School Registration

In front of the school, the building appears peaceful and made of wood. There is an abundance of greenery and trees surrounding the area, and an iron fence encloses the school grounds. The school seems deserted, as our village has only a few students, especially after the tragedy that occurred three years ago.

I say, "Here we are at the school," and Zelta suggests me to ask someone about the sword teacher.

We approach an adult and Zelta politely asks, "Excuse me, do you know if there's a sword teacher here?"

The man responds, "You can find any teacher in the teacher's room," and we thank him before continuing on our way.

We explore the school and eventually come across a sign for the teacher's room. As we walk around, we notice a large open space surrounded by benches, trees, and greenery.

Zelta then approaches a teacher in front of the teacher's room and asks, "Excuse me, Sensei, do you know if there's a sword teacher here?"

The Sensei replies, "Yes, you can look for Takamura-sensei. He might be at the school's training ground," and I ask, "Where is the training ground located?"

The Sensei responds, "Oh, it's in the back of the school."

"Thank you, sensei," said us. As we walked towards the back of the school, I remarked on the school's surroundings, "I've always seen this school from the outside, and I had no idea there were so many trees, especially the beautiful Sakura tree. Also, I heard that this school suffered a lot of damage during that tragedy."

I looked over at Zelta and saw tears streaming down her face. "Why are you crying, Zelta?" I asked, concerned.

"How can I not cry when I remember the day our parents died?" Zelta replied with a hoarse voice from crying.

I hugged her tightly and comforted her, "Don't be sad, Zelta. You still have Noa, me, Lex, and Lexy. You are not alone." Zelta sniffled and replied, "Thank you, Al."

Excitedly, I said, "Come on, let's go to the back of the school and meet Takamura-sensei, Zelta."

We make our way to the back of the school and soon, the school's training ground comes into view. We see Takamura-sensei and a group of students practicing their sword skills. I watch intently, taking note of the wooden benches, wooden dolls standing at three meters in height, and the low iron fence that encloses the training ground. As I look around, I notice the lush green grass beyond the fence, with trees stretching toward the sky, and the Greentree forest in the distance. It's a serene and picturesque scene.

Zelta approached the teacher and said, "Excuse me, my name is Zelta and I am looking for Takamura-sensei."

"I am Takamura. How may I help you kids?" said Takamura-sensei, looking at us.

Takamura-sensei was a striking man with an impressive physical stature. His height was around 180 cm, which made him tower over most people. His body was well-built and defined, with muscular arms, a broad chest, and a chiseled physique that suggested he was in excellent physical condition.

His dark brown hair was styled in a neat and professional manner, framing his face in a way that accentuated his sharp features. His forehead was broad and high, and his eyebrows were thick and neatly trimmed. His eyes were a rich, deep brown color that seemed to sparkle with intelligence and charisma. They were slightly almond-shaped, giving him an exotic look that added to his overall appeal.

Takamura-sensei's skin was a warm, dark brown color, suggesting that he had some heritage from a region with a lot of sun exposure. His complexion was smooth and clear. He had a strong, square jawline that emphasized his masculinity and gave him a confident and authoritative presence.

Overall, Takamura-sensei was a very attractive and impressive man, with a commanding presence and a physicality that suggested strength, discipline, and dedication. Undoubtedly, his natural charm and charisma made him a favorite of both his colleagues and students alike.

"We are looking for you because we want to learn sword skills," said Zelta, looking at Takamura-sensei.

"Well, the first thing you have to do is to register yourself at the school, haha," said Takamura-sensei, laughing.

"How do we register ourselves at the school, Takamura-sensei?" asked Zelta.

"You can go to the registration office," replied Takamura-sensei.

"Where is the registration office, Takamura-sensei?" asked Zelta.

"It's near the principal's office and the entrance of this school. You can also see the signboard," said Takamura-sensei.

"Thank you, sensei," said us, nodding our heads.

While on our way to the registration room, I noticed Zelta's sad expression as she reminisces about the tragedy. Unsure of how to comfort her, I remained silent until we reached the registration office.

I knocked on the door three times and introduced myself, saying, "Excuse me, my name is Al, and I would like to register for sword skills training at this school."

A teacher responded, "Come in, kids, and please fill out this registration form."

We approached the teacher, who was seated and ready to provide us with the necessary paperwork. However, Zelta interjected, "Sorry, sensei, but I don't want to register myself. I'm only here to help my friend, Al."

The teacher then suggested, "Why not give studying at this school a try? You may acquire new knowledge. There's nothing wrong with studying something you already know."

After some consideration, Zelta agreed, "Well, I will register myself too."

Curious about the study program's duration, I inquired of the teacher, "Sensei, what is the meaning of how long the study program is? Do we have the freedom to choose?"

"Yes, you can choose freely according to your needs. There are several variants: 3 months, 6 months, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, and 6 years. If you want the certificate as quickly as possible without improving your sword power, then choose the 3-month option," explained the teacher carefully.

After thinking for a moment, I said, "Maybe I will take the 3-month program because I need the certificate as quickly as possible, and I can improve my power together with my experience as an adventurer."

The teacher then asked, "OK, and what about you, young lady?" looking at Zelta.

Zelta replied, "Same as Al."

The teacher then asked me, "Do you want to live in the school's dorm?"

To which I replied, "No, I will live in the adventure's guild."

The teacher then turned to Zelta and asked, "What about you, young lady?"

And Zelta replied, "Same as Al."

"OK, all clear. The class starts from Monday until Friday, from 7 AM until 5 PM. Make sure you are not late," said the teacher.

We both said, "Yes, sensei."

"We leave the school, but we are still in front of it. I ask Zelta, 'Do you want to go back home or to the guild?'

'I think we should go to the guild,' Zelta replied.

I say, 'Don't you miss your brother?'

'We already met this morning. And what about you, Al? Don't you miss your twin siblings?' Zelta asked.

'Much as I miss them, I can't let them know that I failed to join the adventure guild,' I replied.

We returned to the adventure guild. 'What do you want for dinner tonight?' Zelta asked me.

"I'm not feeling hungry right now," I replied with a tired expression, indicating that I might be feeling a bit down.

The maid noticed my demeanor and looked concerned, showing her empathy and genuine care for my well-being. "Is everything okay?" she asked with a sympathetic expression, indicating her willingness to listen and offer support if needed.

'Yes, maybe he needs some alone time,' Zelta replied.

'What about you, Zelta? Do you want to have dinner?' the maid asked.

'I don't want to eat. I'll be by his side. Maybe he needs me,' Zelta said.

'Okay, Zelta. Please take care of him and yourself,' the maid said."
