As the next week and a half rolled by, Ana watched in awe as the promised reinforcements arrived swiftly. She gaped as masses of men marched in perfect formation over the small hills, their armor gleaming in the sunlight. It was an impressive sight that filled her with hope for the upcoming battle.
"It's absolutely insane" She breathed out the scene amazed her but it still filled her with a terrible anxiety she cradled her growing belly when a new fear emerged in her head, "What happens if this war isn't over before the baby arrives?" Wesleynard sighed, "There's always the option of you going home to rest...even now, Ana."
He walked over to her and wrapped her in a tight hug from behind he gently rested his chin a top her brown hair, "But I take it that's not an option you're willing to consider?" Ana sighed, resting her hands on his forearms.
