Battle of Oztown

The Wicked Witches in Magical Girl uniform are preparing to walk out.

"Master!" Darien spoke up. Dorothy turned. "How come do I have to look like this?" He complained.

Darien is wearing a dress shirt with vest, dress pants, and formal shoes. He has a flat cap, and a shillelagh on his side.

"Yo!" Johnny walked up to him, placing his arm around him. "You're looking quite snappy. Good taste."

Grab his shillelagh. "How about I knock yer out!" Darien angrily snaps at him.

"Darien, you must join Abbie to escape from here. I know a location where you can go for now." Dorothy placed her hand on his head. "I'm giving you teleportation, and you'll remain there till I come back. Got that?" Dorothy ordered.

"Understood, lass." He bows.

Abbie with both Darien and Johnny leave the area.

Dorothy, Ollie and Belle are walking away from the house. "So when do these Archangels come?" Dorothy asked.

Right on que. A plane overhead them then when everyone is outside, the Witches are looking up with sheer horror.

"Open fire!" One of the Witches said. "And destroy the SD cards and the buildings!"

Explosions were caused all across town with the SD card near the Witches location being destroyed, including Almira's house.

Heavily bright lights casted down on the town. Three women are transforming midair into; Raphael (Pink), Gabriel (Blue), and Michael (Green).

Their uniforms are similar with slight differences;

Raphael has a militarized doctor's uniform with wings with pink inside, and white on the outer side.

Michael has a Knight's armour, white inside surface and green outer.

Gabriel has a Scholar's look, blue and white mix on each wing.

Raphael is going to the Vigilantes side to heal everyone who has been injured. Gabriel is making quick fire while Michael is protecting her from any fatal shots.

The Witches managed to get through the barrier but some were cut down by Michael.

The Vigilantes are in awe-inspired state from seeing actual Magical Girls in action.

"So those are the Archangels?" Dorothy asked.

"What happened to the other two? Uriel and Jerahmeel?" Becky asked Serena as everyone watched.

"Rumours have it that the MGK got those two. Burn them alive with their wings clipped." Serena replied. "The MGK are known to kill Magical Girls. They hunt Vigilantes as a human hunting game."

"Explained our situation." Allie added.

The Witches try to gun them down, but they use their wings to protect themselves. Some try to engage in combat with each Archangel, but are quickly outmatched by Michael due to her combat. Michael summoned and used a giant feather as a sword.

Gabriel used Halos as cuffs to bind some down with Michael knocking them out.

"Targets had been contained, but some had escaped from the weakened barrier." Gabriel said. "But what happened to the rest of the town, Captain?"

"Witches launch a sneak attack from underground, trying to wipe us out, but manage to survive." Through the radio.

"That's good Captain. Now we just have to deal with Crimson, and we can all go home." Raphael added from the radio.

"We'll fly towards the Emerald Complex." Gabriel said as both she and Michael are ready to fly.

"Michelle Radcliffe!" Layla shouted as she flew up to the town.

Michael looks over to see Layla. "Jackson." She flies up to her, right at the barrier. Looking around her. "So where's the rest of your Magical Girl killing thugs?"

"They're coming, Radcliffe. Just maybe a little chat before I kill you here in this little small town." Layla smiles at Michael.

She laughs at the idea. "You've been hunting me down for nearly 20 years. You didn't kill me back then, you won't kill me today." Smirks at Layla to antagonize her.

"Michael, aren't you coming? We can't enter the Complex due to the amount of Familiars not letting us near it" Raphael spoke up through the radio.

"Is that Rachel?" Layla smiled as she wondered. "Tell her I said, hi."

"You should know her, Jackson. You shot her sister." Michael reminds her.

"Did I?" Layla's playful reply. "I know I shot someone... but I don't know who?" Layla swings a pair of baby shoes.

Michael looked at the shoes, slightly frustrated but calm herself down. "Reminding me that you shot my daughter isn't gonna bother me."

"That who I remembered shooting. How is your daughter? Kelly?" Layla smiled with little sadism behind it.

"She's fine." Spoke with a calm but cold tone. "About to go to high school, special needs. Therapy from previous Witch attack, no thanks to you."

"Yeah. I was just trying to scare her. Maybe make her a cripple, but going to special needs is crippling enough." Layla mocks Michael which angers her.

"So you think of her as nothing more but lesser than you?"

"As long as I can walk better, and talk straight. Pretty much. But points for living." She gave Michael a little applaud for her daughter's school life. "Maybe I should bomb some short buses. Just for laughs. Since I don't know where you live, I might take a few lives till you find where you might live."

"Hmm... I see. Still mad over that I had arrested your entire family, and the gangs that you and your sister were part of? That was 20 years ago, Layla. I would have offered you a clean slate, but you just... kept coming at me after that day. Forced me to leave my previous homes." Michael revealed.

"I only bomb a couple of them." Layla playfully smiled.

"You had bombed 8 of my homes."

Playfully coy. "8? I only bomb a couple. I swear to God." Mocking her by placing her hand over her heart.

"Swear to God in front of an Archangel?" Michael said to Layla.

She chuckled, "And yet, you're mocking God by playing an Archangel."

"So where's your thugs? They should be here right about now." Michael looked over.

"Getting down to business?" Layla grins. "Because I just enjoy our chat. And I also want to celebrate my recent promotion a couple years back. With you."

"From Crime Boss to Godmother?" Michael assumes. "I didn't know Witches can have promotions."

"No." Layla laughs it off while she pulls out a modified Plague Doctor's Mask. "I've recently become a Plague Witch. From all those Magical Girl killings, with some competition killings on the side. I'm the Plague Witch of Crime."

"And this is why Witches are the villains here."

"That's the Status Quo. Witches are wicked evil, while you preppy Magical Girls are pure good. Speaking of which of the Status Quo." Layla turned to show that the MGK had lit up hanging bodies on fire while flying towards Oztown.

Some bodies are still moving, and the Witches are keeping them alive. "Did you ready up your little army down there, Radcliffe? Because you ain't leaving here alive."

"They're more than ready. They kept your girls and pets back at bay for decades." She smiled back at Layla.

"And yet, you Magical Girls kept hating me and made me stronger. I ain't gonna lose, nor stop till I kill you." Layla is loading up her Wands.

Michael is looking around and notices someone is missing. "Where's your sister? She normally follows you like a shadow. We didn't arrest her, but she seems like a good girl. A slap on the wrist for her."

"My little sister, whom I once called big sister, left the group. She's feeling regret about killing, but I gave her a good beating. Told her to be a good little sister and whenever there's a Magical Girl, my MGK gets dibs. Or else." Layla said to Michael who looked at her with disgust.

"At least she had some humanity left on her soul."

"If you're an Angel, then aren't you meant to redeem my soul?" Layla jokes while tossing a cross down.

"There's no redemption for those who have the thrill of killing."

Layla grins. "Then let the fun begin."

Michael and Layla exchange punches with Layla trying to sneak a couple of shots, even her broom is trying to shoot down Michael. Michael is using Wing Blades to counter active against Layla's Wands and broom.

Witch cackles are heard across the sky then fly down into the barrier. Raphael and Gabriel with other Vigilantes and AWM are fighting back against the MGK. Minus Abbie and Ollie, but Belle got involved with Becky, Allie and Kenzie.

The burning bodies, they launch them as missiles.

Belle is following Becky through the alleyway to avoid any gunfire from the MGK but barely dodging armour piercing rounds that follows.

The bullets are flying and ignoring the AWM and Vigilantes to destroy any mirror and glass around their section.

"Shit!" Becky rolled under a shot.

"They're trying to keep Kenzie away!" Belle noticed the glass shattering.

"Kenzie, where are you located?!" Becky through the earpiece.

"Back at the bar, but the Witches are trying to keep some of us with Cinderella models to a certain location. Maybe one area kill?"

Becky turned to Serena. "Tell the Captain to make sure everyone in the bar is out of it!"

"Understood!" Serena runs back to the AWM.

Belle noticed Becky's horrifying grin of excitement. "You seem... happy?"

"This is exciting! You know how many rigged fights I get myself in? This is real combat like an actual Magical Girl group against the evils of Witches."

"Not all Witches are evil." Belle said.

Becky is confused. "If you're talking about Glinda, I still want to ask her why."

Explosion hit near them with Becky covering Belle.

"Damn you, Witches!" Becky snarled. "Let's bring these bitches down!" Becky led a small group of AWM that caught up to them as she knows the town.

The MGK are taking shots at them.

The AWM are firing back while taking cover.

Becky took a sniff then caught the scents. Grinning. "Captain! Throw in some smoke grenades! I got their scents!" She is preparing to pounce.

"Grenade!" Captain shouted out as they tossed out the smoke.

The MGK makes their way down into the smoke, 6 to 8.

Becky grinned as she followed the scent into the smoke.

She tackled one of them down then punched her down, but to her surprise, it was a dummy with one of the Witches outfits.

Baton hit Becky, then followed it up with a couple more baton strikes.

"You think we haven't fought Apexes before?!"

"What a total amateur!"

They strike the midsection then on the back to put Becky down. Three Witches are playing guard to protect them from the shots while the remaining are beating Becky down with batons.

"Your kind of being the brave ones are a dime a dozen."

One of them passed the strongest looking MGK with a metal bat for a midsection swing.

Becky spat out some spit from the pain, but they kept swinging till they broke a rib in her Magical Girl form.

A couple more Magical Vigilantes, and Belle are trying to save Becky while the AWM are slowly making their way, trying to get through the spellcast barrier the MGK made.

Becky broke free then tackled the strong MGK down. Rolling off to throw punches when the other is out jabbing Becky.

The other MGK managed to outclass the other Vigilantes that are relying on their Magic powers rather than physical strength.

Belle and Becky are trying to double team the strongest, but she manages to handle both of them with her knocking Belle back then striking the broken ribs of Becky.

The AWM advanced but was taken down quickly then was shot down, with the Captain and some are managing to fight back.

Over the town, both Layla and Michael are holding each other midair till Layla tossed her through the water tower then hit a rooftop. Layla took a couple of shots when she landed on the rooftop herself. Michael blocks it with her Feather Blades. Michael glides around Layla like a bird of prey cornering its prey. Layla used her Wand to shoot herself over and landed on her broom. Michael flies away, Layla buckshot towards Michael to follow her.

Gabriel is shot by the other MGK but also hiding behind buildings in order to avoid the shots by the MGK, but unknown to Gabriel, one of her Wings had been clipped by a sniper, 500 Metres from Oztown. Gabriel landed hard onto the garbage bin. She hides behind it, but has been shot on the shoulder.

"Captain! We got a sniper around 500 Metres on the left side." Gabriel radio call.

"We're quite busy over here! The MGK are overwhelming us."

Kenzie is running up to Gabriel, passing her multiple hand mirrors and makeup mirrors. "Can you launch these?! Some of us will fly through it."

"Pass them over." Gabriel answered.

The MGK Sniper is taking aim and shooting any AWM that is taking cover but exposed from the side.

Gabriel used her Clipped Wing to Feather Shot all of the mirrors towards the Sniper position, without breaking them.

The MGK Sniper noticed then whistled out at back.

The Cinderella Vigilantes, 6, came through the mirrors to rush up towards the MGK Sniper. When they found the Sniper placement, they saw multiple Dog Familiars, looking rabid and in a dozen.

"Chomp them down boys." The MGK Sniper order.

The Dogs run up to them. The Cinderella Vigilantes are fighting the Familiars that transform into militarized men. Two Familiars per Cinderella in the forest.

The MGK Sniper continued on taking shots to any exposed AWM.

Raphael is healing anyone who's making their way back at the medic station.

Allie had been cornered by a couple of MGK but glaring back at them. "I ain't gonna be a victim again." Allie angrily snarls at them.

§

Becky was tossed back through a wall with Belle being slammed around then being tossed towards an AWM.

A couple of the MGK carries both Becky and Belle back towards the Emerald Complex.

Serena cried out. "Becky! Belle!" She follows them.

The Captain reports. "We got two Vigilantes being forced into the Emerald Complex. We need some soldiers at the Complex!"

"We got it, Captain!" Dorothy replies through the radio.

Layla and Michael continue to fly around and try to bring each other down, but Layla keeps her grounded due to the Sniper.

Dorothy hangs up from a phone call then stands in front of the Emerald Complex.

Both Abbie and Ollie are standing next to her. "Are you sure you want to chat with Crimson, boss?"

"I would much rather chat with her than..." Abbie looks back to see the battle between the Magical Girls and the MGK duking it out, "Fighting against the MGK. Either way, we're screwed."

"And Belle can only cover for us, long enough. So boss, what's your call?" Ollie asked Dorothy.

"We'll chat with Crimson at first. If she doesn't want to surrender, we'll bring her down and offer her up to the Magical Girls as a peace offering." Dorothy answered. "Alright, Ms. Crimson. Let's talk."

They all walked into the complex together with Serena watching from a distance.
