75 Battle

After her blade deftly cut off the head of the Kiri Chunin Naruko would look around. "Well? What are you waiting for? Either run... or fight!"

Jutsu. Kunai. Swords. Ice Senbon and even the famed Kubikiribōchō came towards her. Naruko simply chuckled. "Whoops~" as they all pierced her with a poof of smoke she'd disappear, only for another Naruko to appear on a tree next to a Jonin.

A gloved hand reached up and grabbed the Jonin's neck lifting him into the air, "ACK!" and just as she was about to skewer him a reign of Ice Senbon came down, piercing through the clone.

Another Naruko appeared hand through the chest of a second chunin. "Oy oy! You're pretty fast on the uptake Haku-san. Don't you think it's best if you flee with as many of your Shinobi as you can?"

There was no response, and the clone simply sighed before she too popped. Another clone appeared this time leaping from the ground and stabbing a Kunai directly through the jaw of another Chunin. As the body crumpled she'd dodge and weave through the hail of attacks sent her way. "Oy, oy. Last chance!"

"Find her real body! As long as she isn't using other Jutsu she'll be able to make a near endless amount of Shadow Clones!"

As Zabuza shouted out the order, the clone would sigh. "I warned you. I truly did. The clone closed her eyes, allowing a weapon to pierce her, poofing into a puff of smoke.

A voice echoed out in the area. "I tried, I truly did. But, it seems like my kindness was wasted. Say your prayers now Kiri Shinobi."

A strange humming noise could be heard throughout the area. Then another set of humming, then another, and another. In total, there were 10 of them. Then, they turned into a high-pitched screech.

Ten clones of Naruko appeared around the area, accurately surrounding most of the Kiri Shinobi. With a hand raised above their heads, a strange glowing yellow ball larger than her hand could be seen. Surrounding this ball were four rapidly spinning blades. Echoing around the area, Naruko would speak again. "Ten Rasenshuriken." Her voice was solemn. "Goodbye."

All ten Naruko clones leaped off branches heading directly toward the ground, Rasenshuriken first. "NO!" There was a mere blur as Ice Mirrors formed out of nowhere, Haku seemingly disappearing, and along with him, Zabuza did as well.

"Impressi-"

BOOM!

The screeching got even louder as ten Rasenshuriken completely eviscerated nearly a hundred Shinobi. "-ve. But I warned you." Naruko did not turn away from the site of impact while in her hiding spot, simply staring as the ten Rasenshuriken struck their targets and exploded, a humongous dome made up of an uncountable number of tiny wind blades destroying not only the people inside but also the terrain.

There was a moment of silence when the Jutsu faded, as Naruko simply stared at the mutilated bodies and destroyed terrain, before letting out a sigh. "I warned you..." There was sadness in her voice, but no regret. With sweat dripping down her forehead and the back of her neck, Naruko would slowly stand up, stretching out her senses. 'Haku left, probably forcing Zabuza with him. After this... they won't show up again. But it appears this disguise will soon be useless. But, I didn't realize Haku's chakra sensing was that high. Or was it recognizing the Rasengan somehow? Interesting.' Letting out a small groan of pain as she began to move Naruko would cough slightly. 'I didn't think the clones using that many Rasenshuriken would hurt so much. I didn't think it would cost so much chakra either...'

Ignoring the tingling across her entire body she began to make her way back to the alcove. "Perhaps they'll listen to my words next time..." With those last haunting words she'd step in front of the barrier and with a wave of her hand it would disappear.

Stepping inside, a moment later she collapsed onto the ground with a thud. "SENSEI!" 'Idiot.'

"I'll be... fine." With that said Naruko's eyes closed as she fell into unconsciousness.

-Tazuna-

Poking the fire slightly with a worried look towards his family's still unconscious savior he'd ask, "Is she going to be fine?"

Sakura sighed looking up. "I don't know. I'm not a trained medical ninja, but it looks like whatever Jutsu that was at the end harmed her entire body. I wish I knew more... But sensei said she'd be fine!" There was hope in her voice, and Tazuna barely managed to not react.

'Everyone says that...' Looking towards his family who were still unconscious, he adjusted himself slightly before closing his own eyes. 'Let's just hope that when I wake up, they'll be awake.'

-Sai-

When Tazuna fell asleep Sai spoke up. "Rasenshuriken. A forbidden variant of the deceased Hokage Minato Namikaze's Rasengan. Unlike other Jutsu, it wasn't forbidden because of the destruction it caused, the morality of the usage of the Jutsu, or anything like that. It was forbidden because of the damage it does to the body. Although Naruko-sensei used it through clones, who knows what she did to be able to have ten separate clones use that much Chakra without using the Kyuubis."

Sasuke had a dark look on his face as he continued to stare at Naruko-sama. "Will she be fine?" 'She should be, but it's better to be confident.'

So, Sai would nod. "Yes. She can recover from most damage, and within a few hours, her chakra should be nearly completely recovered. As for the physical damage, that might take a while, or it might not. But Naruko-sensei will eventually be fine." The darkness in Sasuke's eyes lightened slightly, and internally Sai would nod. 'Good. Now for Sakura...'

Looking over towards her, he'd find her with eyes closed, seemingly dozing off. 'Good. It seems like she listened in and accepted what I said.'

With that done he'd pull out a scroll and begin to write. 'Hokage-sama and Danzo-sama will want to know what happened.' A few minutes later, the words he had written on the scroll shifted and transformed into a bird that flew off the scroll, out of the alcove, and into the distance. Looking up Sai would ask, "You have the first shift?"

Sasuke would nod, still staring at Naruko-sama. "Hn." 'Good enough. Broody is being broodier than usual, but he can still get the job done.' Sai would close his eyes, leaning against the wall. 'Let's hope nothing else happens on this mission.'
