8 Chapter 8

*Jungkook POV*

Jungkook : "Where are they?"

I was looking for my friends in cafeteria, it is my first day and I don't feel good here at all until I saw Y/N.

Jungkook : "Oh!! Y/N is in this university too. That's great!!"

I was looking at her and she noticed me but as I was gonna go to her Jin Hyung called me.

I waved at him and when I saw Y/N again she looked a bit tensed and stood up. she and her friend I guess, they both starting coming my way but Y/N kept on ignoring my eye contact. As she came near me

Jungkook : "Hey!"

She didn't even looked at me and just said

Y/N : "Hi and bye!"

I turned around and she left.

Jungkook : "What's with her?"

Jin : "Jungkookaaaaa!!"

Jungkook : "Coming!!"

I went to them.

Jimin : "Hey bro!! do you know her too?"

Jungkook : "Ya, Why? Do you also know her?"

Jimin was about to say something when Taehyung cut him

Taehyung : "Forget her. Congratulations! you are finally in university now bro"

Jungkook : "Thanks!!"

*Y/N POV*

I walked out of cafeteria with Irene.

Irene : "What was that?"

Y/N : "Ummm...Actually I know that guy and we have met before...Let me tell you everything from the start."

I told her everything except dad's case. So she just know what happened today from throwing empty juice can to cafeteria and how I met Jungkook.

Irene : "Okay now that was rude what do this Taehyung think of himself?"

I sighed.

Y/N : "Leave it."

Irene : "But how can you say that, that Jungkook guy is not right?"

Y/N : "See I am not saying that he is wrong or like that Taehyung guy but he is friends with him and I don't want to indulge with anyone who is related to Taehyung or his group."

Irene : "Fair enough."

*Time skip*

Our lectures were over now and it was 3:00pm. Irene asked me to join her for a coffee.

So we went to a cafe which was like 5min away from the hospital were dad was which was good for me.

We were sitting in the cafe.

Irene : "I am really happy that I made a friend on my first day otherwise I would have been a loner whole year."

Y/N : "I am sure that wouldn't have happened with you, You are very friendly and a nice person."

Irene : "I know that."

She flipped her hair saying that and both of us started laughing.

Irene really is a person who gives out positive vibes and makes everyone around her happy. Totally opposite of me.

We chatted about University and some random stuff then after like an hour or so we parted our ways.

Next I went to hospital to meet dad and sat near dad holding his hand.

Y/N : "Hey Dad!! I am back. Today I am really very tried University was good. You know what? I made a new friend! Her name is Irene and she is really very talkative, grandma once told me that you were also very talkative and friendly when you were a highschool student...she is just like you."

My eyes filled with tears and I tried my best to hold them in.

"Sorry Dad I know you must feel really bored and lonely here but you know I can not take care of you at home as I have to go to university and study, I hope you will understand me."

I looked at the time and it was 4:30 oops!! today is my first day at work! I better hurry.

"Okay Dad I have a project I need to complete. I will come here soon Byee!!"

I kissed his forehead.

Then I went to the convenient store as today was my first day of work too.

I reached there and Mr.Lee told me what I have to do and then left as he had to go somewhere.

*Time Skip*

It was 10:30 pm and being a Cashier is not that bad. Now it's late and my shift is going to end in half an hour and not many customers are coming now. I was patiently waiting for my shift to end when someone came inside the store I looked at the person, He was a man but a bit weird I mean he was wearing all black clothes, cap and sunglasses but who wears sunglasses at night? Ohh!! is he an idol or actor or any famous personality?? Woahhhh!!!

Y/N : "Welcome Sir!"

I bowed and he did the same then he started searching something.

I kept on looking at him when the door of store opened once again but I was busy looking at the man wearing black clothes.

Y/N : "Welcome!"

I said without looking at the person.

?? : "Oh My! I didn't know dustbins could be Cashiers too."

I looked at the person and Huh! it was that a**h**e Kim Taehyung.

Taehyung : "But it is 21st century so anything is possible."
