THE WOLF SERUM

Marie and Trevor, childhood friends, who work in the Dalamos laboratory, obtain a fuel to power their time machine. The fuel is made from the life serum of a rare kind of wolf called the hiona wolf. During a ceremony to celebrate the achievement of the laboratory, Marie encounters Six in the female changing room and freaks out. Six calms her and tells her that he's from the future. He goes on to tell her that he's a werewolf, and using the life serum of the hiona wolf to power the time machine has caused the descendants of the hiona wolf to hunt humans in the future, turning most of them to werewolves. Marie involves Trevor in this, and together with Six and three of his friends from the future also, they embark on a journey to the future to save humanity from the disaster.

THE GHOST STREET

They got out of the canyon not knowing where else to go. Six still felt pain where he was clawed by the wolf, but he let it be.

"That was quite a heroic fight you guys had in there," Trevor said to them.

"You're yet to see the real thing. Fighting wolves seems to be the easiest thing. We only have a hard time fighting fellow werewolves," Itsuki said.

"Now I'm glad you came with us. I wonder what could have happened if you hadn't restrained that wolf that almost took my life," Marie said.

Itsuki hid a smile when she said that

"Someone else could have done it though," Trevor said, jealous over how she praised Itsuki. He felt powerless, unable to protect her from danger, unlike he had always claimed.

"Maybe after my eyes must have been gorged out," Marie said.

Itsuki laughed. "So where next are we going? The hiona wolf seems not to be in inside the canyon."

"Don't really know where it went, or where they took it. But I think we should visit the Werewolf Evacuation head office to know," Marie said.

"Don't you think that would attract a lot of a attention to our movements?" Expresso said.

"Expresso is right. It's best we find the hiona wolf on a low key," Kahil said.

"And where do you think we could find her?" Trevor said.

"From what I've read in my favorite book at the Tokyo laboratory, there's a lady who smells the presence of wolves over long distances," Fern said.

"Sounds really spooky. She doesn't sound like one I'd want to be around," Itsuki said.

"Why?" Marie asked.

"I have a phobia for keen people, maybe because I'm hyperactive," Itsuki said.

"I think you need to shove your phobia aside, because this is not about you, it's about saving the world. We need to get to the hiona wolf as soon as possible," Six said.

"The said woman, where does she live?" Marie asked.

"Heard she lives in Greyland Street -- an isolated street that was said to house the souls of dead werewolves," Fern said.

"And you want us to go there?" Marie said.

"If we really want to find the hiona wolf, yeah," Fern said.

"Walking along the street isn't an issue. Humans fear alot," Kahil said.

"With you guys around, I don't think there's anything to fear though," Trevor said.

"And how do we locate the street?" Marie said.

"Let's get to Lampwick Drive first, then I navigate from there," Fern said. "Let's go."

They all joined him.

They got to Lampwick Drive, a busy street filled with vim and vigor, and from there, Fern spent over thirty minutes, navigating his way to a tight Alley, which opened up to a very lonely street. The houses were worn out and looked like they would fall in the next minute.

They got to a place which Marie recognized. It seemed to her as the town she once visited when she tried the time machine in the Dalamos laboratory. She remembered how she was chased by a group of, probably, subjected werewolves and got apprehensive.

"I know this place," she said. "I came here when I tried the time machine in our lab."

"Oh, really. Means you'd be able to tell around here," Itsuki said.

"That's not it. I was chased by a group of subjected werewolves here, and I feel some of them are around here," she said.

"The so-called souls of the werewolves I guess," Itsuki said.

"I guess so. They looked so disturbing," she said.

"Now you're making my legs shake, Marie," Trevor said.

"Let's just keep going guys, there's nothing to fear here," Kahil said, holding his gun more firmly.

As they progressed Marie began to hear growls from unidentified corners. Marie gasped and looked around. It sounded like the ones she heard when she first came to the street.

The others bothered less, they didn't hear any growl, but all they did was hold their weapons firmly. They cornered into a bend where a line of tall houses faced each other, and they saw someone run from one end to another.

"Wait, did you see that?" Marie said.

"See what?" Fern asked.

She saw another one run across and began to chuckle. "That's another!" She said in fear

"I don't know what you see Marie, just chill, you might be hallucinating," Trevor said.

Marie began to question if it was only hallucination or she had the ability to see the souls of werewolves.

Suddenly, someone gripped her arm and she lurched in fear and turned to see a kid with a shabby hair and muddy face. "Help me get to my parents," the kid said.

Marie yelled and yanked off her hand.

"What has come over you Marie?" Fern asked.

"I saw a kid, she held my hand and told me to help her get to her parents," Marie said in trembling fear.

"I'm afraid you could be seeing the souls of the werewolves," Six said.

"Maybe you never knew that there are a lot of humans, mostly children, that were killed by the bites of the descendants of the hiona wolf. Not all could withstand their bites," Fern said.

"Means there could be a lot of little children here," Marie said.

"Wait!" Kahil said and held the trigger, looking around.

Before they knew what was happening they saw a large wolf coming out from one side of a building. The wolf was brown in color and covered in a lot of fur. If was so large, and it's demeanor made the hands of Kahil and Six shake while trying to locate their triggers.

"Wha -- what's that?" Itsuki pointed at it, his hands shaking. Marie was surprised that even Itsuki was scared, meant there was more than enough trouble for them.

They saw the wolf coming towards them, and the more it approached, the more their hands felt heavy, it was like the wolf carried a paralysing aura that made them unable to do anything.

When the wolf got really close, they heard a whistle.
