CHAPTER THREE: A NEW WORLD
Tyria was about to go into the portal, but she was confronted by Vela, who was in her wereserpent form.
"where do you think you are going?" Vela asked.
Tyria grinned, then lowered her back slowly, as Lee came down from her back, he was smart enough to hide behind a boulder, and allowed his mum to handle the situation. Tyria shapeshifted in a full tiger to a human-tiger. "Get out of my way Vela, or I'll move you out with force" Tyria threatened.
"Over my dead body, will you pass with that kid" Vela said.
Tyria watches as the portal finally closes, half of the Wereworld has been teleported to an unknown place.
This made Tyria furious, she bolted at Vela, with a punch, the blow landed on Vela's chest, she slides backward abit, then she excreted her acidic venom on Tyria, who drifted away, then attack with her claws, slashing it on Vela, but the attack was fruitless, due to the metallic scales that replaced Vela's skin. Vela leaped and landed on top of Tyria, The tigress tries to get her off, but Vela transformed to a very big piton snake, she wrapped her body on her, she squeezed her body tightly, loud bone cracks was heard coming from Tyria. Lee was really scared, he starts shedding tears, as he watched him mum, been squeezed to death, but that's not gonna happen. Tyria sinked her long sharp fangs on the serpent's body, Vela immediately let go, then without wasting time, Tyria grabbed her tail and swung her towards a large rock. Vela turned back to her weresnake form, then she charged at Tyria, aiming with a punch, Tyria blocked it then hooked her claws on her neck, she lifted Vela up her fist, she then forced her claws in Vela's metal skin, Vela could now feel the pain, Tyria then tossed her on top a big rock.
Vela tried to get up but Tyria landed on her with a great thud, then unleashed several heavy punches, the rock was chartered to little stones, due to the heavy impact. Tyria is not yet done, she then uses her claws to slash Vela's skin, ripping off her metallic skin, Tyria then digests the last punch. Vela was already unconscious, Tyria quickly ran to her little cub, she carried him in her arms, then dashed with him, trying her best to avoid every old therian she came across.
Leon and his team were still struggling with Gazz, before Leon saw his wife and kid, running throughout the land with no specific direction, probably looking for a safe place, which isn't available.
" Luc " Leon called his brother.
"Brother?" Luc replied.
"You and the rest should handle Gazz, my family is still here, I need to get them out." Leon said.
"ok, we'll try our best"
Leon nodded, he then bolted with an immeasurable speed, hitting every old therian he came across, until he finally reached his family.
Tyria was happy to see her husband.
"Honey, good thing, if you're here, what's gonna happen to the boy?" Tyria asked Leon, lee has already fell asleep on her arms.
"Ok, don't worry, I'm going to open a portal, Leading to where the others are," Leon replied.
" But where exactly, the whole of the Wereworld is in chaos." she said
"It's not on our planet, it's another safe planet, their atmosphere is like ours, so we can survive there." Leon explained.

Gazz bested the werebeasts easily, he then saw Leon with his family.
"The perfect time to kill an entire family, and end the lineage of the Roar forever. " He said, he then moved to their direction, but Luc stood at his front. "You'll have to pass through me first, '' Luc said.
"As you desire" Gazz said, he slammed Luc to the ground, Luc got up instantly, he then delivered a devastating punch on Gazz's chin, the Dragonlord only staggered, he then vomited out his lightening flames.

Meanwhile, Leon opened a portal, then ordered his family to go in.
" Come with us Leon " Tyria said, as tears ran down her cheek.
" I can't hon, it's my duty as the Werelord, we shall meet again one day " Leon said, they then engaged in a short time kiss, then she walked into the portal, the portal closed gradually, as Tyria cried bitterly, this might probably the last time she will ever see him. Gazz saw as the portal was closing gradually, then he roared out a ball of flames, it rushed through the winds, and hit Tyria on the chest, before the portal finally closed.
" No oo!" Leon screamed.

(NEW YORK )
Tyria crawled on the ground, with lee on her body, he was awake now, the attack from Gazz was a deadly one, it was eating her up from the inside, her healing factor wasn't enough to save her, the wound was really deep, it was clear that she's not gonna make it.
"Mum, I'm scared, where are we? what happened to you?" Lee said as he cried seeing his mum in a terrible state.
"Don't be son, just know that no matter what happens, me and your Dad will always be with you " she said in a lower tone, then she gave him a kiss on his cheek, and wears him her necklace, the pendant was boldly written on it "LUTHER"
"Mum, please don't die," Lee said, seeing her behavior.
Tyria said nothing, the heat was burning her heart, she made a silent groan, then finally closed her eyes permanently.
"mum? mum!" Leo yelled as she wept.
SOMEWHERE IN NEW YORK
Many people were seen seated on the ground, on an open surface, the place was filled with scrabs and dirts, many of them were injured and weak, they are all the survivors of the Wereworld, Wilber was among them. Suddenly two men came.
" We've looked around, I don't think we're all still in Wereworld, the place might look similar, but it's a different planet." one of the men reported.
"Yes, the atmospheric condition and the vegetation of this planet resembles that of the Wereworld." The other one said.
"Then where possibly could Tyria and the others be?" Wilbert asked.
" We have looked around, but didn't find any of our kind, I think we are the only ones here" One of the men said.
"If this planet looks like ours, then our powers might still work here" Wilbert said, he then looked at his fingers, as his claws popped out.
" It works, then we can smell her scent, " He said. He sniffed for a few seconds.
"She's here, closer, let's go find her"

Leo was viewed he lied at the conner of his lifeless mum, suddenly the corps arrived, with some newscaster and journalists, lee was frightened when he saw them, the way they were taking pictures of the scene, which looked strange to him.
" Who are you guys, please don't hurt me," Lee said.
"Don't worry kid, we're not gonna hurt you, we just want to ask you some few questions" Said one of the corps.
" Please help my mum, " Luther said.
"I'm sorry son, but your mum is dead" the corp said.
"No she's not, she's just sleeping, she's tired, she's going to wake up soon" Leo said.
" It's okay boy, come with me" the corp said, stretching his hands.
Luther was frightened of going with him, he doesn't know him anywhere.
" Don't be scared child, come on, let's go" the corp said again.
Luther then held his hand and followed him, he didn't have a choice being so hungry and weak.
The corps left with Luther, as the other police men carried the dead body away, and underwent further investigations.
