Chapter 84

Akila,

The next morning the second woke up feeling sad and down and even though after the storm passed, things were back to normal, she had an eventful sleep.

She has dreamed of herself being lost and alone. She was running away from danger, which she can't see.

She had seen herself hurt and bloody, even though she didn't feel any kind of pain or discomfort.

It was as if it was her, but at the same time, she was living someone else's dream.

She was in this cold deserted place, even though there was fire everywhere.

She shivered and hugged herself as she walked barefoot.

All around her was emptiness, darkness, and despair. For the first time, Akila felt as if her chest was empty.

As if she was an old husk of herself.

She walked slowly toward a faint light, hoping that it would be the exit of this nightmare, but in the end, it was some kind of portal to somewhere else.
