Sidestory 03: Lightning versus Water.

Pink eyes stared at the two Behemoth of men across from him. Their bulging muscles and height at contrast with himself and his allies. He leaned on his hook-staff his face blank. "What are you doing here Raikage. Killer Bee?"

"Fool, ya fool. We know what ya did!" Killer Bee gripped one of his eight swords. His brows furrowed, slightly confused but none-the-less hefted up his staff.

"It appears we'll have to remind you why no one invades us. Mei and Utakata, take care of the Raikage."

"Yes, Mizukage-sama." The usual carefree and elegant voice of his fellow Jinchuriki was now terse and clipped.

"Of course, dear~" Mei, was of course being herself. Always adding flirtations. 'When will she learn I won't marry her? I won't risk my strongest Jonin being weakened.'

He himself prepared himself, staring out as the famed AyBee duo did the same. Then, they charged forward. His staff clanged against the sparking sword of Bee. 'Fast.' Narrowing his head his foot kicked up water towards his opponent before he breathed on it, charging it with his chakra and sending thousands of needles towards Bee, only for it to be countered with a burst of lightning.

"That was close, ya fool!" 'He's far stronger than reports had of him. But so am I!'

His pink eyes tracked Bee's movements as he pulled out a second sword, and they once more engaged in a flurry of blows. He was on the losing end, but that didn't matter. Pumping more chakra throughout his body, he surged forward pushing Bee back, long enough for him to flip through hand signs. "Water Style: Sanbi's Avatar!" The ocean of water they stood upon rose up forming a titanic three-tailed turtle that surged towards Killer Bee and ate him. It was truly arrogant of them to come here. To his home. 'Where I alone stand Supreme.' 

A surge of heavy and potent chakra escaped from within the Water Avatar of the Sanbi, and he sighed. "Very well then." His titanic Avatar was broken as a concentrated miniature-tailed beast bomb came flying towards him. "Useless." He reached out with his staff, hooking the air filled with flying water, and made an oval shape. "Water Style: Water Mirror Technique." As the miniature-tailed beast bomb came flying towards him, an exactly powered one was countered from the mirror.

Flipping through hand seals a singular Water Clone would rise up, grabbing his staff before backing away. "Then let us play, Hachibi." Chakra exploded out of him as 3 dark red tails grew from behind him, and began to cover the entirety of his skin.

His lightning cloak surging around him he stared down the miniature Rokubi and the famed Volcano of the Mist. His chakra roiled inside of him as his cloak surged higher and higher, before he rushed forward, only to stop midway.

Pushing himself backward away from the explosion of hundreds of bubbles, he grit his teeth as he punches through a water dragon, only for a larger one to come crashing into him. 'Damn Mist Shinobi!' Growling in anger, his chakra would surge even more as he entered Stage 2 of his Lightning Armor.

He sped forward his fist slamming into the Version 2 Rokubi Jinchuriki sending them flying, only to be forced to duck out of the way as a hail of magma came down upon him. 'Tch. We should have brought Yugito or Samui.' His anger rising he'd clench his fists only to look over at Bee. 'He's losing. He's no match for that damned Mizukage in the water as well.' Taking a heavy breath he'd finally with gritted teeth say, "Bee, retreat!"

"Got it bro! Out we go!" With that Bee began to grow larger, and larger as purple began to sprout out of him.

-Yagura-

Seeing the Hachibi Jinchuriki begin to enter Full-Tailed Beast Mode, he'd reach inside of himself. 'Isobu.' 'Very well. But don't think everything is okay after ignoring me for years Yagura!' 

He let out a feral roar as he grew larger and larger. His limbs retreated as his form shifted. Two titanic Bijuu stood against each other before they clashed. Tails against tails. Bijuu Bomb against Bijuu Bomb. Ink against Coral.

The water rose up around them as lightning crackled. The ocean itself cratered as their fight waged on.

"LEAVE. MY. COUNTRY!" With that ferocious roar a titanic Bijuu Bomb mixed with a seemingly infinite amount of Water surged forward. The Hachibi's tentacles rose up to block it, but he was pushed back mile after mile before it exploded sending a rapidly shrinking form flying even further.

His titanic eyes searched around him, only to find the Raikage missing, and his two Jonins heading towards him.

He began to shrink. "The Raikage?" He returned to normal, and his clone appeared next to him handing off his Hook-Staff before merging with the Ocean. 

"Gone dear!"

"He managed to flee after knocking me back, Mizukage-sama." He nodded, not surprised. The man was far too fast to be contained by them, at least as long as Utakata still remained unable to make a deal with the Rokubi inside of him. 'How could he make a deal, when he doesn't even know Saiken's name?' He didn't comment, even though he agreed with Isobu.

"Very well then. Bee won't be ready for another invasion for a short while. Call back Zabuza, Mangetsu, and Raiga Mei. We'll have Chojuro train under Mangetsu with Suigetsu." He turned around, facing his Village that was in far-off distance, hidden by the mist. "War is coming, and for once, we don't want it." He did not wait for them to question him on what Killer Bee meant at the start of the battle and calmly began to walk back to the Village.
