The castle halls were bustling with activity when Evelyn woke up. She was not looking forward to being around a large crowd of people when she has yet to perfect her gift of being able to read other's thoughts. She was just about to get out of bed when there was a knock on her door. She went to answer it and was surprised to see two small fae standing there with bags and boxes in their hands.
"Hello," she said nervously. If this was what she thought, she was not looking forward to being dressed up like a doll.
"Good morning, Miss," one of the small fae said excitedly. "We are here to get you ready for the festivities today."
"Please come in," Evelyn stepped to the side to allow for the girls to enter her room.
She focused hard to not hear their thoughts. She did not want to know if they were being sincere in their actions or not. She sighed, "what can I do to help?" She asked.
