placed down the tray and the flowers on the table.

"My pleasure, my love, but this is not free. You have to pay me first with your delicious dishes." Without waiting for my reply, he untied my robe again and started eating those goodies only I could give.
