Hotel Retreat

Dorothy is waking up. Getting up then feel the pain from her Witch's Duel with Lorona.

Speaking of which, Lorona is happily dancing in their hotel room with her mother, Maria is looking distress in another room, privetly.

"How did I wind up here?" She question herself.

Olivia is with her, and with their Familiars are cuddling up with her.

Makayla is doing some social media search of both Katherine Fitzgerald, and texting with some members of the MGK to get some detail. Mostly the newbies that she still know of, in the MGK: Chicago Branch.

From outside of their room, Almira, Marge, and Serena are scolding someone outside.

"How did I got here?" Dorothy asked Olivia.

"Almira got you back safetly. Said that you got wasted." Olivia snickers. "I would love to see that one day."

"Not gonna happen, Ollie. And where's..."

The scolding got louder and a bit violent but only a smack is heard.

"Our resident German friend got in contact with the target." Makayla said while multi-tasking.

Looking at Katherine Fitzgerald reports, and her Locket description.

"The tar...? Wait!" Dorothy shake her head and sat right to the close to the edge, scaring the Familiars. "You mean Abbie got in contract with Wolfgang?!"

"Master, you should rest up from what Serena said about the Witch's Duel." Darien pleds.

Dorothy quickly used her Wand to heal herself up.

"Master! You could had heal yourself from the beginning?!" Darien is surprised.

"Virgin's blood." Maria walk into the room. "It's a rare thing for Witches to have, but it cause more fatigue problems if overdone."

"La Llorona!" Makayla is scared.

"I'm not gonna kill any of you. Don't worry." She plays it off, which cause the Familiars, and both Olivia and Makayla is be scared for their lives.

The scolding seem to be done.

Almira, Marge and Serena the room. Then Abigail who's rubbing her head, and a scratch mark across her face.

"Ow...!" She cried out.

"So tell me about this contact?" Dorothy asked both Olivia and Makayla.

Olivia spoke up. "Abbie not only compromise our location, but names as well. But there's a bright side to this, she didn't reveal our operation..."

Lorona face plants Olivia onto the bed as she rushes up to Dorothy's nose. "Now that you're awake, can you now finally teach me on how to make myself a real Magical Girl?!" She smiles.

Serena watches at her, thinking to herself. "She reminds me of a certain wolf that never shuts up about being a Pink Magical Girl."

Olivia got up then grab her by the collar. "What the hell was that for, La Llorona Jr.?!"

Using Ghost Walk to escape the grip.

Olivia immediately got up to her face to grab her collar again with her Switchblade Wand placed on the neck, but Ghost Walk again.

"Stop spamming that annoying Spell?!" Olivia barks at her.

Lorona again got up to her Dorothy's face.

"So teach me!"

Dorothy sign. "I did promise you." Getting up.

Stretching out as she's rolling her arms. Cracking the neck.

"What Model did you got?"

Lorona place it up to her face. Looking at it to see that it's not a Fairy Tale Locket. It has a Mythical looking creature on it.

"What is it?" Look at with confusion.

"It's a Mythical Locket."

"So you're gonna turn yourself into that Seal I've been told about." Dorothy continue to be dumbfounded by the idea of the seal.

The other Wicked Witches are shaking their heads over that debate.

"Not this again."

"Oh, come on!"

"You gotta learn that seals are actual creatures."

"We'll take you an aquarium to see them."

Dorothy rolls her eyes. "Fine, I'll see those mythical creatures. But right now, I want to see what kind of creature she'll become." Dorothy stood up as she grabs her Locket. "How long till we go to that Coven Meeting, Mrs. Green?"

Almira walk up to her. "About an hour and a half. We're be at the United Center. They're possibly have everything setting up, just the front they're possibly getting done at this moment. And they're setting up a Witchcraft Center. Which we might need to head off to." Turning blue as she looks in her wallet. Turning to both Maria and Marge. "You two are paying your Apprentices fee for those birth certificates."

Maria rolled her eyes. "I can't believe that I have to buy a fake birth certificate. And what kind of a name is that? Esmeralda Cruz?"

Serena looks at her. "From what Makayla said about the MGK reports, false names will be important with false personalities."

Disapprove of the idea. "Well, I'm gonna have pay a lot of money in order to let my daughter's dream come true."

Almira gives her a death glare. "Then how about you pay for her Locket?" Clinch her fist out of frustration as she's the one who making all the payments.

"It was either that, or let her capture you to bring in for those Magical Girl Games that she want to compete in." Maria said to her with a sassy attitude.

"I'll make her work for it then." Almira hard elbow smash down onto the cabinet that somehow struck Lorona down hard that nearly knock her down. "I had managed to escape from the Magical Girls, that's the easy part. Government is much harder to get away from." Laughs it off while Marge, Maria, and Serena doesn't found it funny.

"Ow!" Lorona stood up as both Almira and Maria angrily bumping heads.

Dorothy help her out. "Alright." Pulling out her Locket. "There's a finger print scanner, and I recently discovered..."

"As did I." Serena added.

"That it can be used as a lie detector. How that should work, I do not know. But It's easy. Press the scanner, and think about what you wanted to protect and..." Dorothy transform into her Maleficent look. "Your Magical Girl or Vigilante uniform."

"Wow!" Lorona instantly walk up to her and observe the look. "Look so... Witchy?" Confused.

"I get that a lot." Dorothy laugh it off. "Now your turn."

Lorona is observing her Locket then found a place for a finger print. "Found it. Now time to transform!" She press it, but nothing happen. "Huh?!" Confused.

She press it again, and again, but nothing happen no matter how many times she does so.

"Why isn't this happening?!" She complains at Dorothy.

Baffled. "I don't know. It took my group a try and managed to get it on the first time, I think." Dorothy remembers back. "What were you wanting to protect?"

"Oh?" Lorona tilt her head. "Isn't that oblivious, as a Magical Girl? To protect the world from evil!" She pose and press the scanner again, but nothing happen again.

She cursed in Spanish as she kept repeating that she want to protect the world and pressing the button.

"Be honest with yourself." Olivia tells her.

"I am!" Lorona said. "But this stupid Locket doesn't want to work with me!"

"If you're getting a refund, then I want that money back!" Almira angrily spoke at Lorona.

Serena isn't buying it. "You can't lie to your heart, Ms. Cruz. It's an unwritten law of the Magical Girl. So what is it?"

Lorona is embarrassed.

"I think I know what she want to say, is that she wanted to protect me." Maria felt grateful as she walk up to her daughter.

"Actually it's not you, mama." Lorona softly said in Spanish.

Maria stood there, then angrily choke her out then threaten her by tossing her into the riverbanks in Spanish.

Serena is looking up. "I would comment on if this is how you discipline your children, but I would believe it would be your method of choice."

"Oh no." Marge said. "She would normally married single fathers. Kill the poor children if the father cheats on her." This cause all of the Wicked Witches and Familiars to be shaken to their cores. "She had been doing that for centuries, giving the single fathers a hard time and regret on their life choices."

"Hence why she always bitch and moan about it." Almira leans back onto the wall.

Dorothy got in between them. "Just say what you want to protect as you press the scanner."

Lorona heavily sign. "I want to protect all of the beans in the world!"

"That's an..." Dorothy is beyond confused as she's imagining cans of beans, "Odd protection."

"Over a can of beans? Why though? They're delicious but why protect them?" Dorothy is dumbfounded over that claim.

Lorona transform into her Magical Girl uniform.

Uniform had a rainbow feathery look of a phoenix, with a hoodie of a phoenix head and beak covering her eyes. Leggings with a feather skirt. Shoes with a feathery kickpads. A simple dressed shirt and a bowtie.

"A phoenix?" Makayla looks at her. "And you have wings?"

"Like boss here." Olivia rubs the feathery vest that doubles as wings.

Dorothy look embarrassed. "But I rarely used them as I tend to fly with my Slippers. They're mostly for show, and gotta find a way to use them as weapons or Spells."

Lorona felt happy till she feel an uncertain feeling. A more constricted feeling.

"Woah!" Lorona shaken from the fear of constriction. "What is this feeling?"

"It's just your Magic is just being bottled up. It will constrict your magic a bit, but you can still use them. It will wear you down. But thankfully for these uniforms, we can have enhanced bodies and healing abilities. Just as fast as our Self Healing Spell."

"I can see why you didn't want to transform. It would be unfair fight."

"That, but I had a somewhat similar fight like that before. But I had to rely on my wits rather than brute strength."

Darien walk up to Dorothy, going on her shoulders. "Can I join up with you, Master Dorothy?"

"Feel free." Dorothy smiled. "I would love to have my Familiar there when I'm showing the newbie on how to fly." Looking down to her Wand. "By the way, how did you got used to my Broom Slippers so quickly?"

"I was born naturally to learn Spells quickly, so it wasn't hard. Plus roller skating help out a lot." Lorona takes pride over herself. "But I think I might need to modify my shoes though since you did caught me off guard since I wanted to know if you knew any Levitation Spells or such."

"But you're gonna fly without it, since you have feathers now. And when you're in uniform, you might learn some new Spells. Let take it to the sky then."

Serena walk up to both Doroth and Lorona. "Then are you two ready for the dry run? Because I want you all to have a proper run as Magical Vigilantes, but thanks to complications, I will settled for you two for now. Time to go out for a proper stroll in the town."

Serena gives out a mocking Witch cackled.
