"A…are you sure… not hurt?" The wolf girl asked, her voice trembling as she lay on the ground, her breaths shallow and uneven.

"Sure sure, of course," replied Ethan, his voice calm but with a hint of concern. Seated beside her, he gently placed his arms above her, his eyes closed in a moment of silent contemplation, his brow furrowed slightly as if wrestling with thoughts.

After hours of trying to convince her to go along with his plan, the wolf girl finally decided to accept his proposal in exchange for belly rubs.

He took in a deep breath, the energy around his body already appearing as they danced randomly while surrounding him. Like a wormhole, his mind zoomed into the body of the wolf girl, where he could see her magic circuits.

A smile quickly formed on his face. Ethan didn't think it was going to be that easy since tracking down the magic circuits in another body was more complicated than doing it on his own.

'Now that I can see her circuits… I should be able to successfully manipulate it.' So he says to himself, while digging deeper into her body.

The wolf girl simply laid there, panicking like a kid as she watched the magic particles from Ethan's body gradually transfer into hers.

'Okay… first, let's see what I can do about her physical abilities overall, judging from her magic circuits, it would seem she specializes in beast magic.' Ethan observed.

'I don't want to do too much so I don't end up killing her, but I should be able to triple her mana supply and enhance her beast magic potential to a point where she could basically break its limits on her own'.

As he kept speaking to himself, the threads in the wolf girl's body began to loosen, its path changing as Ethan worked on it, making sure he was careful not to do too much and maintain a good enough change that her body could handle.

"Tkkkk, ahhh, wait…." The wolf girl let out, her face now beet red, but Ethan was so deep into his concentration that he couldn't even hear her speak.

"That reminds me, do you happen to have a name? Can't keep calling you, hey, or girl." Ethan turned around to face the girl.

She tilted her head to the side, and he immediately understood.

'So the girl is nameless. Good thing I asked then. Back when I was a demon lord, I never really asked for my generals name, I believed faith would reveal it to me, it was an unspoken rule and if most of the time, I always end up giving them a name'.

Ethan stared at the girl.

'I guess I could give her a name. But naming a demon takes a lot of mana, once you name a demon and they accept it, it's like signing a loyalty contract, while it's good and all, can this body handle it?.... Guess we'll find out'.

"That's it, I have decided!!!" Ethan pointed at her.

Feeling startled, she immediately raised her hand up, as if surrendering to him.

A nervous look showed on Ethan's face before he spoke, "I'll bless you with a name. Be joyful, you are lucky enough to receive a name from the great demon. From here on out, your name… will be Alpha!!!".

His body collapsed to the ground, instantly succumbing to unconsciousness as a colossal surge of mana was drained from his form.

While he lay unconscious, the wolf girl remained seated, her form bathed in an ethereal glow as her body became a conduit for the surging mana.
