"Mule Head Jiang is so hot! I mean, I couldn't tell just by looking at him, but I found out that his abs are rock hard and very well defined. He has the typical "lean when clothed but ripped when unclothed" body. I really didn't drool for nothing! And his performance was so——"

Pei Yueran coughed so violently that she almost choked. After her coughing fit subsided, she said, "Please I do not need so much detail. You can keep this much information to yourself— I don't want to know, thank you." This Su Qianhua could never change!

Su Qianhua narrowed her eyes playfully, "What? Or are you just jealous since you've not gone all the way with Sexy Boss Li? By the way, what base are you guys at now? Any progress?"

"If you don't talk, no one would think you're dumb. Besides, it's none of your business!"

"Whatever! Just hurry up. Like my mother would say, don't let this cooked duck fly away from your mouth!"

So Li Chuanmo was a sexy boss and a cooked duck, all in one breath? Su Qianhua was indeed a case!

"We decided to take it slow and wait for the right time. We don't want to have regrets."

"Like I'm having currently." Su Qianhua's playfulness suddenly dissipated and she became crestfallen again, "Sigh! I really hope it all passes quickly. Once I get through this ordeal in one piece, I would begin to advocate for zero alcohol! I would never touch the stuff again."

"Yeah right. Knowing you, you'll be back to it in less than two days."

"No I'm serious, cross my heart."

"We'll see about that. So don't stress, don't panic. It will all work out."

"Thanks Ranran, Owner of my heart", Su Qianhua said in a mushy voice, throwing her a playful wink.

"Yuck, no thank you!"

Both of them laughed before ending the call.

Pei Yueran shook her head. What kind of situation was this? It was very serious, yet funny at the same time. She wondered what Jiang Philip's opinion on the whole matter was.

It was later, while preparing for bed that she realized that she forgot to ask her friend if she had taken a contraceptive pill. Su Qianhua could be such a scatterbrain sometimes.

Oh well, this situation was too serious for her to have forgotten, right? She must have done so. But what if she didn't? Pei Yueran resolved to text her about it, just in case.

"You know, we have still not agreed on a particular weekend."

"For what?"

"For our paragliding trip."

They were at the cinema, seated in a private viewing room.

"Ohhh, that's true. I've been so swamped lately, what with everything happening at the same time."

Pei Yueran had just started working on a new project at work, and it was taking up a lot of her time. The release of GOLEM had brought a wave of business proposals their way.

She was supposed to be working on projects with Li Chuanmo, but because they had a lot of projects come in at the same time, they split up the work.

Despite that, both had been on their toes for over a week, and were only catching a break for the first time today.

Li Chuanmo held her hand and squeezed it lightly, "We should be able to close the deal with LiShan group this week. I'd have more breathing space then, and we can work on this project from WangHu together."

"There's no need, but thanks for offering. It's not something I can't handle. It's just that it's time consuming. The contract they drafted is also so disadvantageous to us.

We've revised it three times already, but it's still unsatisfactory. If not for the fact that they are long standing business partners, I would not even have considered this project at all."

Li Chuanmo smiled indulgently. She went from being a cute kitten to looking like a golden-eyed feisty cat spitting fire. "Alright then, I'll leave it in your capable hands. But enough about work. Since we have time now, why don't we plan?"

"Okay. Let's see. I'll wrap up this annoying project within the next week, so we should be able to go in two weeks, on Friday."

"Perfect."

"I'm afraid it can only be for a weekend though. Anymore than that, we'd be collapsing under the weight of work when we return."

"You're right. It's sad, but a weekend is better than not going at all."

"Exactly. So have you chosen a place?" Pei Yueran asked.

"I was thinking Country F. Is that okay with you?" Apart from being touted as the ultimate romantic destination, it also had great spots and sights for paragliding.

"Sure. Sounds good. Is there anything I need to prepare?"

"Leave everything to me, just pack."

"That sounds very reassuring, macho man." Pei Yueran teased him.

He pinched her cheek, while she swatted his hand away.

"The boys will be so thrilled."

"Yes, unfortunately."

Pei Yueran laughed at him. "You sound so happy that they will be coming along."

"Yes, very happy", Li Chuanmo said with gritted teeth.

"Don't worry, we can always find ways to be alone."

"Is that an invitation?" In his mind, he was thinking that they definitely had to have some alone time. He had something planned.

"Chuan, don't let your mind run wild. It's nothing like that." Teasing him would never become boring.

"We'll see about that." Li Chuanmo said, before grabbing and tickling her.

Pei Yueran screamed in laughter, begging for mercy. Thankfully, the private room was soundproof.

Both of them played around, the movie forgotten.

True to his word, he got everything ready in time. He sent her the itinerary a week later. The Li family had a private jet, so they only needed to be cleared for flying. The flight operator had been informed, and the house in Country F had been prepared for their arrival. Everything was set.

Unsurprisingly, the boys were thrilled when they got to know. Han Yichen was very excited to be leaving the country for the first time, while Li Yuchen was happy to be traveling with his goddess and best friend.

As soon as his father informed him, he called Han Yichen in exhilaration.

"Yichen, we'll be going paragliding next week!"

"Yeah. My Mom just told me."

"I'm so excited. I'll show you around, don't worry. There are so many beautiful sights in Country F. I'm sure you'd love to see the museum, what's its name again? Lou- lou-"

"You mean the Louvre Museum?"

"Yes that. And the palace too, the one that sounds like a brand name."

"Palace of Versailles."

"Exactly. You're so smart!"
