He groaned, finally going back to himself. As he slowly blinked, he felt this pain throbbing from his back. Did he pass out as soon as he fell down? If he did, how many seconds or minutes? 

Kiel found nothing but darkness in that place. He pushed himself to lean on the ground he just fell from. It was a slope upwards and luckily, he found his phone beside him, still with the flashlight on. 

He checked his legs, or any injury except for scratches and a little body ache. He was fine, thankfully. Kiel brushed the dirt off his pants and tried to grab something solid to help him stand. The dizziness immediately crawled in his head.

The trees rustled along the wind and the cold chills gave him shivers. He embraced himself as soon the dizziness slowly faded. He made small steps, parting the leaves blocking his eyes. And to his surprise, the sparkling water that reflected the moonlight from above met his gaze.
