Her cravings

Dealing with genius Lyla is all about logic and reasonable. When it comes to dealing with pregnant Lyla, Jake felt like resigning his post as her bodyguard. He kept calling Ron and wondering when he's going to come to K city. He even regrets being Dylan's right hand man at this moment. He can handle any type of crisis or fights but at this particular time, he felt like surrender at the sight of his smiling lady boss. How weird can women's craving can get, Jake had to wondered.

Dylan don't have it easy as well. He loves his wife, that's a blessing but right now he wants to hide whenever he see her smiling. Ever since she announced she's pregnant, everyone was happy. But there's one thing that he can't handle. Her cravings. The first week, she crave for food. Any type of food that she see whether on picture, newspaper and the hardest part when she's scrolling on her phone. He somehow manage to find everything even though he had to use his Shadow team to accomplished it. The second week she insists on using his perfume to make the house smell nice. He dare to argue with her to buy a normal type of spray that's specifically for the house. Thus, he learn his lesson the hard way. She ran away from home and stay at her best friend's home crying her heart out. She only comes home when he promise to spray the whole house with his perfume. His expensive perfume. He had to buy 100 bottles of it just for the sake making his wife happy. Right now, they're in the park and she looks like she wants to cry when Dylan won't allowed her to go on riding the bicycle. This time he's not going to give in. There's too much danger and anything could happen. Even though he will be by her side, he's still not convinced she will act accordingly.

"Hubby, i never ride a bike before. No one would teach me back then." Dylan felt like cursing and killing her fake family a thousand time. Apparently, most of her cravings are due to the effect while she's under that fake family's house. He somehow understood a little at a time plus with Brittany's and Alexander's explanation it seems it will give impact to her during the first few months.

"Wifey, it's not that i don't want to let you. But at this moment, all the bikes have been rented. We can't be selfish can we? How about i buy you some ice cream? And then we'll go on that swan boat? Would you like that?" He found out a way to distract her. Her love for ice cream never change from the first weeks. Lyla eats any type of ice cream and it's his easiest bait. He made Jake rent all the bikes to other people just so he can make sure his lies are real.

Hearing Dylan is going to buy her ice cream, Lyla's face light up. In a matter of seconds her mood easily changes. Dylan was relief. Today, he manage to avoid another disaster. Tomorrow, he will need to find a new ice cream place to distract her again. He's happy she's pregnant but her cravings is another matter. At this moment, nothing is important than his wife. Making her happy and being with her through her pregnancy is something he will remember for the rest of his life. Something to tell to his kid. Maybe he will have two more if he manage to survive this phase. It's just, it will be a pity because his kids will never know about their grandparent. Will they be fine this way? He sighed, unconsciously. Not knowing Lyla was watching his face beside him as they walk towards the ice cream cart. He was startled when she suddenly touch his face. Looking down at her beautiful, unique eyes, they were sparkling. As if she knew what he was thinking.

"They're going to meet their grandparent soon. Even if they don't like me, they will love our children. You should tell them that they're going to be grandparent soon. It's never too late." Lyla said in her own gentle way. Yes. His Lyla will always know what he's hiding or thinking. He smiled at her before bending down to kiss her lips.

"I'll let them know about us." He said. As long as he's with Lyla, everything is all good. In their happy moment, they forgot to be cautious of a certain person who is still waiting for their information up until now. Little that Dylan know, his act in telling his family about Lyla and his marriage would cause him trouble later on.

"Sis, i've found your beloved fiancee's whereabouts. And there's some interesting news that you should know also."

After listening to that person's information, Catherine smash everything that's inside her bedroom before she call someone and smile evilly.

"Be happy while you can Dylan. If i can't have you, no one else will." she smirks.
