"Sweetheart, i want you to promise me to never leave Jake's side no matter what. If you want to buy something, you tell Jake before you go off on your own. I'll be putting a team of bodyguards around you, just to make sure you'll be fine and it will ease my heart. Bring your other phone with you and put it somewhere safe asides from your handbag. You already setup the emergency button and it will directly connected to me right?" Dylan who's unable to go with her for their usual grocery shopping because he need to attend important matter for LHD at the moment couldn't help but giving out a long list to her. Her not being in his sight especially when she's already 5 month pregnant makes him worried. Her other weird cravings has stopped except for her obsess with snacks. Any type of snacks and she still love ice cream no matter what. He had to control her ice cream in take due to the doctor's warning.

Lyla who has been listening to his 'nagging' from last night, rolled her eyes upward. He's been worrying too much. Always freak out whenever she's not around. She doesn't blame him because she's the one who keep on disappearing whenever they went out if she wanted to buy something that caught her eye.

"Hubby, i know. I have my other phone with me. I strap it around my thigh. You can even monitor my whereabouts. I'll be fine. And i promise you i'll stick with Jake like a bubble gum. Will that ease your worrisome?" Dylan frown. He doesn't seem to like the term 'stick with Jake like a bubble gum'. He just shot a laser eye towards Jake making him shivers in fear. Master, i'm only doing my job, please don't make it hard for me, he cried.

"I know. I just want you to be safe. After you've done grocery shopping, i want you home as soon as you can. And call me when you're home." He said again. He still don't feel good letting his dear wife walking around without him.

"I will. Stop worrying. If there's any problem, you will be the first person that will know and come and get me. No matter how late i will be, i'll always come home. Home is where you are, hubby. Okay, let's get going. You'll be late for your meeting. I'll update you every half an hour. Will that be fine with you?" She smile before hugging him. She even kissed his whole face just so he quit frowning.

"I love you and will always do.'' He caress her slightly bulging stomach before putting a kiss on it and kiss Lyla's forehead, cheek and lip before he finally turn towards his car. After waving goodbye, he finally drove off. Lyla sighed and chuckled. He worries too much.

"Madam, shall we go?" Jake who's been standing by her side asked when she's still looking at her husband's car fading away. She only smile before nodding.

Dylan was in an important meeting with some of the shareholders from Grandeur Company. Due to the declining stocks that has been happening lately, Dylan decided to strike while the Smith's family are still in a dreamland. Thinking they could still survive the downfall of their current state. Dylan is never kind. He only lets them to live a little longer just so his wife can torture them more. Looking at his phone ignoring the faces of the shareholders that are still trying to win him. These old guys seriously thought he wanted to help them with Grandeur Company. That's laughable. He's getting tired and restless from their constant bootlicking so he gave a signal to Ron which he understood right away. He got up from the seat and left the meeting room leaving the dumbfounded men in there. Dylan couldn't ignore the uneasy feeling when he didn't receive anything from his wife. Just as he was about to call her, his phone rang. It was Jake. His frown grown deeper. And when he heard what Jake said, he hurriedly left the company and start to drive to the usual place where they always buy grocery. His wife is missing? And with all the bodyguards around her, no one saw a thing? She went missing after she went to the toilet. Jake was waiting outside the toilet door the whole time but she never came out. Feeling out of sort, Jake decided to just enter the women's toilet and search for her only to find out the toilet was empty. Dylan couldn't help feeling angry with himself. He should have been by her side. He should have never let her out of his sight. They've been living too comfortable in this K city that the forgot he to take several caution. His enemy is still waiting for him even if he's no longer active in the business. Not many people know about his involvement with LHD either. And not many know he's already married. Someone have been keeping an eye on him even when he disappear. Thinking about how Lyla is 5 months pregnant and how she was kidnapped in this peaceful city, he was livid. This enemy of his has been toying with his bottom line and he will do everything he can to get Lyla back and show this enemy of his of his true power. No one should ever mess with his Lyla. With that, he made one crucial decision. Destroying all of his enemy and at the same time rescuing Lyla.
