Sorry About?

"Sheen!" Bea yelled as she rocks her sleeping cousin on the couch.

She's been in Sheen's condo since she and Dan had finished talking about Wyn and stuff.

But whatever she does, Sheen won't wake up, she won't even flinch from her screams.

"Oh, god," Bea softly slaps her forehead to surrender and sits on the couch beside Sheen, "Where have you been?"

After a few more minutes of resting, Bea decided to pull Sheen's feet with all her might to make her fall on the floor, which she knows that can wake her up.

"Wake..." Bea pulls Sheen's feet while grinding her teeth, "UP!"

A loud thud echoed around the room, if the floor is thin enough, people in the lower floor might've heard Sheen fall down.

Bea sighs and lets herself fall on the couch while Sheen slowly opens her eyes due to the pain in her back, she groans and rolls around to rub it.

Bea watches Sheen lazily move, still clinging to her drowsiness, "Can you move fast? I won't tell anything to Boss, but can you at least pretend that we did not do anything yesterday? He won't believe me if I said that drunk alcohol, duh."

Sheen went on her knees, still rubbing her back, she looks at Bea with annoyance, "I only slept for a goddamn 1 hour!"

After Kady sent her home, she wasn't able to sleep immediately even though she felt the drowsiness lingering around her.

After watching a few episodes of her favorite Lucifer series, she fell asleep though it only lasted for an hour since Bea pulled her off the couch.

"So? It's your problem. Hurry up, I thought you make breakfast for Boss and Cj?" Bea crossed her leg and opened her phone to text Dan who went home to change his clothes.

Sheen rests her back on the couch with her hands hanging on the ends of the seat, "Gaaaaaaah," she lets out a long lazy sound, "I don't want to go to work, Beaaaaaaaaa."

"I saw your phone, Boss freaking sent you tons of messages! Good thing I backed you up last night, saying that you went asleep early, so thank me."

"Whatever, can I skip this day? I never felt this type of hangover, I mean... I'm really tired."

Bea moves her phone away from her face and stared at Sheen with a questioned look, "What happed with you and Kady?"

Sheen rests her head on the seat of the couch and stared at the ceiling, "Nothing important. We talked."

"What talk?"

Sheen looks at Bea like she's offended, "What do you mean? Didn't I say that we are done with that? He's a friend. A good friend. Someone who looks out for me." Sheen answered in a cold and sharp tone.

Bea shrugs, "Okay. I didn't even say anything but yeah, that's what I mean. I already know everything, if you believe me about Wyn, I mean. So do you have a plan after all that?" Bea points at Sheen, referring to her messed-up state.

"I don't know..." Sheen sighs and slowly stands up with her hand leaning on the couch, "I was planning to tell Clark about everything but I thought last night and I thought and thought and thought until I can't remember what I was thinking."

Bea raised her brow with a blank stare, "What?" she asks in a flat tone, "What the hell were you saying?"

"I don't know. Okay? If I can remember what exact thought kept me awake last night, I will definitely tell you-- I just can't remember, sorry."

Sheen went inside the kitchen, "It's still early to make breakfast, you know? I can still have another hour of sleep."

"Sheen," Bea stands up and followed Sheen in the kitchen and sat down on a stool, "I think you might be thinking that Clark will be angry at you--at everyone if you tell him."

The sound of the electric kettle being filled with water, the hum of the refrigerator, the sound of the clock on top of the ref ticking, Sheen and Bea went quiet for a while until Sheen took the thermos and spilled the old water in the sink and spoke, "Yeah, maybe. But what makes you think so?"

Sheen turns around and put the thermos on the table and stares at Bea.

"Well..." Bea awkwardly laughs and scratches her chin, "I found out something."

"What?" Sheen leans forward with her forehead wrinkled in confusion.

"WynisBoss'half-brother, please don't ask how I don't know why," Bea said, almost stumbling in her words.

"Didn't you know? Weren't you here when Wyn revealed that?" Sheen took cups on the cupboard and took instant coffee.

"No? So you know?" Bea asks and gestures no when Sheen shakes the coffee, "I can't drink that. I'll have tea."

Sheen nods and poured hot water to the cups, filling it, "Yeah, I mean... Wyn told me first. By the way, who said that?"

Bea took her cup and sips her tea, "Dan," she said and sighs with the sweet and relaxing aroma from her drink.

Sheen stared at Bea with shock eyes, her thoughts rushing in her mind, 'How did he know?' 'Who told him?' 'Is this Aria's plan?' 'What will Dan do?' 'Does Clark know?'

She bit her lips and takes a sip of her coffee, unknowingly, her index finger taps the table fast- fast enough to catch Bea's attention.

"Hey," Bea whispered and touched Sheen's hand, "Why?" she asks worriedly.

Aside from seeing Sheen tremble to death while taking long deep breaths, she knows Sheen's going through some things in her mind when she's fidgeting.

Sheen shakes her head, as if saying some few words to wrapped up every thought that pops in her head will make her mind stop thinking.

"I should do breakfast, do you want to eat with us?" Sheen asks while going through her refregirator.

"Yup! I'll tell Clark that we went here since we met Dan and things..."

Clark who's staring in his laptop screen which shows about Sheen's 'scandal' with Louis, made a fist with his eyes glaring over the photo that he clicked, then next, and next, until he aggresively closes the laptop, making quite a loud sound.

"Dad?" Cj asks while rubbing his eyes but he accidentally touched the bruise in his left cheek, "Ouch," he said as tears form in his eyes due to the pain.

"It's a brand new day, Cj. I hope you will remember what I told you yesterday," Clark grinds his teeth and sighs.

He turns around and walks to Cj, "What did I told you?" he asks as he pats Cj's head.

"Don't... don't fight with people even though they're wrong. Tell the teachers. Tell anyone who can help and never raise my hand." Cj said in a innocent and not accepting tone.

"Let the adults do the fight. But don't worry, that kid who hit you will be suspended for a week and attented a behavioral councelling, such children are threat to others." Clark said while looking at Cj's bruise.

"But... I hate him, you're my dad no matter what. I don't care if your dad's my dad. I don't care about how it happened, you're my daddy," Cj yelled and hugs Clark, he had a tough time sleeping last night because of the pain.

"And you made his lips pop, that hurts," Clark said, pretending not to care about Cj's dramatic monolouge.

While they are both enjoying their time, they heard the door bell downstairs and Cj immediately ran outside screaming Sheen's name.

"I can hear that," Bea chuckles while they wait outside, "Hey, you okay? Really okay?" Bea asks as she notice Sheen's fidgeting her fingers on her hand.

"Yeah," Sheen replied with a heavy gulp, she doesn't know but she suddenly felt the chill that she's about to face an angry Clark, and it's true.

Clark opened the door with Cj behind him with a pout.

Bea felt shivers run down her spine when she saw her boss' face early in the morning, it's full of grimace while staring at Sheen who looks away.

"Why are you looking away?" Clark asks in a stabbing cold tone.

"I don't know. I mean---"

"Hey...." Bea stands in front of Clark, "Good morning boss! Can we eat already? I'm hungry," Bea stares at Cj with shock but she brushes it off, "Right, Cj? You're hungry too, right?"

Cj, knowing what's happening nods his head aggresively and pulls Clark away from the door but Clark only let Bea in, leaving Sheen alone outside.

He leans both of his hands on the doorframe, "What was that?" Clark asks, "Louis."

Sheen looks at him, surprised, for some reasons, she was thinking that he's angry about the Aria and Wyn thing, that maybe he knows that she knows, but it's about a comic artist who she had coffee with.

"Hey, you know, she has the breakfast?" Bea asks with crossed arms but Clark ignores her.

Cj went inside the kitchen, "Bea! Help me!" he asks while taking some plates and spoons.

"Alright, hey, pregnant woman, hungry," she left the words before helping Cj.

"I'm sorry," Sheen whispers.

Clark's face darkened, "Sorry about?" He didn't even moved, he just stares at Sheen's pale face, she seems tired and sleep deprived like him.

"Because I caused such scandal, I mean, it's not true. I just talked to Louis because he drew some of my characters from that book. He was..." Sheen suddenly felt her eyes get hot until a stream of wet and cold line flows in her cheek, she suddenly sobs.

Clark's face softened, but he wants to hear her, clear.

"I was... I wanted the movie. A movie about my book, my story, that a part of me will be shown to people. He was just trying to comfort me, I was happy when I saw his drawing of the King. Though it's a bit different from my imagination, he captured the king's---"

She stopped talking as she found herself in Clark's arm, her tears wiped by his shirt, his hands on the back of her head, hugging her tight.

"Don't worry, there will be a movie. I know. I'm sorry I doubted you. I know that you won't do that, but with all the things, Cj, the company... I didn't think straight." Clark said with his voice being blocked by Sheen's shoulders.

He buried his face in her shoulder, sniffing her sweet scent, letting his heart be full of her warmth.

He rubs his nose to her blouse, "I'm sorry I became too busy."

"Do I need to have a scandal to get your attention from time to time?" Sheen chuckles, and pats Clark's back.

"No," Clark answers in a heavy and cold voice, "No," he repeated now with a softer voice like a child.

They both stood on the doorway for a while, in each others arms, trying to drown theirselves with the time they wasted being busy.

But the moment was broken with Sheen's grumbling stomach.

"Sorry," Sheen whispered in embarassment, "Let's eat." She said as she pulls away from the hug and walks inside but she stopped with Clark's hand pulling her.

Her lips landed on his, the soft and warm feeling creeps in starting from her face to her chest until the tips of her hair and fingers.

A few seconds past and she found herself in a deep passionate kiss, as if the hug was not enough to suffice for the loneliness they feel.

Their breath became warmer and warmer until it finally drowned them, they parted and Clark's lips landed on Sheen's forehead, "I love you so very much, more than you love yourself."

Sheen chuckles, "Isn't that kind of... creepy?" she asks.

"What creepy?" Clark asks as his fingers attacked Sheen's side, making her jolt and laugh loud.

"Creepy, huh? You don't want me to love you that much?" He asks still continuing to tickle Sheen.

"Stop!" Sheen screamed with her hands pushing Clark away.

"Hey, I'm hungry, this kid is hungry, my baby's hungry, can you stop flirting with each other?" Bea asks with her hand on her hips while Cj sits quietly, with his hand on his cheek on the table, reflecting with the happening yesterday.

'You're a liar. You're a big lie.Your dad's not your dad!' he remembered his schoolmate yell at him while he was on the way to eat his snacks with a classmate.

And then he just found himself on the floor with a stinging pain on his cheek, then his schoolmate with a bleeding lips and tearful eyes.
