Lucien noticed that the other Lucien's parents are wearing dark faces. Almost like they don't want him to speak. Threatening silently at him to never utter another word to the knights. He beamed at them. And their faces scrunched up. When he notice General Cripto and his knights are about to leave, he can't help himself but to hurl insults at them.
With a smile, he said in a low voice.
"How measly weak. I thought it was in your doctrine to never attack a citizen no matter what the circumstances are. Look what happened earlier, in front of so many eyes, you shoot me down without any hesitation."
General Cripto glared at him from his bushy eyebrows and grey beard. "A lady's honor is also a gentleman's duty to uphold. And an engagement is of joyous celebration that should not have been stained. But you unscrupolously and shamelessly ruin the party with your outrageous acts. How dare you point finger at us when you yourself lack the basic etiquette of manner?"
