Wedding is the most precious day, especially for a girl. But her own parents made it the worse. She was confused what to do, should she laugh at what her parents did or should she cry on her current situation. The bride and groom exchanged their rings. and next to them, the representatives of both the races signed the agreement. Basically it was a contract marriage, so they didn't kissed. Veronica felt relieved they're not kissing.

Empress Celené went near her daughter to say goodbye to which Veronica responded by stepping back and showing her disapproval. She was not feeling affectionate towards any person standing there. Again she was surrounded by the guard's of the Dark Land, they leaded her towards the car. He was already sitting inside on the back seat , she sat beside him.

On the way to the Dark land they didn't talk,no one uttered a single word. She glanced at him, he was busy reading and signing some documents, he was so calm but cold!! . Whereas she was just thinking about being surrounded by vampires who would be lurking around her. After a couple of hours they reached the Dark Land. They first went to his parents palace. It was big and beautiful. They went inside together. Veronica met his parents. They had brunch together with them. His parents were nice with her. They complimented her beauty.

After talking with his mom,Diana she was not that scared and now they left for his palace. Again no one said anything and they reached his palace. she was surprised by it's beauty, she even liked the style, maybe she was consoling herself because even if she didn't liked it, It was the place where she was about to live rest of her life. and, She started crying again.
