THE FIRST STEP

Three Months have already past by and on the region of the barbaric Chun An Region, on a plateau, a prosperous town was constructed. It was the Little Black Roc town. ( The author was soooooooo lazy that he just skip many chaps of writing on how the little village becomes a dominating force that would wipe out or conquer the whole region.)

Winston who was now the owner of this bustling town was seated on a chair gazing at the horizons where you could see the sun was setting down, while the moon was going yo over take its place.

" Yes Your Majesty. " A blurry figure came out of the darkness as he gaze at Winston respectfully.

Winston didn't need to turned his head as he silently read the reports of some vampire scouts. It contain some enemy movements like from the far western part of the plague which was at least seven miles or more some orc fortress started to send scouts out of their base.

The other was just the same but far way more dangerous than the other one. Because it clearly says from the report that a massive mountain like beast was seen Azule Kingdom which was a human two star tier kingdom. Although the Azule Kingdom was like the over Lord of Chun An which was not that developed it was still far way out of Winston's league. It's military power was could at least get at least two thousand war horse heavy Calvary, and hundred thousand infantry.

Winston and that kingdom also got some skirmish going on for the past couple of weeks now. It started when those bastards try to trespass their mines saying it's the order of the king. But Winston's crew was bold and domineering so the scouts that tried to barge in died. Making the Azule kingdom's king angry so he send two thousand army infantry and a hundred tier one mages with seventy Calvary.

They have a little bit of a fight on a another plane which ended up badly on Winston's side, since they have lack in experience soldiers and they don't have any mages. So he preserve st he secret service which the vampires obviously to assassinate their commanders and infiltrate their camp and poison their food supply.

Although He was on the losing end since he only have sixty archers while the enemies have at least a hundred or two archers. But he still won in the end since the enemies retreated mysteriously.

Making the idiot Winston, become very puzzled. But now when he saw the two tier arrogant Azule become a part of History. But now he knew why they mysteriously retreated, like last piece of the puzzle was lifted he now knew the real picture.

The tortoise which they saw a couple of months ago had already been sighted for at least a couple of times in the Chun An region. But it didn't take a lot of attention instead it made the leaders of the forces in Chun An tensed since when the mountain like tortoise appears, a force or a city or kingdoms lost their lives or be burried to history. The mountain tortoise had already trampled seven kingdoms and eight elf settlements.

" God damn it! " Winston couldn't help but cursed in a bit of frustration and happiness. He really have a peculiar expression. One he was frustrated then happy, he was like a madman.

He was frustrated since that giant thing was cutting many of his supplies. Like when he was exporting many goods like rice, carrots, cabbages, fruits, raw ores, and weapons. But three of the town's and two cities were already destroyed by it.

And now his many money making cities were destroyed by this mountain like giant tortoise.

And now his economy is detrioted, many of his working people were already starving and some businessmen were already complaining.

But since he was straightforward person he only coldly stateted: " I don't care. If I could kill or I could tame that thing. But since even I can't tame it what the fucking thing can you do!? Stupid scumbags!"

When the stupid hypocritical bitches heard what he said they were all speechless. They never would have thought that this mayor of theirs that was coward all the Times would dare to scold them.

But in reality Winston just doesn't want any trouble so he deliberately tried to be low profile, but since he doesn't know that being low profile is not cowering but just not being to high profile. He mistook it as being weak and accumulating strengths.

And since he was soo obsess with his low profile life he forgot good management of troops so his town only expanded for about twenty kilometers.

And he also have a very fuck up military personnel. And too many problems like not enough military soldiers, doesn't have any good commander and military teachers, many weapons but no users and some lifeless like soldier's that when you see them you would misunderstand them as sleep walkers. They are super clumsy when training.

And the most problematic was their businessmen, officials, people and economy.

But this time because of his outburst many officials and business personals also refuted him as a retarted mayor, no brain, etc insults.

And on this day he would clean up this bastards. He now have to make a cruel move to uproot this black grassroots in his town so that he could get the complete rule. He would utilize his secret town army that numbered to ten thousand, and utilize his secret service for their services. Which was mostly the dirty works .

They were like the cleaners but they clean lives not trash, but in the eyes of this vampires this on the death list were just the same as these trash.
