Sword Battle
after the long night, Ethan prepared for his journey, while sending a message to Elizabeth for the ride. of course it would take over a month by a carriages.
Elizabeth had already planned something else...
after breakfast Ethan went to her mother's place, where she prepared his ride.
as Ethan approached the mansion, Elizabeth was waiting for him at the gate,
she suddenly jumped on him, hugging him very tightly that, he barely able to breathe.
"Ethan, i will ask you one more time, is it necessary for you to go? i can send some people you know.."
"it's fine mother i promise, i will be safe."
"even if you say that..."
"Mother, if i able breakthrough, will you teach me swordsmanship again?"
Even though Ethan asked her in a calm and casual tone the question struck her like needle.
she looked down, as she couldn't say anything or rather couldn't find the right words to put it.
Ethan understand the situation, and slowly brushed her hairs.
"is that a 'yes'?"
her eyes became moist, and she grabbed his hands
"y-yes.. i will teach you.. and make you the strongest swords man.. so, do your best."

the sound is similar to a eagle, but the pitch is high,
suddenly the shadow of the eagle caught Ethan's eyes, he suddenly looked at the sky. there was a humongous eagle...
"there she is.." Elizabeth said with a smile.
the giant eagle flapped it's wings causing a few small tornadoes, and landed right next to the road.
the eagle was huge enough that ten people can easily find a seat on it's back.
on it's back there seems to be a young lady, riding it.
"Ethan, meet 'Ma Yaling'. Yaling, meet my son Ethan."

before Ethan could finish she jumped off the eagle, with a annoyed face.
"are we heading or not?"
"huh?"
"oh sorry, Ethan this is your special ride, i arranged it for you, what do you think?"
"really? thank you, how long will it take to reach Phoenix city?" Ethan is surprised and amused low magnificent the eagle looks but he decided to keep his calm.
Mu Yaling, on the other hand felt offended, because of his plain words, like this eagle doesn't worth mentioning.
Ethan noticed her cold gaze, and looked at her beautiful face while gulping,
the lady has tanned skin with blonde hairs, her pretty face and a toned figure, complemented her overall wild beauty.
"three days at most."
Yaling said while patting the eagle's head.
"only 3 days that's awesome, normally it would take a month and a half to travel there."
A guard standing beside Elizabeth said.

the eagle took flight with just a few flaps of it's wings, Ethan looked very calm outside, but he was very excited.

Ethan left for a inn, while she patted the eagle's head while sending it off.
"go, you should rest too.. "
she then rushed to Ethan who was a little ahead of her.
"this one.. let's go for this one." Yaling pointed towards a 3 story big inn.

They checked for a vip oom for one day that cost them a spirit stone, they took a single room with two bedrooms.
the room was looked splendid, Ethan was very wealthy enough to book two rooms, but he was the one who suggested it.
you know the obvious answer.
"i am going to take a bath, you should order something to eat." she said as she closed the bathroom door.

"looks like sword battle." she said while rushing out of the window.
"wh-what? where are you going? at least put some better clothes." her cool act failed as she almost tripped.
feeling embarrassed she went back to the room.
"would you stop laughing already.." she said as she was annoyed by his teasing.
"hahaha..sorry sorry, well you look good in this pajama." he said shamelessly joking.
"really" but she was stupid enough to take it seriously.
"mmph.." he held back his laughter and looked at her slightly blushing face.
"of course, it's even better without them." he changed his tone in a seductive way.
"Y-You..." she slowly pinched his forearm.
"well.. let's go take a look.." she said excitedly.
"do you like swordsmanship ?" he asked.

she plucked out a mouth full of blood, while looking at the cut on her shoulder.
