Zack's wrath and love

Zack returned to the base and everything was back to normal with soldiers drilling and reconstruction of sites ruined. There was no casualty as such just some injuries. Female soldier troop participated including Panda and Lily were given honorary title as Phenix troop. When Zack heard about injuries of both women he first entered Panda's room and found her cheerfully eating her breakfast.

He brought her to Lily's room who had been operated for femur displacement and GSW in Left arm. Her arm was in sling and she was feeling happy to complete her mission but when she saw Zack's grim face she became agitated. She looked at Panda for guidance but found nothing but blankness there. Zack looked at Panda and said " Captain Panda what was your mistake in recent mission".

Panda bowed her head and replied " I failed to explain the situation to my junior sir, I couldn't assert my authority and made her come to my rescue which was not needed at that point and risked aggravating her injury". Lily's eyes were wide she looked at Panda's face and again at Zack's. Her face showed her doubt. This time Zack looked at Lily " and what is your mistake soldier Lily".

After thinking for a minute she said " I didn't trust my Captain and Leaders ability. I doubted that my leader would not have made preparations for Captain and recklessly moved to protect her". Zack nodded " do you think I would put her in impossible situation without considering a back up plan. Captain Panda explain my complete plan to soldier Lily".

Panda nodded " the compound which we were protecting was not an actual arsenal compound but a passageway to go there. A hidden entrance was near where I was placed and as soon as the door opened the door I was supposed to enter inside the passage. But I waited 15sec more to let maximum rebel enter the compound which was my fault and as Lily saw I was not coming out she jumped to my rescue. It was my fault Lion for lagging 15 sec before entering the passage"

Lily shook her head " no, it's my fault she told me clearly to leave the premise but I came back and even if she was 15 sec late she would have been safe. I was reckless and please give me the punishment". Zack looked at both women ready to take blame for each other and shook his head and ordered " Captain Panda failed her duty as leader and failed to explain her order to her junior and soldier Lily didn't follow the order of a captain and recklessly move to the rescue after her rehabilitation she will work as errand boy for entire compound for 2 month and Captain Panda will undergo extreme training for 1 month. Do you accept".

Both said at the same time " yes General". Zack moved out of the room. Lily looked at his departing back she missed his supportive and caring side. Her eyes was brimming with tears she looked pitiful and sad. Panda patted her back and felt angry at Lion he could atleast praise her for her first effort in Military operation she killed someone for the first time. Just when they were cursing him the door opened Zack again came back but instead Knight army uniform which he was wearing earlier he was in casual clothes. He came to Lily while Panda secretly left the room applauding her Leader. Zack patted Lily's head " the person scolded you was your leader and now your boyfriend is here to support you".
