"Lady Herena, please believe your brother. I know he has good intentions for you." While speaking softly and putting the woman's hair in place, Harlene gazed softly at the lady
Herena observed the young woman from the mirror in front of her from across her desk, thinning her eyes and furrowing her brows.
"Harlene, I am aware of that. But last night, brother Ismael asked me out of the blue how I felt about his friend. Is it more significant that the friend he is referring to is the crown prince? Come on, Harlene, how am I supposed to respond to those inquiries?" Herena inquired in a tone that bordered on panic
But as Harlene largely completed styling the woman's hair, she could only sigh.
"Your appearance is lovely, Lady Herena. See?" Harlene came closer to the woman's head and put both of her hands on her shoulders. She then grinned while looking at Herena's wide-eyed posture in front of her mirror.
