Intermission 2 Part 1

I ran to the guild as soon as I was summoned. I'm not the only person to do this it seems, as many others are also sprinting along the cobblestone streets alongside me towards our shared goal. Everyone around me has faces that I recognize. We're all adventurers that have been trained over the past month to fight at the Frozen Mist Hills.

When the four story tall building came into view, I saw many other adventurers standing in line to be allowed in. A worker was ushering people through as groups of ten were let in through short intervals.

A few of the people I ran alongside immediately walked over to the line. Shocked by their apparent knowledge of what to do, I called out to one of them.

"U-Um!" I tried to shout, but my voice was rather meek. Despite my volume, the man turned around to look at me.

"Yeah?"

"Uh…" I fidgeted in place as I struggled to ask such a mundane question. "W-Where do I go?"
