"Didn't you have somewhere to be? I don't want you to be late on my account," I mumbled. He sighed and muttered that he'd see me later before turning and leaving, but not before slamming the door behind him.

I awoke suddenly after a loud crash followed by what sounded like a slew of curse words rang throughout the suit. I checked the time on my phone that was resting on my nightstand, noting that it was 2:53 a.m. There was no way Kelly would've come back this late – she would've just spent the night at that dude's place. My heart rate skyrocketed and my body began to tremble with fear. School hasn't even started yet and our place was already getting broken into!
