Chapter 29

As soon as my alarm comes blaring, I'm out of bed. It was holiday, I don't need an alarm but I always forget to turn it off. Yeah you might have guess, too lazy to.

I take a warm shower and get in my casual clothes. I sprint downstairs feeling energetic.

"Morning mum!" I exclaim going to open the fridge, I grab the can of milk and pour some for myself.

I pull a seat while taking long gulps. "How was your night Dave?" Mum ask with her hands on the pan handle.

"Nice, I slept well but no too well cause I forgot to use the blanket, so I was very cold." I say to her.

She grab a plate pouring the eggs and dropping it on the table. I reach for it and smile.

It has bacon as lips and two yokes as eyes. "Aww." I coo.

"Will you go shopping with me today?" She asks, she sounds exhausted and I can't refuse her that.

"Yeah sure. What are we getting?" I ask while shoving the eggs in my mouth.
