Ryan pov

After taking care of my personal hygiene. I went downstairs to the kitchen to find Chris and his mate Isabelle making out on the counter.I went out quietly so as to not disturb them and sat on the couch,i shut my eyes for only a moment and open it only to find Chris in front of me.i swear that guy scares me"are you still thinking about her"he asked me,i was astonished he was able to see through me and I know for a fact that he was referring to my mate.i haven't found her yet ,I mean I am only 25 and am getting old for goodness sake,i replied"no" because I don't want him to worry about me.He just smiled and told me that we are going to a meeting with Desmond Raymond the richest gangster in the world.i signed and went to the office with Chris.I saw the man,even though he is old he is still handsome and a heart breaker,i smiled at him,held my hand out and we shook hands. I told him to have a seat which he complied to "how have you been alpha"he asked me. I nodded signalling that I am fine."so have you thought about it"I said to him"you mean about joining our companies"he asked me ,I nodded.He looked into my eyes and said"you've got your mother's eyes which is monstrous to me and I'm still thinking about the deal"he finished his sentence.i understand I told him,he signed and asked if I wanted to come to his 60th birthday party to which I told him I will be there.He smiled and said the color code is purple because of his daughter ,I told he I'll be there and also added"you must really adore your daughter alot", he looked at me in the eyes and said "I really love her alot"he finished his sentence smiling.He stood up,turn around and left.I looked at Chris and saw him looking at the window side .He shrugged "we probably should go shopping for clothes"he asked me ,"we should first check the training ground and then we can go to the mall later " I told him.When we got to the training ground,we saw the pack warriors training and saw the Delta dealing with one of them. I went to him while Chris talked to one of the warrior about the rouge that came yesterday.The Delta(Rufus) of my pack aka third in command bowed and smiles then we started talking about the party,i just learned that this mate is pregnant and I congratulate him .so as we headed to the pack cell to see the rouge , when we reached the gate of the cell , Chris was hesitant to open the door.But when I saw the man I felt a strong pull towards the man like I've known him before suddenly I heard he call me Adrian ....
