Alex, after thinking for a few moments asked "Aunt, have you ever seen a polished black bracelet with two golden lines on it? The bracelet is plain and simple without any engravings."

Irina was surprised after hearing Alex's question and answered "Yeah I have seen it. Yesterday, I went to buy some antiques for decoration purposes, When I was shopping in the market, a little girl around the age of ten came to me and tried to sell the same type of bracelet which you described."

"Her health was not good maybe she hadn't eaten for the last few days so I bought that bracelet and gave her some money and food from a nearby shop."

"But later my car broke down and I didn't have cash with me at that time plus my phone battery was dead so I asked a person who was sitting on a bench near the place where my car broke down to lend me some money."

"I told him that I will return his money soon."

"But he gave me a mocking smile and I thought he must be thinking that I was some kind of fraud.'

"So I sold that bracelet to him."

"He was trying to say something to me but I didn't pay much attention to his words."

Alex could use his ability of time on Irina to see her past activities but he avoided using it because to activate it, he needed to maintain eye contact with her for at least 10 seconds, which he considered quite a hassle.

He also wanted to avoid offending her in any way and to avoid any misunderstanding because it may seem he was trying to flirt with her

"What is going on with you today? You are asking about bracelet again and again." Irina looked at Alex with some suspicion

"If you are interested in the bracelet, I can buy another one for you if you want."

Alex shook his head and said, "No need, I was just asking casually."

Irina didn't buy his excuse but didn't demand an explanation for his questions about the bracelet, she just said: "I know that you are not asking this casually and from yesterday you are acting a little strange."

Alex got Goosebumps all over his body after listening to Irina.

He didn't know how to respond to her.

He couldn't tell her that Alexander died and his body was occupied by another person who committed suicide.

So he answered "It's just that my health was not so good and I was thinking about my plans. As I have completed my studies so for past few days I was thinking what to do."

"At one time I think finding a job like mom would be good and sometimes I think about working with you as it will give me more opportunities to grow."

Alex himself didn't know what he was saying, he was speaking whatever was coming to his mind, he just wanted to divert attention from her suspicions.

Irina was quite happy when she heard that Alex was considering working with her.

"Good, very good, so have you decided to work with your aunt. I promise I will take care of you and you will enjoy working with me."

When she didn't hear a reply from Alex she thought he decided to find a job so she told Alex

"Even if you want to do a job then you can work as an employee in my company."

Alex shook his head and said "Sorry aunt, I will neither do the job nor work with you. I have decided after careful thinking that I will start my own business."

"If I found job then I have to follow orders of others and the majority of my life will be spent in the office where I have to fulfill orders given by other people. They will control my life and I have to depend on them even for my basic needs."

"As for working with you, I don't want to mix personal relations with professional relations. I can't act freely while doing work. Every time I will think of not to disappoint you and will take actions just to make you proud and happy rather according to need."

"Only by doing my own business, I can grow independently and learn new things by doing mistakes. If I am with you, I know you will take care of me so there will be less room for me to grow."

Alex didn't have a good experience of being an employee because everything depends upon the hierarchy in the company.

In his previous life, he didn't offend anyone but even then the company that recruited him went back on its words and too in the most embarrassing way.

As for working with Irina, the reason he gave to her was pure bullshit, he just wanted to stay away from her because after reading various incidents from Alexander's diary, he felt little fear towards her because the image of her in his mind was of godly beauty with a black heart.

She only cared about two people in her life that was her elder sister and her nephew.

Once she decided on something no one was able to change her decision

"What kind of business? You said you wanted to do business so you must have decided what type of business you want to do." Irina was not so excited about Alex's idea of doing his, own business but she still asked casually.

"Look if I think you have skills for doing that particular business and you can make big doing that then I will support you but if I think you don't have skills for that then you have to work with me."

"If you can't be successful in that, I can think many reasons and factors that why you failed but if you don't have skills then that mean you were not qualified for it and you didn't even try to raise your skills while working."
