THE WOLF SERUM

Marie and Trevor, childhood friends, who work in the Dalamos laboratory, obtain a fuel to power their time machine. The fuel is made from the life serum of a rare kind of wolf called the hiona wolf. During a ceremony to celebrate the achievement of the laboratory, Marie encounters Six in the female changing room and freaks out. Six calms her and tells her that he's from the future. He goes on to tell her that he's a werewolf, and using the life serum of the hiona wolf to power the time machine has caused the descendants of the hiona wolf to hunt humans in the future, turning most of them to werewolves. Marie involves Trevor in this, and together with Six and three of his friends from the future also, they embark on a journey to the future to save humanity from the disaster.

"When it happened I sensed it. I sensed my dear hamster was gone. The only breathing thing that kept me company," she said. "Now she's gone, no one is around me. If I had to curse her killer over again I'd do it."

"No, please, he's in critical condition now, I guess," Trevor said.

"How many people have you cursed so far?" Itsuki asked.

"I don't lay curses. People see the ailments I cause as a curse, but it's, in fact, a natural retribution that comes with hurting me. It just strikes faster," she said.

"Retribution, hmm," Trevor said. "A kind of karmic reaction. That sounds cool."

"Yeah, cool until you're struck by it," Expresso said.

Trevor smiled, having something in mind. "But why does karma favor you so much?"

"I'd take it as a gift I've got. No one hurts me and goes free. Some call me a witch, and I accepted it," she said.
