The gears in motion - 2

[Oceanus arc]

" That was exhausting "

Standing in front of the dimension encompassing Soul Forge I still feel tiny but when I see those millions of modifications I made , my face shines with a clear light of accomplishment .

*Crack* *Whirring*

Fixing the last gear in place I sealed everything with my divine thought .

" In the name of Oceanus , The thirteenth son of Gaea I declare myself the sole owner of this Soul Forge "

With the patent out of the way I had to walk for a week or two in these maze like hallways made of cold grey metal to get back to the control room , you may think I got lost but no that didn't happen , you see I used to be a Titan but making the other half of the Soul Forge operational almost consumed my essence completely , I went from Titan to a God to a Transcendent and finally I became a slightly stronger human so I have to walk .

Becoming a human is very annoying your tools don't float , you have to walk to get everywhere and hunger is just the worst .

Watching the big red button in the center of a room full of cryptic holographs I couldn't resist the urge to press it , I don't know why I got obsessed with buttons , it should be something inherently human .

*Beep* *Click*

" That's way too satisfying "

Pressing the button I heard a lot of random whirring and beeps which may be noise to others , not for me though as every sound had years of work behind it .

If my deduction is correct the Soul Forge will send a massive surge of energy purer than vitality into my system and it will just strengthen over time so I already cleared out ample space for myself .

Suddenly I felt a little warm current in my veins that grew in intensity over time and it kept accelerating .

" Just don't break the space barrier , please don't "

*Tear*

[ A gaping black hole appeared out of thin air and disappeared just after swallowing Oceanus and the big red button ]

" IT BROKE THE SPACE BARRIER !!! " A call echoed in an empty room full of broken machines .

Clutching the pole like pedestal of the red button with my hands and feet I was ready for a game of find your way home or die trying but the forge wasn't done yet .

*BOOM*

[ A wave like the sonic boom echoes inside the space tunnel ]

My face was blank like a piece of white paper as I silently accepted my fate . I just broke the dimensional barrier which means that I will be thrown somewhere in a random plane of existence , the only good news is that my powers are recovering exponentially . I can just wait and pray for my powers to recover before I hit whatever is on the other end of this tunnel .

For all I know I can end up on top of an active volcano , inside another person or worse in deep space .
