As ryu's small figure slowly went further and further away, the small group of seven bandits which had lost one of their member so easily were a bit lost to say the least, none of them had expected whatever that had just happened to happen.

Unfortunately they didn't have the time to clear their thoughts as they saw a group of small figures clad in black coats just like that monster approach them.

"g-Get ready!" as the armored man with the sword and shield alerted them, the bandits were brought out of their stupor.

they quickly got in whatever position they could before they came in contact with the small figures.

the small figures in question approached them the same way their "leader" had as they rushed down the slope gain to momentum before their inevitable clash.

while they was running down the slope they had already picked their targets.

as the two sides finally crashed into each other, the first to meet were the the leader of the bandits and a boy with black hair long with a shade of dark blue which was mostly covered by his black cloak and had red eyes which can be seen through his plain white mask which had a design of symmetric red streaks as he used his sword to parry the leaders attacks.

the next was the dual wielding sword man, whose two swings was meet by another two swings by a kid who was also dual wielding though his sword were a bit shorter than regular sword's his face was also covered by a white mask except this one was an animal which had a small mouth as well as two ears while the left eye had a three blue claw mark.

when their weapons clashed unlike ron who had a slight smile, kuro maintained his blank face the leader of the bandits face contorted while the dual wielding man's face showed a surprised expression.

the reason was the force behind those swords, especially their leader as he realized that they were almost as strong as that monster.

dr-dr-dr-dr-

the next to start their clash was ren who unleashed a rain of bullets without aiming too much as he approached the two and half meter tall green lizard man who was running to dodge the bullets which picking up another spear from his back.

BOOM—

the next to clash was the loudest as well as the biggest of the two sides, it was the three meter tall orc with his almost two meter war axe against yuu who was the tallest at around one and half meter when u consider that most of were around one meter while ryu and ray were around one meter and twenty centimeters.

yuu was losing in terms of strength but he was doing fine once he started using his eight tentacles to attack, defend and move around, he unlike others only had a half mask which covered his upper face, half of the mask was pale white while the other half had a raging wave of sea against the white side of the mask.

The two bandits with single swords tried to help the orc who was nearest to them but they were quickly stopped by ray as he approached them with his black staff that was bigger than him, he wore a plain white mask.

This left the young girl with blond hair as the last one, who was currently staring at her opponent, who was walking slowly towards her.

Shiro wore a matching mask like his brother kuro just like ren and ron where ren had red claw marks on his masks like his twin brother, shiro's mask had blue symbols on his mask except there were only under his left eye.

The girl frowned when she saw that he was using a long curved wooden stick shaped like a katana while carrying a metal sword on his back.

'Is He underestimating me?'

She instantly became angry at the thought of a five year old underestimating her.

After all she was considered a talented person in a town like this as she was able to reach mid tier beginner level while not even being fifteen, this also the only reason she wad able to join a group like this.

Ofcoure if she realized that he was also wearing a blindfold underneath the mask then she would be furious.

Shiro stopped walking once he was only a few meters away from her, then to the girl's surprise he rushed her.

'Fast'

The girl wasn't surprised by him rushing at her but his speed.

He did a simple diagonal slash while running past her.

"Argh"

She grunted in pain from their trade of blows as her wrist was still in pain.

After running past her he stopped a bit away from her then turned around as he said while smiling.

"So thats were you are"

"What?"

She muttered confused when she suddenly felt something was off as she felt her control over the wind surrounding them became harder to control than before.

"You were able to live even after facing ryu's attack, so that must mean your pretty good right?" While talking he swapped his weapons, now wielding his sword he rushed again.

The girl's mana started to expand as she become even more enraged and she reinforced her whole body along with her wrist and sword.

CLANG!

Using her rapier like a club, she swung her weapon sideways which sent a wave of wind mana at kuro as well as perfectly pushing shiro's weapon out of the way.

Shiro immediately jumped backwards regaining his posture while landing after the wave passed him but sadly he didn't have any time to find out his surroundings as he was immediately assaulted with a kick to his solar plexus followed with a burtal stab of the rapier, which he unknowingly dodged by using the kicks momentum to get away.

Suppressing his urge to cough he once again regained his posture, this time without any major issues as he took in his surroundings as well using his mana and his senses.

'This is gonna be more fun that I thought'

As the thought crossed his mind unknowingly a slight smirk formed on his face as blood slowly dripped from his sides.

after all this was going to be the first person he is going to fight while going all out other than ryu, because when fighting against ryu it was more about surviving till the end of the spar than winning and that was true to everyone of them.
