The world is about to end? So what?

- Why do you think that i care? -- Kerren answered while looking at her. - You're supposed to! This world is your home... -- she could barely talk at this point. /// PLEASE READ MY REVIEW TO THIS NOVEL! /// - Oh? My home? Well... That's too bad then, my home is going to be destroyed... -- he pretended to think for a while -- Right! -- he exclaimed -- I'm just going to find a new one! Why bother saving one that is filled with cockroaches and wasps? -- his gaze fixed on her face, as if he was pointing at her. - You dont understand!.. You cant leave this world... We're locked here... -- she revealed, it didn't surprise Kerren at all. - Uh... Stop thinking too highly of yourself, it's you who cant leave it -- he countered her reveal with his own -- Also, why dont YOU sacrifice yourself for the sake of your home? -- he asked back. - I'm not strong enough, the barrier wont work for long!.. -- she tried to find a reason behind her hypocricity. - Well, you'll have to choose between that and looking at your planet being absorbed by that tower -- he looked at the giant pillar in the sky. -- Wait, i think i forgot to tell you something... -- he looked back at her -- I was the one who summoned it here... -- he smiled happily.

Common trope;

Some time later Kerren was in the car.

The guildmaster decided to pick him up personally so he wont make any unnecessary trouble for him.

He wasn't quiet at all, he asked Kerren many question some of which were ones he couldn't even answer, like...

- Why dont you find yourself a girlfriend?

Why would he even ask that? Was he his dad or something? Kerren didn't even say anything unless he asked another question.

Most of them were normal, however, from time to time weird ones came up.

He even tried to tell Kerren not to raid that dungeon!

"It's too dangerous yada yada some people even said it's impossible yada yada" Kerren heard whatever he said like that.

It wasn't anything he liked to hear anyway. Why would he care if it was impossible for other people?

First of all, he had several lives left, even if he died once or twice - so what? He can just restart it with his knowledge and there would be no problems.

Even if he failed two or three times... so be it, it'll just mean that he's not good enough.

The guildmaster, however, didn't know about that. He wouldn't ever know that, thus his concern.

To him Kerren was a complete madman with no regard to his life at all! He could just throw it away at any moment and wouldn't even care!

In his eyes, he would either be at the top of the world or die like a dog, whatever it would be he didn't care too much, as he had his fun observing his actions.

After some more time they arrived to the dungeon. The entrace to it was guarded by lots of people some of which we're on Kerren's level!

Mind you, he was almost "S" rank by now! Those were some insanely strong people one wouldn't usually see or meet.

But, at least 10 of them gathered here.

Obviosuly, such an occasion wasn't something natural, it was due to the guildmaster. He paid those people so they would share some information with Kerren.

He didn't really know why he wanted to conquer it at first, but after Kerren told him that he needs to imporove his knowledge regarding magic he immediately agreed to help him... if he shared some of it.

Kerren, of course, agreed to it. What if he had to give away some books he didn't even need anymore? Without his help he wouldn't be able to get them anyway.

It wasn't anything big for him, as he wasn't greedy for things he didn't really need... Which couldn't be said about things he DID need.

"Oh, i see you have a book that i need? Be careful or someone might steal it~~~ Or you'll just trip and die somewhere..."

That was his mentaility that kept him alive and well in his previous life. Even though he was weak he tried to get whatever he could from that little power.

He stole, robbed, killed for the sake of profit. Was he a bad person then? Nope, he was dedicated to his own wellbeing.

As of now, he wouldn't just do things like that as his priorities were much higher and it was highly unlikely for people to possess any items he would desire, but if they did?..

...

As Kerren got out of the car the guildmaster immediately stopped him.

- Listen, those people are here to help, even i cant offend them. I paid a hefty price for them to share information with you, so please, just listen to them

He actually pleaded Kerren so he wouldn't just tell them to f*kk off straight away!

- I understand.

And he really did, knowledge was incredibly important if one wanted to conquer scenario dungeons, and since that particular one was of "S" class?

- I'm all ears.

He said as he got closer. I wont be narrating all of that since most of it looks like a 4 year old tried to explain that he saw aliens, it wasn't due to them forgetting it or anything, they simply couldn't remember things clearly.

They gave him lots of "useful" information that might or might not be useful, since this scenario, as he now understood, was special.

It was a common trope from novels, a son of a great family was useless and couldn't do crap at all! So, his mission would be to bring him to the top with whatever means necessary!

The reward would of course wary based on how good he did things.

Well, since that was an "S" class dungeon he wouldn't just kill whoever he didn't like, since in those people didn't have any of their own power. Only knowledge, thus the importance of it.

After twenty minutes of listeting to people talk gibberish Kerren was finally able to enter the dungeon. He didn't know what exactly awaited him and where he would start since people's experience on that matter varied, but he knew for a fact what his mission was...

To become a respected member of the family!

As he was about to enter, however...

- Kerren, listen, if you got any problems there - just leave, you wont die and will just appear here, okay? Dont risk your life. -- the guildmaster explained to him an important thing -- If you die there your body and soul will be somewhat damaged, but you'll be alive. However, if you leave on your own by saying the keyword - nothing will happen. -- he then told him some more things but they weren't as important as that.

- Okay okay, i get it. -- he simply waved his hand and entered the dungeon.

...

He opened his eyes as he heard banging on the door.

Kerren had an intense feel of deja vu and felt like screaming "Yusaya, let me sleep for gods sake!" But, as he was about to do so he remember where he was...

He didn't really know anything about the place, his identity or even his name.

He did know however that this is a day of shame, as some people told him before.

It was a butler who banged on the door, trying to make Kerren come with him so one of his older brothers could "train" with him.

Kerren didn't bother thinking about it, as he simply stood up and walked towards the door.

He slowly opened it and saw a somewhat small man with an ugly moustache. It's not like he didn't like those, it's that this particular one looked awful.

The butler was of similiar height as he was, thus, without thinking even for a second...

He punched him straight in the face, breaking his nose in an instant!

Sup! Since i dont know how to add pictures directly here's a link to a picture of Kerren! imgur.com/a/2AUrupU
